Abstract
本发明公开了一种智能排气防爆储氢柜,包括括柜体和触控终端;本发明通过在储氢罐内通过弹簧安装固定有储存盒在储存盒内填充有镧镍合金粉进行氢气的储存,通过镧镍合金粉在吸氢时能够释放大量热量,而放氢时则需要吸收热量,针对以上吸放氢过程,现通过在柜体内壁两侧均设有的蓄热储能层与镧镍合金粉配合使用,当镧镍合金粉吸收氢气时,蓄热储能层能够通过触控终端的控制快速通过连接管吸收其放出的热量并且暂时储存,当镧镍合金粉释放氢气需要吸收大量热量时,蓄热储能层通过触控终端的控制将上一阶段储存的热量释放并通过连接管达到镧镍合金粉放氢工作温度,通过设有的蓄热储能层与镧镍合金粉的热量配合能够有效的达到节能减耗目的。

本发明涉及储氢柜技术领域,具体为一种智能排气防爆储氢柜。
背景技术
氢气化学式为H2,分子量为2.01588,常温常压下,是一种极易燃烧,无色透明、无臭无味且难溶于水的气体,氢气是世界上已知的密度最小的气体,氢气的密度只有空气的1/14,即在1标准大气压和0℃,氢气的密度为 0.089g/L,所以氢气可作为飞艇、氢气球的填充气体(由于氢气具有可燃性,安全性不高,飞艇现多用氦气填充),氢气是相对分子质量最小的物质,还原性较强,常作为还原剂参与化学反应,储氢罐是用于存储氢气的设备,而现有技术中针对氢气存储的储备设备在实际应用时仍旧存在诸多的不安全因素而降低安全性,因此迫切需要一种能够存储氢气的储氢柜以提升氢气存储时的安全效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种智能排气防爆储氢柜,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种智能排气防爆储氢柜,包括柜体和触控终端,所述柜体内壁上表面中部两侧均通过螺栓固定连接有安装架,两个所述安装架相邻面中部靠近底端处通过螺栓与法兰固定连接有储氢罐,所述储氢罐内壁中镶嵌有蓄热储能层,所述柜体上表面中部一侧通过螺栓固定连接有触控终端,所述储氢罐内壁两侧中部四周均通过螺栓固定连接有弹簧,所述弹簧相邻端通过螺栓固定连接有储存盒,所述储存盒内部填充有镧镍合金粉,所述储氢罐上表面中部靠近两端处均通过螺栓固定插接有输出管,两个所述输出管一端均贯穿安装架和柜体,且与柜体通过螺栓固定连接,所述柜体内壁下表面中部一侧通过螺栓固定连接有加压设备,所述加压设备压力输出端通过螺栓与法兰固定连接有输压管,所述输压管一端贯穿储氢罐通过螺栓与储存盒固定插接,所述柜体内壁下表面中部另一侧通过螺栓固定连接有热循环设备,所述热循环设备热量输出端通过螺栓与法兰固定连接有供热管,所述供热管一端贯穿储氢罐通过螺栓与储存盒固定插接。
优选的,所述储存盒还包括滤网,所述储存盒上表面中部通过螺栓固定连接有滤网。
优选的,所述柜体还包括热能存储罐,所述柜体内壁两侧中部均通过螺栓固定连接有热能存储罐,两个所述热能存储罐相邻面中部均通过螺栓与法兰固定连接有连接管,两个所述连接管相邻端分别贯穿安装架和储氢罐与所述储存盒螺纹插接,所述热能储存罐控制器输入端与触控终端输出端电信号连接。
优选的,所述柜体还包括隔板,所述柜体内壁两侧靠近底端处通过螺栓固定连接有隔板,所述隔板上表面中部四周均通过螺栓固定连接有支撑块,四个所述支撑块顶端均通过螺栓与储氢罐固定连接。
优选的,所述热循环设备还包括进水管和出水管,所述热循环设备一侧进水端通过螺栓与法兰固定连接有进水管,所述进水管一端贯穿柜体,所述热循环设备一侧出水端通过螺栓与法兰固定连接有出水管,所述出水管一端贯穿柜体。
优选的,所述柜体下表面靠近四角处均通过螺栓固定连接有底垫,所述底垫下表面边缘处镶嵌有滚珠。
优选的,所述柜体还包括压力表和温度表,所述柜体上表面中部一侧通过螺栓固定连接有压力表和温度表,所述压力表输入端和温度表输入端均与触控终端输出端电信号连接。
优选的,所述储氢罐内部一侧顶端通过螺丝固定连接有压力传感器,所述压力传感器输出端与压力表输入端和触控终端输入端电信号连接,所述储存盒内壁上表面一侧通过螺丝固定连接有温度传感器,所述温度传感器输出端与温度表输入端和触控终端输入端电信号连接。
优选的,所述触控终端电信号连接有质量流量控制器和监控控制装置。
优选的,所述连接管外围靠近一端处和所述输出管外围靠近一端处均通过螺栓与法兰固定连接有电磁阀,且电磁阀输入端与触控终端输出端电信号连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过在柜体内通过安装架设有储氢罐,并在储氢罐内通过弹簧安装固定有储存盒,在储存盒内填充有镧镍合金粉进行氢气的储存,通过镧镍合金粉在吸氢时能够释放大量热量,而放氢时则需要吸收热量,针对以上吸放氢过程,现通过在柜体内壁两侧均设有的蓄热储能层与镧镍合金粉配合使用,当镧镍合金粉吸收氢气时,蓄热储能层能够通过触控终端的控制快速通过连接管吸收其放出的热量并且暂时储存,当镧镍合金粉释放氢气需要吸收大量热量时,蓄热储能层通过触控终端的控制将上一阶段储存的热量释放并通过连接管达到镧镍合金粉放氢工作温度,通过设有的蓄热储能层与镧镍合金粉的热量配合能够有效的达到节能减耗目的,同时通过在柜体内壁下方设有的加压设备与热循环设备能够分别通过输压管和供热管向储存盒内输送所需压力与热量,从而极大的方便用户通过触控终端实施氢气存储与释放操作,且通过设有的压力表与温度表能够方便用户直观获取柜体内部状态,从而便于通过质量流量控制器与监控控制装置实施防爆排气控制进而极大的提升了氢气的安全存储效果,进而有效的弥补了现有技术中的不足。

