Abstract
An environment-friendly water-based fire extinguishing agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1-30% of environment-friendly foaming agent, 1-10% of C6 series fluorocarbon surfactant, 2-25% of flame retardant and the balance of deionized water. The green environment-friendly water-based extinguishing agent adopts C6 series fluorocarbon surfactant as a key raw material, and does not produce any substances harmful to the environment after being used; the deionized water does not contain ionic components, so that the shelf life of the water-based fire extinguishing agent can be prolonged.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of water-based extinguishing agents, and particularly relates to a green environment-friendly water-based extinguishing agent.
Background
The water-based fire extinguishing agent is added with additives in water to increase the fire extinguishing function of the water. The water solution of the water-based fire extinguishing agent is filled with a large amount of gas through chemical and physical actions to form countless bubbles which cover the surface of the flammable liquid, so that on one hand, the heat of the liquid is captured, the temperature of the liquid is reduced, on the other hand, the foam has certain viscosity, the flammable liquid is not easy to contact with air, and the purpose of extinguishing fire is achieved. The fluorocarbon surfactant is an essential additive in the water-based fire extinguishing agent. In the prior art, the chemical formulas of fluorocarbon surfactants all contain 8 carbon atoms, and perfluorooctane sulfonyl compounds (PFOS) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) are generated after the fluorocarbon surfactants are used. PFOS is the most recalcitrant organic pollutant, and has been extensively limited in export product materials; PFOA has carcinogenic activity and is already among the class 2B carcinogens list. Therefore, there is a need for an environmentally friendly water-based fire extinguishing agent that does not generate PFOS and PFOA after use.

s4: adding C6 series fluorocarbon surfactant into the mixed solution in the step S3, wherein the weight of the added C6 series fluorocarbon surfactant is 3% of the total weight of the mixed solution;
s5: adding ammonium polyphosphate into the mixed solution obtained in the step S4, wherein the weight of the added ammonium polyphosphate is 10% of the total weight of the mixed solution;
s6: adding deionized water into the step S5, wherein the weight of the added deionized water is 33-53% of the total weight of the mixed solution;
s7: the mixed solution in step S6 is stirred for at least 30 minutes.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the green environment-friendly water-based extinguishing agent adopts C6 series fluorocarbon surfactant as a key raw material, and does not produce any substances harmful to the environment after being used; the octyl decyl glucoside can integrally improve the occurrence rate of foam, improve the quality of the foam, facilitate the flow of the foam and be not easily influenced by the external environment; the ammonium polyphosphate improves the solubility of the water-based extinguishing agent, improves the flame retardant effect of the water-based extinguishing agent, and does not form precipitates after long-term storage; the deionized water does not contain ionic components, so that the shelf life of the water-based fire extinguishing agent can be prolonged.

The preparation process of the green environment-friendly water-based extinguishing agent comprises the following steps:
s1: preparing an ammonium polyphosphate mixed solution, mixing 1kg of ammonium polyphosphate and 1kg of deionized water in equal proportion, and stirring, wherein the temperature of the deionized water is greater than or equal to 25 ℃, the stirring time is not less than 40 minutes until the mixed solution is uniformly mixed, the mixed solution is colorless and transparent after stirring, has no impurities, and the pH value of the mixed solution is 6-8;
s2: continuously adding deionized water into the mixed solution, wherein the weight of the added deionized water is 1 kg;
s3: adding octyl decyl glucoside to the mixed solution in the step S2, wherein the weight of the added octyl decyl glucoside is 1 kg;

15 percent of environment-friendly foaming agent
C6 series fluorocarbon surfactant 5%
12 percent of flame retardant
The balance of deionized water.

1-10% of C6 series fluorocarbon surfactant
2 to 25 percent of fire retardant

2 to 23 percent of environment-friendly foaming agent
1.5 to 6 percent of C6 series fluorocarbon surfactant
