本发明涉及托盘领域,尤其是涉及一种多功能货架组合托盘。
背景技术
托盘作为一种承载转运的工具,在生产、运输、仓储和流通等领域具有广泛应用。托盘常用于集装、堆放、搬运和运输货物,在人们的工作中起到了巨大的辅助作用,现在市场中木质托盘常为多个平面拼接而成,而这些拼接面留有拼接缝影响外观,且容易对货物造成损伤。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有技术的不足之处,提供了一种节约成本、具有更好承重力、100%纯光面的多功能货架组合托盘。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种多功能货架组合托盘,其特征在于,包括托盘面和支撑脚块,所述支撑脚块与托盘面通过胶粘形成紧固连接,所述托盘面设有维持光面托盘的多个面组合结构,本发明通过托盘面设有维持光面托盘的多个面组合结构,来增加托盘美观与功能性,增加托盘的承重能力,增加防滑能力,节约成本,通过支撑脚块与托盘的紧固结构增加整个托盘的结构强度,通过增加脚块的设置适用于不同尺寸形状的夹持车,将货物送至不同高度的货架。
作为优选,所述多个面组合结构包括:纯光面,所述纯光面设于托盘表面;镂空面,所述镂空面设于纯光面之下;加强筋面,所述加强筋面设于托盘底面,托盘表面的100%纯光面可以保证表面不会损伤纸箱之类的货物,纯光面比起一些拼接木托盘更为美观,而表面之下的镂空面在同样的承载力下保证更好的通风,底面的加强筋面可防止板面扭曲变形,可帮助在热压中表面的纯光面的维持,加强筋面也增加托盘的整个结构强度,多个面组合结构整体上提升了托盘的性能。
作为优选,所述托盘底面上设有三个S型拼接槽口,所述S型拼接槽口帮助支撑脚块与托盘固定连接,增加结构强度。
作为优选,所述加强筋面由六个加强筋组合支撑,所述加强筋可防止板面扭曲变形,维持上表面在热压下的纯光面,加强筋面也增加托盘的整个结构强度。
作为优选,所述支撑脚块为阶梯状镂空脚块,所述阶梯状镂空脚块底面和上端受力面积较大,可保证更好的承重能力。
作为优选,所述支撑脚块为三角形状,底部镂空,底部镂空可以节约成本,三角形状底部的投影面积较大,有更好的承重能力。
作为优选,所述支撑脚块有三个,所述支撑脚块上端与上述S型拼接槽口对应配合胶粘,进一步形成紧固连接,所述支撑脚块与S型拼接槽口配合连接增加整个托盘的结构强度,三个支撑脚块帮助隔开两个空间,以便于夹持车前端的两个夹持具将托盘托起,将货物送到货架上。
作为优选,所述托盘面和支撑脚块均为木屑冲压而成,木屑冲压可节约成本,并且木屑冲压后微小的坑增加摩擦力,帮助托盘表面纯光面上货物的防滑。

本实施例中,如图1~图3所示,一种多功能货架组合托盘,其特征在于,包括托盘面和支撑脚块1,所述支撑脚块1与托盘面通过胶粘形成紧固连接,所述托盘面和支撑脚块1均为木屑冲压而成,木屑冲压可节约成本,其中所述支撑脚块1为阶梯状镂空脚块,所述阶梯状镂空脚块支撑底面和上端受力面积较大,可保证更好的承重能力,所述支撑脚块1为三角形状,底部镂空,底部镂空可以节约成本,三角形状底部的投影面积较大,有更好的承重能力,所述支撑脚块1有三个,三个支撑脚块1帮助隔开两个空间,以便于夹持车前端的两个夹持具将托盘托起,将货物送到货架上,适用于不同高度的货架。
所述托盘面设有维持光面托盘的多个面组合结构,所述多个面组合结构包括:纯光面2,所述纯光面2设于托盘表面,托盘表面的100%纯光面2可以保证表面不会损伤纸箱之类的货物,纯光面2比起一些拼接木托盘更为美观,且托盘面由木屑冲压而成,木屑冲压后微小的坑增加摩擦力,帮助托盘表面纯光面2上货物的防滑,;镂空面3,所述镂空面3设于纯光面2之下,表面之下的镂空面3在同样的承载力下保证更好的通风;加强筋面4,所述加强筋面4设于托盘底面,托盘底面的加强筋面4可防止板面扭曲变形,可帮助在热压中表面的纯光面2的维持,加强筋面4也增加托盘的整个结构强度,多个面组合结构整体上提升了托盘的性能,所述托盘底面上设有三个S型拼接槽口5,所述S型拼接槽口5帮助支撑脚块1与托盘固定连接,增加结构强度,所述支撑脚块1上端与上述S型拼接槽口5对应配合胶粘,进一步形成紧固连接,所述支撑脚块1与S型拼接槽口5配合连接增加整个托盘的结构强度。

1.一种多功能货架组合托盘,其特征在于,包括托盘面和支撑脚块(1),所述支撑脚块(1)与托盘面通过胶粘形成紧固连接,所述托盘面设有维持光面托盘的多个面组合结构。

纯光面(2),所述纯光面设于托盘表面;
镂空面(3),所述镂空面(3)设于纯光面之下;
加强筋面(4),所述加强筋面(4)设于托盘底面。

7.根据权利要求6所述的一种多功能货架组合托盘,其特征在于,所述支撑脚块(1)有三个,所述支撑脚块(1)上端与上述S型拼接槽口(5)对应配合胶粘,进一步形成紧固连接。
