s8; filling and warehousing, allowing the filtered fruit juice to flow into a fruit juice barrel through a stainless steel pipe in an aseptic sealed filling cavity (95-100 ℃), sterilizing the cover of the fruit juice barrel by using steam, controlling the weight of the fruit juice by using a mass flow meter, sealing, covering and labeling the product, and storing the product in a clean and sanitary cold storage at the temperature below 4 ℃.
By adopting the technical scheme, the production process flow of the concentrated fruit juice is completed by juicing and filtering, pasteurization, enzymolysis, ultrafiltration circulation, adsorption decoloration, vacuum steam concentration, cooling, canning, filling and warehousing of the fruits.

2. the top cover is hinged with the sleeve and is matched with the lock head through the locking buckle, so that the activated carbon particles in the sleeve can be conveniently replaced; the sleeve is convenient to mount and dismount by arranging the limiting ring, the limiting groove, the first spring and the stop block, so that the activated carbon particles in the sleeve are convenient to replace, and the adsorption effect on insoluble macromolecular substances is guaranteed;
3. the production process flow of the concentrated fruit juice is completed by juicing and filtering, pasteurization, enzymolysis, ultrafiltration circulation, adsorption and decoloration, vacuum steam concentration, cooling, canning and warehousing of the fruits.

s3; enzymolysis, namely adding a mixture of fruit juice and pulp slurry into a tank body 2, adding pectinase and amylase into the tank body 2, decomposing starch and pectin into soluble micromolecular substances under the action of the amylase and the pectinase, precipitating the pulp slurry after enzymolysis to the lower end part of the tank body 2, wherein the fruit juice is positioned at the upper end part of the tank body 2, a first motor 9 drives a stirring shaft 10 to rotate, so that an adsorption disc 11 rotates along with the stirring shaft 10, the fruit juice passes through a through hole 14 to be in contact with activated carbon particles, the activated carbon adsorbs insoluble macromolecular substances in the fruit juice, the content of the insoluble macromolecular substances in the fruit juice is reduced, and qualified fruit juice is discharged from a liquid discharge pipe 4;
