Abstract
The embodiment of the application relates to the technical field of railway vehicles, in particular to a railway vehicle and a seat thereof. The seat for the rail vehicle comprises a seat support, a seat panel, a handle and a connecting frame; the seat support comprises a seat frame and seat legs fixedly connected to one end of the seat frame, and the seat legs are of an integrally formed structure; the seat panel is fixedly arranged on the seat frame and the seat legs; the connecting frame is fixedly arranged at one end part of the seat frame, which is far away from the seat leg; the handle is detachably mounted to the top of the seat frame. The chair has the advantages of preventing hand clamping and foreign matter inclusion, facilitating replacement of the handle and reducing use cost.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of railway vehicles, in particular to a railway vehicle and a seat thereof.
Background
The seat is an indispensable component on the urban railway vehicle and is used for improving riding experience and comfort of passengers. In the structure of the conventional seat, the passenger room seat generally includes two parts, i.e., a seat main body and seat legs or a seat frame. The seat main body is usually made of glass steel materials, and the seat surface and the backrest surface can be covered with soft cushions; the top of the seat is integrally formed with a handle for being held by a standing passenger. One end of the seat leg is connected with the seat main body, and the other end is connected with the floor of the passenger room.
However, because the seat main body and the seat legs of the existing seat are of a split structure, gaps are easily formed between the seat main body and the seat legs, hands are easily clamped and foreign matters are easily mixed, meanwhile, because the handle and the seat are of an integrated structure, the handle cannot be independently replaced when being damaged, and the use cost is high when the whole seat is replaced.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the application provides a rail vehicle and a seat thereof, and the seat has the advantages of preventing the clamping hands and being mixed with foreign matters, facilitating replacement of the handles and reducing use cost.
According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present application, there is provided a seat for a rail vehicle, the seat comprising a seat bracket, a seat panel, a handle, and a connecting frame;
the seat support comprises a seat frame and seat legs fixedly connected to one end of the seat frame, and the seat legs are of an integrally formed structure;
the seat panel is fixedly arranged on the seat frame and the seat legs;
the connecting frame is fixedly arranged at one end part of the seat frame, which is far away from the seat leg;
the handle is detachably mounted to the top of the seat frame.
Preferably, a handle mounting seat is fixedly connected to the top of the seat frame, and the handle is mounted on the handle mounting seat through a fastener.
Preferably, the seat frame comprises a fixed seat, at least two pairs of L-shaped bent profiles arranged in parallel, a reinforcing member fixedly connected between the bent profiles and a top cross beam fixedly connected to the tops of the L-shaped bent profiles;

