and the client of the client is used for displaying the unit business inviting information of the adaptive client and the GIS electronic map, and the GIS electronic map comprises a three-dimensional model of the unit in the garden area.
2. The operations service platform of claim 1, wherein the unit recruiter information comprises introduction information, price information, and offer information; the customer information comprises customer demand information;
the recruiter system is used for searching unit recruiter information matched with the customer demand information in at least one of the introduction information, the price information and the discount information from a plurality of unit recruiter information.

the recruiter system is used for acquiring a pre-trained recruiter model; acquiring the solicited business demand information output by the solicited business model aiming at the customer information;
and searching unit recruiter information matched with the recruiter demand information in at least one of the introduction information, the price information and the discount information from the plurality of unit recruiter information.
4. The operational service platform of claim 3,
the recruiter system is further used for determining the difference information between the recruiter demand information and the unit recruiter information; and adjusting the unit recruiting information according to the difference information.

The operation service platform of claim 1, wherein the recruiter system is further configured to obtain campus sales information, and the campus sales information includes total sales, conversion rate of trade, conversion rate of stage, and information of progress of sales process; and displaying the park sales information.

the client of the client is also used for acquiring park renting information; the park renting information is used for indicating rented units and units to be rented in the park; and the rented units and the units to be rented are displayed in a distinguishing manner in the GIS electronic map.
