技术领域
本发明涉及医药领域，具体来说涉及一种护理治疗骨质增生的中药组合物。
背景技术
骨质增生症是老年人常发的一种慢性疾病，是随着年龄的增长，人体关节退化而引起的一种常见的现象，多发位置为颈椎、腰椎以及膝关节等地方，这种病严重危害了人们的身体健康，在患此症的患者中，60岁左右的老年人达到了59.8％，而70岁左右的老年人则达到了100％，而且随着老龄化程度的加深，也使得骨质增生的发病率呈现着上升的趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗骨质增生的中药组合物。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供一种治疗骨质增生的中药组合物，它包含下列重量份的物质：威灵仙20-50份、当归30-40份、川芎20-50份、地鳖虫10-20份、透骨草10-30份、血竭1-20份、防风10-30份、黄芪20-30份、蕲蛇1-20份、乌梢蛇1-20份、全蝎1-5份、三七20-30份、杜仲10-30份、炮山甲1-10份、黄精10-20份、肉苁蓉10-20份、骨碎补1-20份、鸡血藤1-10份、乳香1-20份、没药1-20份、肉桂10-20份、干姜1-20份、天麻1-10份、甘草1-20份、制首乌1-20份、白术10-20份、茯苓1-20份和人参1-10份。

更优选的，本发明所述的治疗骨质增生的中药组合物还包含下列重量份的物质：大青叶20份、千金藤15份、女娄菜10份、北方点地梅8份、冬葵子10份、冰凉花15份、扭肚藤10份、茅香根15份、兔打伞10份、埃蕾6份、蛇地钱10份和藕节20份。
优选地，所述中药组合物可以是片剂、分散片、胶囊剂、软胶囊剂或软膏剂。
本发明还提供组合物在制备治疗骨质增生的中药中的用途，所述组合物包含下列重量份的物质：威灵仙20-50份、当归30-40份、川芎20-50份、地鳖虫10-20份、透骨草10-30份、血竭1-20份、防风10-30份、黄芪20-30份、蕲蛇1-20份、乌梢蛇1-20份、全蝎1-5份、三七20-30份、杜仲10-30份、炮山甲1-10份、黄精10-20份、肉苁蓉10-20份、骨碎补1-20份、鸡血藤1-10份、乳香1-20份、没药1-20份、肉桂10-20份、干姜1-20份、天麻1-10份、甘草1-20份、制首乌1-20份、白术10-20份、茯苓1-20份和人参1-10份。

