Technical Field

Background
Currently, in the production process of electronic products, there is a manual assembly process of assembling a plurality of shield cans to a PCB board. Because each shielding case has a required fixed assembly position, when the shielding cases are manually assembled, the same flow production line has a plurality of stations, and the risk of jumping stations and neglected assembly of the shielding cases exists; in the same shield cover assembling station, a plurality of shield covers need to be assembled, so that the risk of installing less shield covers exists; the shielding cover is assembled manually, and the risk of assembly dislocation of the shielding cover exists; affecting the assembly quality and production efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an automatic assembly shielding case system and method, and solves the technical problems that the assembly of the shielding case of a PCB board at present has the risks of neglected assembly, less assembly and assembly dislocation.
