The fire extinguishing agent for flammable liquid flowing of hydrocarbons according to claim 1, wherein the foaming agent is at least one of cocamidopropyl betaine, lauramidopropyl betaine, dodecyl dimethyl betaine, sodium octyl sulfate, sodium octyl benzene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium n-octyl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, sodium n-decyl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, sodium lauryl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, alkyl glycoside, α -olefin sulfonate, and methyl α -sulfolaurate sodium salt;
the fluorine surfactant is
C4F9CH2CH2OCH2CH(OH)CH2N(CH3)C2H4SO3Na、C6F13SO2N(CH2COO-)C3H6N+(CH3)3、C6F13CH2CH2SO3K、C6F13CH2CH2SO2NH(CH2)3N+(CH3)2CH2COO-At least one of;
the stabilizer is at least one of guar gum, xanthan gum, hydroxypropyl guar gum, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, sodium alginate, sodium polyacrylate, n-hexanol, n-octanol, n-decanol, dodecanol, tetradecanol and polyethylene glycol;
the cosolvent is at least one of isopropanol, ethylene glycol ethyl ether, ethylene glycol butyl ether, diethylene glycol methyl ether, diethylene glycol dimethyl ether, diethylene glycol ethyl ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether, triethylene glycol methyl ether, triethylene glycol ethyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether, propylene glycol n-propyl ether, dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether, tripropylene glycol methyl ether and tripropylene glycol butyl ether;
the antifreeze is at least one of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerol and sodium chloride;
the flame retardant is one of ammonium polyphosphate, diammonium hydrogen phosphate, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, urea and sodium bicarbonate;
the preservative is one of sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate and propyl p-hydroxybenzoate.

A hydrocarbon flammable liquid flowing fire extinguishing agent according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2 percent of lauryl sodium sulfate is taken as a foaming agent; 2.7% of C6F13CH2CH2SO3K is used as a fluorine surfactant; 0.2% of xanthan gum as a stabilizer; 5% of isopropanol as a cosolvent; 13% of glycol as an antifreezing agent; 0.5 percent of urea is used as a flame retardant; 0.1% of methyl p-hydroxybenzoate as preservative; 4 percent of octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether and 1 percent of C12-14Fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.5% C16-18Three fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether are used as emulsifiers; 71% water as solvent.

A hydrocarbon flammable liquid flowing fire extinguishing agent according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2 percent of lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate and 2 percent of n-octyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate are taken as foaming agents; 5% of C4F9CH2CH2OCH2CH(OH)CH2N(CH3)C2H4SO3Na and 1% C6F13CH2CH2SO3K is used as a fluorine surfactant; 0.7 percent of polyethylene glycol and 1 percent of sodium alginate are used as stabilizing agents; 10% of diethylene glycol methyl ether is used as a cosolvent; 10% of glycol as an antifreezing agent; 3 percent of ammonium sulfate is used as a flame retardant; 0.3% ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate as preservative; 4 percent of isomeric decyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and 2 percent of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether1% of isomeric pentadecanol polyoxyethylene ether is used as an emulsifier; 58% water as solvent.
5. A hydrocarbon flammable liquid flowing fire extinguishing agent according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2% of sodium n-decanol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate and 5% of sodium lauryl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate are taken as foaming agents; 5% of C4F9CH2CH2OCH2CH(OH)CH2N(CH3)C2H4SO3Na and 2% of C6F13CH2CH2SO3K is used as a fluorine surfactant; 0.9% of decanol and 0.6% of xanthan gum are taken as stabilizing agents; 8 percent of ethylene glycol butyl ether is taken as a cosolvent; 10% of glycol as an antifreezing agent; 2 percent of urea is taken as a flame retardant; 0.5% of methyl p-hydroxybenzoate as a preservative; 4 percent of sorbitan monolaurate polyoxyethylene ether, 2 percent of sorbitan monooleate polyoxyethylene ether and 1 percent of sorbitan monolaurate are taken as emulsifiers; 57% water as solvent.

A hydrocarbon flammable liquid flowing fire extinguishing agent according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10% of alkyl glycoside, 3% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and 1% of cocamidopropyl betaine are taken as foaming agents; 6% of C4F9CH2CH2OCH2CH(OH)CH2N(CH3)C2H4SO3Na and 3.5% C6F13SO2N(CH2COO-)C3H6N+(CH3)3Two kinds of fluorine surfactants; 4.1% of polyethylene glycol as a stabilizer; 8 percent of ethylene glycol butyl ether is taken as a cosolvent; 5% of glycol as an antifreezing agent; 2.5 percent of ammonium polyphosphate is taken as a flame retardant; 0.9% sodium benzoate as preservative; 7% of triethanolamine isooctanoate, 3% of triethanolamine laurate and 2% of triethanolamine oleate are taken as emulsifiers; 44% water as solvent.
