Abstract

The invention provides a method, a system, a storage medium and food manufacturing equipment for estimating sales of popular dishes, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring historical purchase data of the popular dishes which can be produced by the food production equipment; obtaining frequent guests of the popular dishes according to the historical purchase data; acquiring the historical purchase quantity of the frequent guests for the popular dishes in a past preset time period t; and estimating the future sales of the popular dishes in a future preset time period according to the historical purchase quantity. Therefore, the method is equivalent to estimating the future sales of the dishes of the masses by only adopting the stable historical sales of the dishes of the masses, and not estimating the unstable historical sales of the dishes of the masses, so that the future sales of the dishes of the masses can be accurately estimated.