In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more apparent, the following further detailed description of the exemplary embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings makes it clear that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and are not exhaustive of all embodiments. Example one
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment of the present application provides a seat for a rail vehicle, which includes a seat frame 1, a seat panel 2, a handle 3, and a connecting frame 4; as shown in the structures of fig. 1 and 2, when the seat is installed on a rail vehicle, one end of the seat is fixedly installed on the floor in a carriage through a seat leg 12, and the other end of the seat is installed on the side wall of the vehicle body through a connecting frame 4;
the seat support 1 comprises a seat frame 11 and a seat leg 12 fixedly connected to one end of the seat frame 11, wherein the seat leg 12 is of an integrally formed structure; as shown in the structures of fig. 2, 5 and 6, the seat support 1 comprises a seat leg 12 and a seat frame 11 which are fixedly connected together, the seat leg 12 is used for supporting the seat frame 11, the seat leg 12 is of an integrally formed structure, and the upper half part of the seat leg 12 is at the same height as the seat frame 11; the seat legs 12 may be hollow shell structures and integrally formed by an aluminum casting process;
the seat panel 2 is fixedly arranged on the seat frame 11 and the seat legs 12; as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the seat panel 2 is fixedly mounted on the seat frame 11 and the seat legs 12, and the seat panel 2 may have an L-shaped structure and includes a seat surface 21 for seating a passenger, a backrest surface 22 for the passenger to lean against, and a connecting seat 23 for fixedly mounting the seat panel 2 on the seat frame 11; the seat panel 2 may be made of at least one of glass fiber reinforced plastic, plastic and metal materials, that is, the seat panel 2 may be made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, plastic or metal materials, or at least two or more of glass fiber reinforced plastic, plastic and metal materials;
the connecting frame 4 is fixedly arranged at one end part of the seat frame 11 deviating from the seat legs 12; as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the seat leg 12 and the connecting frame 4 are oppositely arranged at two ends of the seat frame 11, wherein the seat leg 12 is used for supporting on the floor, the connecting frame 4 is fixedly connected to a side wall of the vehicle body, the seat is fixedly arranged on the vehicle body through the seat leg 12 and the connecting frame 4, and the seat leg 12 and the connecting frame 4 respectively support two ends of the seat;
the handle 3 is detachably mounted to the top of the seat frame 11; as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the handle 3 may be fixedly mounted on the top of the seat support 1 by the fastening member 14, in order to facilitate mounting of the handle 3, a handle mounting seat 13 may be fixedly connected on the top of the seat frame 11, the handle 3 is mounted on the handle mounting seat 13 by the fastening member 14, the handle mounting seat 13 may include a clamping seat 131 detachably connected with the seat frame 11 and a positioning column 132 mounted on the top of the clamping seat 131, the handle mounting seat 13 is fixedly mounted on the top of the seat frame 11 by the clamping seat 131, and a mounting position is provided for the handle 3 by the positioning column 132, correspondingly, a positioning hole in inserting fit with the positioning column 132 may be provided on the handle 3, and the handle 3 is fixedly mounted on the positioning column 132 by the fastening member 14.
When the seat is used for a railway vehicle, the seat is supported on a vehicle body through the seat support 1 and is fixedly arranged on a floor through the seat legs 12 at one end of the seat support 1, and the other end of the seat is fixedly arranged on a side wall of the vehicle body through the connecting frame 4 arranged on the seat support 1, so that the seat is fixedly arranged in the vehicle body of the railway vehicle.
Because the seat legs 12 of the seat are of an integrally formed structure and are fixedly connected to one end of the seat frame 11, the seat panel 2 is mounted on the seat frame 11 and the seat legs 12, and no gap is generated between the seat legs 12 and the seat frame 11 and between the seat legs 12 and the seat panel 2, thereby solving the problems that in the prior art, gaps are easily formed between a seat main body and the seat legs 12, so that the hand clamping and foreign matter inclusion are easily caused; meanwhile, the handle 3 is detachably mounted at the top of the seat frame 11 so that the handle 3 can be detached alone, and thus, the handle 3 can be replaced alone when damaged, without replacing the entire seat, and the use cost for replacing the handle 3 can be reduced.
In a particular embodiment, as shown in the structure of fig. 2 and 5, the seat frame 11 comprises a fixed seat 111, at least two pairs of L-shaped bent profiles 112 arranged in parallel, a reinforcing member 113 fixedly connected between the bent profiles, and a top cross member 114 fixedly connected to the top of the L-shaped bent profiles 112; the bottoms of the L-shaped bent profiles 112 are fixedly arranged at the top of the fixed seat 111; the handle mount 13 is disposed on the top cross member 114; one end of the fixed seat 111 and an L-shaped bent section bar 112 arranged at one end of the fixed seat 111 are fixedly connected to the seat leg 12; the other end of the fixed seat 111, which is far away from the seat leg 12, is fixedly provided with the connecting frame 4. The seat leg 12 can be fixedly connected with the fixed seat 111 and the L-shaped bent section bar 112 through a fastener 14, and can also be connected together by welding.
As shown in the structure of fig. 5, the seat frame 11 includes a fixed seat 111 at the bottom, four L-shaped bent profiles 112 fixedly installed at the top of the fixed seat 111, a reinforcing member 113 fixedly connected between each pair of L-shaped bent profiles 112, and a top cross member 114 fixedly connected to the top of each pair of L-shaped bent profiles 112; in the embodiment, each pair of L-shaped bent profiles 112 forms a support frame of a seat, that is, each pair of L-shaped bent profiles 112 corresponds to a seat, and the seat frame 11 in the embodiment of the present invention is provided with two pairs of L-shaped bent profiles 112, but the seat frame 11 is not limited to two pairs of L-shaped bent profiles 112, that is, each seat may be provided with two seats, or three seats or four seats, and the seat frame 11 provided with two pairs of L-shaped bent profiles 112 is exemplified in the embodiment of the present invention. The seat frame 11 can be made of an aluminum alloy profile, such as: aluminum alloy pipes, aluminum alloy plates, and the like.
In order to further improve the structural strength and stability of the seat frame 11, as shown in the structure of fig. 5, a reinforcing plate 115 having the same shape as the bent portion of the L-shaped bent section 112 may be fixedly connected to the bent portion of the L-shaped bent section 112, and the reinforcing plate 115 may be fixedly connected to the L-shaped bent section 112 by a fastener 14 or may be fixedly connected to the L-shaped bent section 112 by welding or the like. The reinforcing plate 115 may be made of an aluminum alloy material, or may be made of other metal materials or non-metal materials.
As shown in the structures of fig. 4, 6 and 7, the seat leg 12 is provided with a flange 121 at a side facing away from the seat frame 11, and the height of the flange 121 is equal to the thickness of the seat panel 2. Because the flange 121 is arranged at the outer side edge of the seat leg 12, and the height of the flange 121 is equal to the thickness of the seat panel 2, when the seat panel 2 is installed on the seat frame 11 and the seat leg 12, the seat panel 2 is flush with the top surface of the flange 121, the surface of the whole seat surface 21 is smooth and has no wrong platform, the passenger can conveniently sit, and the comfort of the passenger can be improved. Alternatively, the seat legs 12 are provided with grooves on the side facing the seat frame 11, the depth of the grooves being equal to the thickness of the seat panel 2, and similarly, the seat surface can be made to be at the same height after the seat panel 2 is installed, so that there is no difference in height between the seat surface 21 and the seat legs 12.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the seat panel 2 includes a seat surface 21, a backrest surface 22, and a connecting seat 23; the seat surface 21 and the backrest surface 22 are L-shaped structures matched with the L-shaped bent section bar 112 in shape; the connecting seat 23 is disposed between the seat surface 21 and the seat frame 11, and is used for fixedly mounting the seat surface 21 on the seat frame 11; a handle mounting hole 221 for inserting the handle 3 is installed on the top of the backrest surface 22.
The seat panel 2 is mounted on the seat frame 11 through the connecting seat 23 arranged at the bottom of the seat surface 21, the connecting seat 23 can be fixedly mounted on the fixing seat 111 and/or the L-shaped bent section bar 112 of the seat frame 11 through the fastener 14, and the replacement and maintenance of the seat panel 2 can be facilitated through the dismounting of the fastener 14. Because the seat panel 2 has an L-shaped structure, when the seat panel 2 is fixedly mounted on the seat frame 11, the seat panel 2 can be attached to the seat frame 11, and the seat panel 2 can be stably supported by the seat frame 11 and the seat legs 12, thereby improving the comfort and safety of passengers.
In order to further improve the aesthetic property of the seat, as shown in the structure of fig. 3, the seat may further include a back plate 5 fixedly mounted on a side of the seat support 1 away from the backrest surface 22, the exposed portion of the seat support 1 may be wrapped by the back plate 5 disposed on the back side of the seat support 1, and the seat frame 11 is prevented from being partially exposed, so that the overall appearance of the seat is improved, the aesthetic property of the overall interior decoration of the rail vehicle is also improved, and the visual feeling, satisfaction degree and comfort of passengers are improved.

