中医有“治未病”的思想，中医中经络不通是百病之源，犹如烟囱、水沟、水管、道路不通一样，麻烦多多，经络有联络脏腑和肢体的作用，它沟通表里，联络人体各部的组织器官，使之保持相对的协调和统一，经络的传导功能受阻，病邪和各种刺激传导至脏腑，脏腑功能失调引起的各种疾病。气是经络流注，血是血液循环；血行气先行，气为血之帅；强大的经络流注通过时，经络流注会对血管内的血液产生感应现象，因此推动着血液运行，所以说血行气先行，气为血之帅，血为气之母：血液供应充余，人体细胞新生裂变快、质量强大、因此产生的多属性生物正质离子多、压强高，经络流注宏大，脉相有力。血液循环为经络流注的产生而提供物质能源，所以说血为气之母。目前用于疏通经络、活血化瘀的内服或外敷中药组合物种类繁多，配制机理和药 物配方也是多种多样，普遍存在的问题是疗效慢，治愈率低。西药中消炎镇痛的药物也很多，虽然疗效快，但是副作用大。

实施例3
一种疏通经络的中药组成物，包括以下重量份数的原料：
山株萸1 克，人参3.5 克，茯苓4 克，砂仁5 克，当归1 克，
远志7 克，桑寄生2 克，鸡血藤7 克，菟丝子1 克，千斤拔25克，
黑老虎10克，芥梗14 克，枳壳2 克，甘草7 克，豆蔻1 克，
附子5 克，大麦1 克，猪牙皂3 克，麻黄1 克，黄芪5 克，
牧丹皮1 克，山药5 克，木香1 克，狗脊7 克，桂圆8 克，
女贞子7 克，黄精5 克，香附6 克，五灵脂1 克，金银花2.5 克，
厚朴2 克，牛大力7 克，金樱子1 克，酸枣仁7 克，陈皮1 克，

临床观察：
1． 病例数据：选腰椎间盘突出，骨质增生，肩周炎，跌打损伤的病例。年龄26-70岁，性别不限，孕妇忌用。病例诊断标准：中医辩识按全国统编中医院校教材制定；西医按全国统编西医院校教材制定。
2．病例分组：选择病例500例，治疗组375例(实施例1-3各125例)，对照组125例：
病情体征大致相同的腰椎间盘突出140例，治疗组实施例1-3各35例，对照组35例；
病情体征大致相同的骨质增生108例，治疗组实施例1-3各27例，对照组27例；
病情体征大致相同地肩周炎116例，治疗组实施例1-3各29例，对照组29例；
病情体征大致相同的跌打损伤136例，治疗组实施例1-3各34例，对照组34例；
治疗组的药物：见实施例1-3。对照组：常规西药治疗。
3． 疗效评定标准：痊愈：症状完全消失，无任何不适症状；好转：症状明显减轻，或部分症状消失，需继续治疗；无效：症状未有任何改善，甚而有加重之趋势。
4. 临床试验结果如下：使用本发明实施例1-3、中治疗方案的经络通中药组合物，每日2次，7天为1疗程，针对病人身体情况，可连续1-4个疗程，并跟踪观察疗效。经过4个疗程后，病人无任何不良反应，各项肝肾功能检测未发现异常。

5. 典型病例
（1）王某某，男，61岁，医院CT检 查报告诊断为：硬膜囊前方右侧方受压，变形和移位，神经根受压，移位，至水肿增粗。身体走路歪斜，弯腰困难，经医院多次口服药物治疗，没有好转，每天晚上需口服止痛药才能安睡。后经服用本发明的实施例1中药组合物，三天后脱离口服止痛药；一周可以下地劳动。
（2）曾某某，女，55岁，医院CT检查报告诊断为：椎间盘膨出、腰骶椎体骨质增生。
经过1年多医院多次口服药物治疗，没有好转，目前下肢麻木，腰酸腿麻症状明显。后经服用本发明实施例2的中药组合物，三天后下肢麻木症状消失；十天后外敷腰酸腿麻症状消失，恢复正常走路。
（3）陈某，女，40岁，因伤后肩胛及背部导致双手臂软弱无力麻痹，双腿也因腰椎滑脱导致双腿无力，经医院治疗没有明显好转，反而双肩关节疼痛和麻痹无力起来起并抬不起来，双腿行走不那么利索。后经服用本发明实施例3的中药组合物，感觉双肩关节疼痛缓解明显，并且双手臂可以抬得很高，继续跟踪治疗3个疗程后，双肩关节疼痛和麻痹消失，颈椎不适症状也得到了改善。
（4）李某某，女，68岁，腿内侧关节筋骨疼痛几年，上下楼时都要身体打横侧身上落。后经服用本发明实施例3的中药组合物，右腿内侧关节疼痛明显得到了改善，马上进行上落楼梯时，不用侧身上落了，可以正常上落。患者非常高兴。经过2个疗程后，现腿关节恢复正常了，已有了明显的改善。
（5）郑某某，男，26岁，因打球导致左手腕扭伤，疼痛不适，后经服用本发明实施例3的中药组合物，两天后手腕疼痛好转，五天疼痛消失。

1.一种疏通经络的中药组成物，其特征在于，包括以下重量份数的原料：
山株萸1-7 克，人参0.5-3.5 克，茯苓4-14 克，砂仁1-5 克，当归1-3 克，
远志1-7 克，桑寄生2-8 克，鸡血藤1-7 克，菟丝子1-7 克，千斤拔15-25克，
黑老虎10-16克，芥梗4-14 克，枳壳2-5 克，甘草2-7 克，豆蔻1-7 克，
附子2-5 克，大麦1-7 克，猪牙皂1-3 克，麻黄1-7 克，黄芪1-5 克，
牧丹皮1-5 克，山药1-5 克，木香1-5 克，狗脊1-7 克，桂圆8-30 克，
女贞子1-7 克，黄精5-10 克，香附2-6 克，五灵脂1-4 克，金银花0.5-2.5 克，
