Claims (7)

1. A variable pitch bin dryer system, comprising:
the device comprises a box-type drying furnace (2), a skid (3) and a feeding device (1) arranged outside the box-type drying furnace (2);
the box-type drying furnace (2) comprises a low-temperature area accumulation chain (22), a high-temperature area accumulation chain (23) and a control center (24), wherein the low-temperature area accumulation chain (22) comprises a second limiter (221) and a second length detector (222); the skid (3) is in contact connection with the feeding device (1), the low-temperature area accumulation chain (22) and the high-temperature area accumulation chain (23) and can slide along the three;
the feeding device (1) comprises a first length detector (12) and a first limiter (14), wherein the first length detector (12) and the second length detector (222) are arranged close to each other, and the first limiter (14) and the second limiter (221) are arranged close to each other;
the control center (24) is in signal intercommunication with the first length detector (12), the first limiter (14), the second limiter (221) and the second length detector (222), a timing unit (241) is further arranged in the control center (24), the timing unit (241) records the time when the sled (3) enters the box-type drying furnace (2), a comparison standard is arranged in the control center (24), the comparison standard comprises the process requirement of vehicle body type paint surface drying, and the control center (24) compares the time recorded by the timing unit (241) with the process requirement.
2. A variable pitch bin drying system according to claim 1, wherein the bin dryer (2) comprises a front oven door (21), a rear oven door (25), a stacking chain support (26) and heating means (27);
the front furnace door (21) is arranged at one end, close to the low-temperature area accumulation chain (22), of the box-type drying furnace (2), the rear furnace door (25) is arranged at one end, close to the high-temperature area accumulation chain (23), of the accumulation chain support (26) is provided with more than two accumulation chain supports, and the low-temperature area accumulation chain (22) and the high-temperature area accumulation chain (23) are respectively supported and fixed;
the heating device (27) is arranged outside the box-type drying furnace (2) and comprises low-temperature area blowing openings (271) and high-temperature area blowing openings (272), the low-temperature area blowing openings are respectively communicated with the accumulating chain (22) and the accumulating chain (23) in the high-temperature area, and the number of the low-temperature area blowing openings (271) is smaller than that of the high-temperature area blowing openings (272).
3. A variable pitch bin drying system according to claim 2, wherein said hot zone accumulation chain (23) further comprises a third stop (231), said third stop (231) being provided close to said rear oven door (25) and in signal communication with said control centre (24).
4. A variable pitch bin drying system according to claim 2, wherein said skid (3) comprises a first skid (31), a second skid (32) and a third skid (33);
the first skid (31), the second skid (32) and the third skid (33) comprise a plurality of longitudinal beams (311) and transverse beams (312) arranged among the longitudinal beams (311).
5. A variable pitch box dryer system according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that the feeding device (1) comprises a roller motor (11) and a roller body (13), the roller body (13) being in driving connection with the roller motor (11).
6. A variable pitch bin drying system according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that said bin dryer (2) comprises a power and free chain motor (232), said power and free chain motor (232) being in driving connection with said high temperature zone power and free chain (23).
7. A variable pitch box drying method, characterized in that it is implemented by using a variable pitch box drying system and method according to any one of claims 1-6, comprising the steps of:
s100: starting drying, wherein a plurality of skids (3) enter a box-type drying furnace (2) for drying, the skids (3) sequentially comprise a first skid (31) outside the furnace, a second skid (32) and a third skid (33) inside the furnace, the control center (24) controls the front furnace door (21) and the rear furnace door (25) to be in a closed state, a timing unit (241) in the control center starts to record drying time, and the second limiter (221) and the third limiter (231) are in direct contact with the cross beam (312) at the moment, the second skid (32) and the third skid (33) are blocked to be in a stagnation state, and the low-temperature area accumulation chain (22) and the high-temperature area accumulation chain (23) are in an idle state;
s200: detecting the length of the first skid (31), conveying the first skid (31) carrying a vehicle body to be dried outside a furnace to a region close to the front furnace door (21) by the roller main body (13), controlling the first limiter (14) to stop the first skid (31) from advancing by the control center (24), and detecting the position information of the first skid (31) by the first length detector (12) at the moment, and obtaining the length of the first skid (31) by the control center (24) according to the information;
s300: after the third skid (33) is dried and sent out, after the vehicle body borne by the third skid (33) meets the drying requirement, the control center (24) controls the rear furnace door (25) to be opened, then controls the third limiter (231) to stop blocking the third skid (33), the third skid (33) is sent out of the box-type drying furnace (2) from the rear furnace door (25) to finish drying, then the rear furnace door (25) is closed under the control of the control center (24), and the third limiter (231) returns to a blocking position;
s400: judging whether the second skid (32) is released to enter a high-temperature area or not, judging whether the time length meets the drying time length requirement of the second skid (32) in a low-temperature area according to the time length recorded by the timing unit (241), wherein the standard of the time length requirement is determined by the paint surface drying process requirement of a specific vehicle body model on the second skid (32);
s410: continuously keeping the second skid (32) in a low-temperature area for drying, and continuously keeping the second limiter (221) to stop the second skid (32) when the time recorded by the timing unit (241) is less than the paint surface drying process requirement of a specific vehicle body model on the second skid (32), and limiting the second skid (32) in the low-temperature area for drying;
s420: releasing the second skid (32) into a high-temperature area for drying, wherein when the time recorded by the timing unit (241) is longer than the paint surface drying process requirement of a specific vehicle body model on the second skid (32), the second limiter (221) is controlled by the control center (24) to cancel blocking of the second skid (32), the second skid (32) starts to be transmitted to the rear furnace door (25) and reaches the high-temperature area accumulation chain (23) for continuous drying, and at the moment, a position, close to the front furnace door (21), in the box-type drying furnace (2) forms a vacant space due to the fact that the second skid (32) drives away;
s500: calculating the residual length in the furnace, wherein the second length detector (222) starts to detect the condition of the length of a spare space close to the position of the front furnace door (21), and the position information of the end part of the second sled (32) is sensed and sent to the control center (24), so that the distance between the end part of the second sled (32) and the end part of the second length detector (222) can be subtracted by the control center (24) because the position of the end part of the second length detector (222) away from the front furnace door (21) is fixed and the distance between the end part of the second sled and the end part of the second length detector (222) is also fixed, and the residual length close to the front furnace door (21) can be obtained;
s600: comparing whether the length of the first skid (31) is larger than the residual length in the furnace, and the control center (24) compares the length of the first skid (31) with the residual length to judge whether the residual space in the furnace can accommodate the first skid (31);
s610: continuing to dry, if the length of the first skid (31) is greater than the residual length, the control center (24) does not give an instruction;
s620: and the first skid (31) is sent in for drying, if the length of the first skid (31) is smaller than the residual length, the control center (24) controls the front furnace door (21) to be opened, meanwhile, the first limiter (14) cancels blocking of the first skid (31), the first skid (31) is conveyed into the furnace to start drying, then the control center (24) controls the front furnace door (21) to be closed, and the first limiter (14) returns to a blocking state.
