The armrest 207 is rotatably connected to the backrest 204, and a driving mechanism is provided on the pair of rear wheels 202 and the pair of front wheels 203 to drive the wheelchair assembly 2 to move forward and backward. The upper surface of the wheelchair base 201 is further provided with a gravity center adjusting mechanism 5, the gravity center adjusting mechanism 5 comprises a slide rail support plate 210 arranged on the wheelchair base 201 and a pair of slide rails 211 symmetrically arranged on the slide rail support plate 210, the slide rails 211 comprise slide rail base grooves 212 fixed on the wheelchair base 201 and slide bars 212 fixed on the lower surface of the seat cushion 205, and the slide bars 212 are slidably connected in the slide rail base grooves 212. The slide rail 211 is provided with a second driving motor 222. In practical use, the second driving motor 222 can control the slide bar 212 of the slide rail 211 to drive the seat cushion 205 to move, the distance that the current seat cushion 205 needs to move is determined according to the center of gravity, and the second driving motor 222 can control the slide rail 211 to drive the seat cushion 205 to move to meet the requirement.
The wheelchair base 201 is further provided with a lifting adjusting mechanism 6, the lifting adjusting mechanism 6 comprises 4 electric push rods 214, a wheelchair frame 215 is arranged on the upper surface of the wheelchair base 201, the lifting rods of the 4 electric push rods 214 are rotatably connected to the wheelchair frame 215, and the rollers 302 are rotatably connected to the side edges of the wheelchair frame 215 at intervals. The slide rail support plate 210 of the center of gravity adjusting mechanism 5 is provided on the wheelchair frame 215, and the seat cushion 205 is slidably connected to the pair of slide rails 211 of the slide rail support plate 210.
The wheelchair base 201 is also provided with a pair of shock absorbers 220 at the front and rear thereof, respectively. The vibration of the wheelchair during traveling can be reduced by the damper 220, and the vibration can be reduced when the wheelchair travels on a complex road surface. The front end and the rear end of the wheelchair base 201 are respectively provided with a pair of anti-tilting wheels 221, the anti-tilting wheels 221 are arranged on the wheelchair component 2 through supporting rods, the anti-tilting wheels 221 are rotatably connected to the supporting rods, and when the wheelchair component 2 moves forwards or backwards on a road surface, the front and rear anti-tilting wheels 221 of the wheelchair base 201 are respectively contacted with the ground.
In order to facilitate the wheelchair assembly 2 to rotate in situ at a small angle or to facilitate the wheelchair assembly 2 to climb and go on a complex road, in the present embodiment, the pair of front wheels 203 of the wheelchair assembly 2 are provided as omni-directional wheels, and include a roller member 7 and a wheel main body 8, and the roller member 7 includes a roller 701, a roller bracket 702 and a roller main shaft 703; a plurality of rollers 701 are arranged and are fixedly arranged on the wheel main body 8 through corresponding roller brackets 702; the rollers 701 are truncated cone shaped (wheels with large sides and small sides) and are rotatably attached to a roller spindle 703. A pair of bearings 704 are fixedly provided at both ends inside the roller 701, and a roller main shaft 703 is fixedly provided at one end to the roller holder 702 and at the other end to the inside of the bearings 704, so that the roller 701 is rotatably provided to the roller holder 702.
In the present embodiment, the number of roller members 7 is 12 in total, and each roller member is fixedly attached to the wheel main body 8 at an inclination angle of 45 ° with respect to the wheel main body 8.

Other structures of this embodiment are the same as those of embodiment 1, and are not described herein.
The working principle is as follows:

When the gravity center is adjusted and the backrest 204, the seat cushion 205 and the leg support and foot support 206 are laid flat, the direct current sucker electromagnet A401 and the direct current sucker electromagnet B402 are electrified, the direct current sucker electromagnet B402 and the direct current sucker electromagnet A401 are adsorbed, and the wheelchair component 2 is fixed on the bed body component 1.
2. When the wheelchair assembly 2 is used alone, the driving gear 217 is driven by the first driving motor 216 to drive the driven gear 218 to rotate through the chain 219, and the whole wheelchair assembly 2 only needs to be provided with a driving mechanism on the rear wheel 202 and can ensure the synchronous motion of the front wheel and the rear wheel. When the wheelchair assembly 2 is ascending, the rear side of the wheelchair assembly 2 is raised too high by the pair of electric push rods 214 on the wheelchair assembly 2, which are positioned at the rear side, so that the whole gravity center of the wheelchair assembly 2 moves forward to prevent the wheelchair assembly from rolling over. When the wheelchair assembly 2 is descending downhill, the front side of the wheelchair assembly 2 is raised too high by a pair of electric push rods 214 on the wheelchair assembly 2 located at the front side, so that the entire center of gravity of the wheelchair assembly 2 is moved backward, preventing the wheelchair assembly 2 from rolling over. When a patient needs to get on or off the wheelchair component 2, the whole wheelchair frame 215 can be descended through the lifting adjusting mechanism 6, so that the patient can get on or off conveniently, and the safety risk is reduced.