The embodiment of the application also provides a railway vehicle which comprises any one of the seats provided by the above embodiment, and the seat is fixedly arranged on a vehicle body through the seat support 1.

Claims (10)
1. A seat for a rail vehicle, comprising a seat support, a seat panel, a handle and a connecting frame;
the seat support comprises a seat frame and seat legs fixedly connected to one end of the seat frame, and the seat legs are of an integrally formed structure;
the seat panel is fixedly arranged on the seat frame and the seat legs;
the connecting frame is fixedly arranged at one end part of the seat frame, which is far away from the seat leg;
the handle is detachably mounted to the top of the seat frame.
2. The seat according to claim 1, wherein a handle mount is fixedly attached to a top portion of the seat frame, the handle being mounted to the handle mount by fasteners.

Seat according to claim 2, characterized in that the seat frame comprises a fixed seat, at least two pairs of L-shaped bent profiles arranged in parallel, a reinforcement fixedly connected between the bent profiles and a top cross-member fixedly connected to the top of the L-shaped bent profiles;
the bottoms of the L-shaped bent profiles are fixedly arranged at the top of the fixed seat;
the handle mounting seat is arranged on the top cross beam;
one end of the fixed seat and the L-shaped bent section bar arranged at one end of the fixed seat are fixedly connected to the seat leg;
the other end of the fixed seat, which deviates from the seat legs, is fixedly provided with a connecting frame.
4. Seat according to claim 3, characterized in that the seat leg is provided with a flange at the side facing away from the seat frame in the transverse direction of the seat frame, the height of the flange being equal to the thickness of the seat panel.

8. The seat according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the seat panel is made of at least one of glass fiber reinforced plastic, and metal material.
9. A seat according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the seat frame is made of an aluminium alloy profile.
10. A rail vehicle comprising a seat as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