优选地，所述中药可以是片剂、分散片、胶囊剂、软胶囊剂或软膏剂。
本发明所述的中药组合物互相影响，协同作用，疗效显著，非常值得大力推广。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明。应该理解的是，本发明的实施例是用于说明本发明而不是对本发明的限制。根据本发明的实质对本发明进行的简单改进都属于本发明要求保护的范围。除非另有说明，否则本发明中的百分数是重量百分数。
实施例1本发明的软膏剂
称取威灵仙30克、当归35克、川芎30克、地鳖虫15克、透骨草20克、血竭10克、防风20克、黄芪25克、蕲蛇10克、乌梢蛇10克、全蝎3克、三七25克、杜仲20克、炮山甲5克、黄精15克、肉苁蓉12克、骨碎补10克、鸡血藤8克、乳香10克、没药10克、肉桂12克、干姜10克、天麻6克、甘草10克、制首乌10克、白术15克、茯苓10克和人参8克，加入5000毫升水，在回流的条件下加热5小时，过滤，使滤液冷却至室温，加入无水乙醇至醇含量为80体积％，静置过夜，过滤，将滤液蒸干，粉碎，加入羊毛脂300克，搅拌均匀，即得。
实施例2本发明的软膏剂
称取威灵仙30克、当归35克、川芎30克、地鳖虫15克、透骨草20克、血竭10克、防风20克、黄芪25克、蕲蛇10克、乌梢蛇10克、全蝎3克、三七25克、杜仲20克、炮山甲5克、黄精15克、肉苁蓉12克、骨碎补10克、鸡血藤8克、乳香10克、没药10克、肉桂12克、干姜10克、天麻6克、甘草10克、制首乌10克、白术15克、茯苓10克、人参8克、大青叶20克、千金藤15克、女娄菜10克、北方点地梅8克、冬葵子10克、冰凉花15克、扭肚藤10克、茅香根15克、兔打伞10克、埃蕾6克、蛇地钱10克和藕节20克，加入5000毫升水，在回流的条件下加热5小时，过滤，使滤液冷却至室温，加入无水乙醇至醇含量为80体积％，静置过夜，过滤，将滤液蒸干，粉碎，加入羊毛脂300克，搅拌均匀，即得。
实验例
诊断标准根据国家中医药管理局颁发的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》(ZY/T001.1-94)来制定。CT或MRI检查提示腰椎骨质增生。选择100例腰椎骨质增生症患者，其中男52例，女48例，患者年龄在41-72岁，平均年龄为(51.5±1.5)岁，将患者为两组，分别为治疗组1和治疗组2，每组有50例患者。两组患者性别、年龄、病程、症状、病位均无显著性差异，具有可比性(P＞0.05)。
治疗组1使用实施例1中制备的软膏剂来治疗，每日两次，每次使用20克软膏剂均匀涂抹在腰椎部，连续治疗20天。
治疗组2使用实施例2中制备的软膏剂来治疗，每日两次，每次使用20克软膏剂均匀涂抹在腰椎部，连续治疗20天。
疗效标准
参考国家中医药管理局颁发的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》(ZY/T001.1-94)来制定。治愈：腰腿疼痛消失，直腿抬高70°以上，能恢复原来的工作。显效：腰腿疼痛明显减轻，腰腿功能活动接近正常，直腿抬高60°-70°，可恢复原来工作或改换较轻工作。有效：腰腿症状部分消失，功能活动改善，直腿抬高60°左右。无效：症状和体征无改善。
统计学方法
对实验数据利用SPSS 13.0软件进行处理和分析，计量资料以均数±标准差表示，采用t检验，计数资料采用x2检验，P＜0.05表示差异具有统计学意义。
结果
经过治疗，对于治疗组1，治愈19例，显效12例，有效13例，无效6例，总有效率为88％，对于治疗组2，治愈26例，显效15例，有效9例，总有效率为100％。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。

1.一种治疗骨质增生的中药组合物，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：威灵仙20-50份、当归30-40份、川芎20-50份、地鳖虫10-20份、透骨草10-30份、血竭1-20份、防风10-30份、黄芪20-30份、蕲蛇1-20份、乌梢蛇1-20份、全蝎1-5份、三七20-30份、杜仲10-30份、炮山甲1-10份、黄精10-20份、肉苁蓉10-20份、骨碎补1-20份、鸡血藤1-10份、乳香1-20份、没药1-20份、肉桂10-20份、干姜1-20份、天麻1-10份、甘草1-20份、制首乌1-20份、白术10-20份、茯苓1-20份和人参1-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗骨质增生的中药组合物，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：威灵仙30份、当归35份、川芎30份、地鳖虫15份、透骨草20份、血竭10份、防风20份、黄芪25份、蕲蛇10份、乌梢蛇10份、全蝎3份、三七25份、杜仲20份、炮山甲5份、黄精15份、肉苁蓉12份、骨碎补10份、鸡血藤8份、乳香10份、没药10份、肉桂12份、干姜10份、天麻6份、甘草10份、制首乌10份、白术15份、茯苓10份和人参8份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗骨质增生的中药组合物，其特征在于，它还包含下列重量份的物质：大青叶20份、千金藤15份、女娄菜10份、北方点地梅8份、冬葵子10份、冰凉花15份、扭肚藤10份、茅香根15份、兔打伞10份、埃蕾6份、蛇地钱10份和藕节20份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的治疗骨质增生的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物可以是片剂、分散片、胶囊剂、软胶囊剂或软膏剂。
5.组合物在制备治疗骨质增生的中药中的用途，其特征在于，所述组合物包含下列重量份的物质：威灵仙20-50份、当归30-40份、川芎20-50份、地鳖虫10-20份、透骨草10-30份、血竭1-20份、防风10-30份、黄芪20-30份、蕲蛇1-20份、乌梢蛇1-20份、全蝎1-5份、三七20-30份、杜仲10-30份、炮山甲1-10份、黄精10-20份、肉苁蓉10-20份、骨碎补1-20份、鸡血藤1-10份、乳香1-20份、没药1-20份、肉桂10-20份、干姜1-20份、天麻1-10份、甘草1-20份、制首乌1-20份、白术10-20份、茯苓1-20份和人参1-10份。
