Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings of the embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the described embodiments of the invention without any inventive step, are within the scope of protection of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a structurally optimized suona 900. The suona 900 includes a whistle blade 100, an air disk 200, a wick 300, a tube 400, and a bowl 500. The cartridge 300 and the bowl 500 are respectively connected to both ends of the pipe body 400. The end of the cartridge 300 remote from the pipe body 400 is connected to the whistle piece 100, and the end of the cartridge 300 near the pipe body 400 is inserted into the pipe body 400. The whistle piece 100, the core 300, the pipe body 400 and the bowl body 500 are sequentially connected together from top to bottom, and the whistle piece 100, the core 300, the pipe body 400 and the bowl body 500 are all in radial through structures, so that when a player plays from the whistle piece 100, the playing air flow can realize radial flow. The air disk 200 is sleeved on the core 300 at a position close to the reed 100 to concentrate the airflow blown into the reed 100 by a player, thereby achieving the effect of playing assistance. When the player blows air to the whistle 100, the air flow passes through the core 300, the pipe body 400, and the bowl body 500 in sequence. The vibrating whistle 100 excites the air column in the suona 900 to vibrate, the two modulate each other at the frequency of vibration to produce sound, and this modulation process is called coupling. The pitch variation is determined by the length of the coupled column of air, the shorter the column, the higher the pitch.
Referring to fig. 2, eight tube through holes 410 are formed in the tube 400. The eight tube through holes 410 include six lower tube through holes 411, an upper seventh tube through hole 412, and an upper eighth tube through hole 413. During playing, a player presses the eight tube through holes 410, and the tube through holes 410 are sequentially released from bottom to top, so that the air columns are sequentially shortened, and the pitch is sequentially increased from bottom to top. The player can perform various playing techniques such as single-shot, double-shot, triple-shot, lingua, flicking tongue, twitching, strong, and weak sounds in both the flat blowing condition and the super-blowing condition on the six lower pipe body through holes 411.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the core 300 is provided with a core through hole 320. When the player needs to perform the blowing operation of the upper seventh pipe through hole 412 or the upper eighth pipe through hole 413 under the over-blowing condition, the core through hole 320 is opened, so that the length of the air column can be further shortened, and the over-blowing operation of the two holes can be accurately performed. On this basis, the player can smoothly realize various playing techniques, such as single-shot, double-shot, triple-shot, flower tongue, playing tongue, smooth sound, strong sound, and weak sound, which can be performed on the six lower tube through holes 411, on the upper seventh tube through hole 412 and the upper eighth tube through hole 413. Further, since the through hole 320 is provided in the core 300, the structure of the pipe body 400 is not changed, and therefore, the sound tone and the tone quality of the suona 900 at the time of flat blowing and super blowing can be maintained. When the player needs to blow the suona 900 in the flat blow condition, the core through hole 320 is closed. When the player needs to perform the over-blowing operation on the six lower pipe body through holes 411, the core through hole 320 is closed.

Further, the ratio between the inner diameter D of the core through hole 320 and the outer diameter D of the core main body 310 at the position of the core through hole 320 is less than 22.73%. When the ratio of the inner diameter of the core through hole 320 to the outer diameter of the core main body 310 at the position of the core through hole 320 is 22.73% or more, the suona 900 leaks air too much, resulting in sound breaking. In the present embodiment, the inner diameter D of the core through hole 320 is 0.8mm and less than 1.0mm, the outer diameter D of the core main body 310 at the position of the core through hole 320 is 4.4mm, and the ratio between the inner diameter D of the core through hole 320 and the outer diameter D of the core main body 310 at the position of the core through hole 320 is less than 22.73%. In other embodiments, the outer diameter D of the core main body 310 may vary in size, and the inner diameter D of the core through hole 320 may also vary in size, but all of them need to satisfy the range of the ratio so that the player can accurately perform playing to avoid rattling.
In this embodiment, there is one core through hole 320, and in other embodiments, there may be two core through holes 320. The two core through holes 320 may be disposed at different positions in the radial direction of the side wall 314 of the core main body 310, or the two core through holes 320 may be disposed at different positions in the lateral direction of the side wall 314 of the core main body 310, but the upper and lower positions of the two core through holes 320 on the core main body 310 need to satisfy the ratio range: the ratio of the upper interval L formed by the center of the core through hole 320 and the upper opening 311 of the core main body 310 to the total length L of the core main body 310 ranges from 18.55 to 25.62%. In further embodiments, the number of the core through holes 320 may be three or more, and the up-down position of each core through hole 320 on the core main body 310 needs to satisfy the ratio range: the ratio of the upper interval L formed by the center of the core through hole 320 and the upper opening 311 of the core main body 310 to the total length L of the core main body 310 ranges from 18.55 to 25.62%.

The first end 3361 of the stopper 336 is fixedly coupled to the cartridge body 310, and the second end 3362 extends outwardly from the cartridge body 310 in a moving direction of the first end 3311 of the cover 331 to limit a distance that the cover 331 moves away from the cartridge through-hole 320. The second end 3362 of the stopper 336 is a circular free end, and the inner wall of the circular free end is provided with internal threads. The adjusting member 3363 is a screw and is screw-coupled to the second end 3362 of the stopper 336, and the movable distance of the cap 331 can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting member 3363. The cap 3364 covers the outer side of the adjusting member 3363, so that the whole stopper 336 is more beautiful and the dustproof effect is achieved. In this embodiment, one end of the stopper 336 is connected to the sidewall 314, and the other end is disposed at a predetermined position above the cover 331 to prevent further movement of the cover 331. In other embodiments, the stopper 336 has one end connected to the sidewall 314 and the other end disposed adjacent to the pressing member 334 to prevent further movement of the pressing member 334, thereby indirectly limiting the movement of the cap 331.
When a player needs to use the functions of the core through hole 320, such as to perform a playing operation of the upper seventh tube through hole 412 or the upper eighth tube through hole 413 in an over-blowing situation, or to further implement various playing techniques, the player needs to press the pressing member 334, the pressing member 334 drives the rotating arm 333 to rotate, and at the same time, the cover 331 is driven to leave the core through hole 320, so that the core through hole 320 is opened, and then the player starts to perform a corresponding playing operation. At this time, the restoring member 335 accumulates force, and the stopper 336 prevents the further movement of the pressing member 334 after the cover 331 leaves the cartridge through hole 320, thereby indirectly limiting the movement of the cover 331. When the player does not apply any force to the pressing member 334, the restoring member 335 releases the stored force to generate a restoring force, thereby pushing the cover 331 to be restored to cover the core through-hole 320 again, thereby not affecting the timbre and intonation of the six lower tube through-holes 411 of the eight tube through-holes 410 in the flat-blow and super-blow situations.
According to the suona and the core provided by the invention, the core through hole is formed in the core, so that the length of an air column in the suona is changed, the suona structure is optimized, a player can complete the over-blowing operation on two holes at the top of the body, and the player can complete various playing techniques on the other six holes under the over-blowing condition. In addition, the core adopts a cover hole structure that the movable cover is provided with the core through hole, thereby further improving the playing operation of a player and facilitating the pressing operation of the player on the core through hole.
