Abstract
The invention provides a pressing device and a method for a rubber ring of a driving wheel of a tracked vehicle, wherein the pressing device comprises a pressure plate welding assembly and a positioning pin; the pressure plate welding assembly is formed by connecting a pressure plate and a positioning block, the positioning block is connected in a groove at the bottom of the pressure plate, and scale marks are machined on the surface of the positioning block. The invention can solve the problems of no positioning, easy damage of rubber rings, high labor intensity, difficult operation and the like of the traditional press mounting device, effectively improves the production and working efficiency, improves the press mounting quality and reduces the cost. By applying the device and the press-fitting method, the press-fitting angle of the rubber ring of the driving wheel can be quickly positioned, and the press-fitting of the rubber ring of the driving wheel is completed. The device fixes the position relation among the driving wheel rubber ring press-mounting device, the driving wheel and the driving wheel rubber ring, and adopts positioning points and error prevention devices, thereby achieving the effects of quick, effective and firm press-mounting, and having long service life and good durability; the design is light, and the whole device is simple to manufacture; the operation is simple; easy modification, high matching degree and the like.

Background
In order to improve the efficiency of the crawler belt and reduce the noise and impact generated by the crawler belt in the running process of a vehicle, a regular polygon hard rubber ring with the same number of teeth is arranged on a hub of a driving wheel of the crawler belt vehicle, so that after the crawler belt and the driving wheel are meshed, a crawler belt plate is just laid on one plane of the rubber ring, the purposes of stable transmission and reduction of impact and noise are achieved, and the crawler belt is widely applied to the field of engineering machinery such as energy, heavy industry and underground operation.
The driving wheel rubber ring is a polygonal hard rubber ring and is integrally formed with the connecting ring, and under the condition of interference fit with the driving wheel hub, the rubber ring is prevented from rotating by using friction force. When the rubber ring is pressed and installed, the installation direction and the installation angle of the rubber ring need to be guaranteed, and due to the fact that the interference magnitude is large, a press machine needs to be used for pressing and installing the rubber ring, the rubber ring is not detachable, and one-time pressing and installing success must be guaranteed. The existing press fitting device can not meet the requirements, and a special press fitting device needs to be designed.

The embodiment provides a tracked vehicle action wheel rubber ring press mounting device, the structure and the actual working state of which are shown in figures 1-4, and the press mounting device comprises a platen welding assembly 1 and a positioning pin 2.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the platen welding assembly 1 is a main component, and is formed by welding a platen 101 and a positioning block 102 together, and the material is structural alloy steel or high-quality carbon steel.
The outline dimension of the pressure plate 101 is completely or partially the same as that of the driving wheel rubber ring 4, and positioning holes 103 with the same positions and dimensions as those of the driving wheel 3 and the driving wheel rubber ring 4 are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction. Through passing locating pin 2 locating hole 103, action wheel rubber ring 4 and action wheel 3 in proper order, can guarantee the cooperation precision between action wheel 3 and the action wheel rubber ring 4. The specific dimensions of the platen 101 and the positioning holes 103 can be adjusted according to the structural dimensions of the driving wheel 3 and the driving wheel rubber ring 4.
The positioning block 102 is connected to the bottom groove of the pressure plate 101 by welding, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the surface of the positioning block 102 is provided with scale lines 10201 which are divided according to the precision required by the design, and the scale lines are used for quantifying and checking the circumferential matching angle during press mounting. Meanwhile, the protruding part of the positioning block 102 located below the pressure plate 101 can be matched with the groove of the driving wheel rubber ring 4, so that the function of preventing the right and the left sides from being mistaken is achieved.
The method for press mounting the rubber ring of the driving wheel of the tracked vehicle by adopting the rubber ring press mounting device of the driving wheel specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, hoisting the driving wheel 3 on a press mounting table and then fixing;
s2, placing the driving wheel rubber ring 4 on the driving wheel 3 according to the correct direction;
s3, placing the platen welding assembly 1 on the driving wheel rubber ring 4 and aligning the direction;
s4, installing the positioning pin 2 in the positioning hole 103, carrying out proper fine adjustment by using the scale mark 10201 on the surface of the positioning block 102, and then carrying out press-fitting;
s5, pressing by selecting proper pressure;
and S6, checking the press-fitting quality by using the scale marks 10201.

4. A driving wheel rubber ring press-fitting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said positioning block is connected to the bottom recess of the pressure plate by welding.
5. A method for press-fitting a driving wheel rubber ring of a tracked vehicle, which is characterized by adopting the driving wheel rubber ring press-fitting device of any one of the preceding claims, and comprises the following steps:
s1, hoisting the driving wheel on a press mounting table and then fixing;
s2, placing the rubber ring of the driving wheel on the driving wheel according to the correct direction;
s3, placing the platen welding assembly on the driving wheel rubber ring and aligning the driving wheel rubber ring with the driving wheel rubber ring;
s4, mounting the positioning pin in the positioning hole, carrying out proper fine adjustment by using scale marks of the scale marks on the surface of the positioning block, and then carrying out press mounting;
s5, pressing by selecting proper pressure;
and S6, testing the press fitting quality by using the scale marks.