所述储氢罐12内壁两侧中部四周均通过螺栓固定连接有弹簧14,所述弹簧14相邻端通过螺栓固定连接有储存盒15,通过弹簧14能够方便用户安装固定时避免高强度的晃动,同时也能够起到安装固定的效果,所述储存盒15 内部填充有镧镍合金粉,通过镧镍合金粉能够获取加压时吸附氢气从而起到储氢作用,同时吸收时会放热,所述储存盒15上表面中部通过螺栓固定连接有滤网16,通过滤网16能够有效的起到过滤效果,所述储氢罐12上表面中部靠近两端处均通过螺栓固定插接有输出管19,两个所述输出管19一端均贯穿安装架11和柜体1,且与柜体1通过螺栓固定连接,从而方便将氢气输出或输入;

工作原理:在使用时通过在柜体1内通过安装架11设有储氢罐12,并在储氢罐12内通过弹簧14安装固定有储存盒15,在储存盒15内填充有镧镍合金粉进行氢气的储存,通过镧镍合金粉在吸氢时能够释放大量热量,而放氢时则需要吸收热量,针对以上吸放氢过程,现通过在柜体1内壁两侧均设有的蓄热储能层13与镧镍合金粉配合使用,当镧镍合金粉吸收氢气时,蓄热储能层13能够通过触控终端3的控制快速通过连接管18吸收其放出的热量并且暂时储存,当镧镍合金粉释放氢气需要吸收大量热量时,蓄热储能层13通过触控终端3的控制将上一阶段储存的热量释放并通过连接管18达到镧镍合金粉放氢工作温度,通过设有的蓄热储能层13与镧镍合金粉的热量配合能够有效的达到节能减耗目的,同时通过在柜体1内壁下方设有的加压设备21与热循环设备23能够分别通过输压管22和供热管26向储存盒15内输送所需压力与热量,从而极大的方便用户通过触控终端3实施氢气存储与释放操作,且通过设有的压力表31与温度表32能够方便用户直观获取柜体1内部状态,从而便于通过质量流量控制器与监控控制装置实施防爆排气控制进而极大的提升了氢气的安全存储效果。

所述储氢罐(12)内壁两侧中部四周均通过螺栓固定连接有弹簧(14),所述弹簧(14)相邻端通过螺栓固定连接有储存盒(15),所述储存盒(15)内部填充有镧镍合金粉,所述储氢罐(12)上表面中部靠近两端处均通过螺栓固定插接有输出管(19),两个所述输出管(19)一端均贯穿安装架(11)和柜体(1),且与柜体(1)通过螺栓固定连接;
所述柜体(1)内壁下表面中部一侧通过螺栓固定连接有加压设备(21),所述加压设备(21)压力输出端通过螺栓与法兰固定连接有输压管(22),所述输压管(22)一端贯穿储氢罐(12)通过螺栓与储存盒(15)固定插接,所述柜体(1)内壁下表面中部另一侧通过螺栓固定连接有热循环设备(23),所述热循环设备(23)热量输出端通过螺栓与法兰固定连接有供热管(26),所述供热管(26)一端贯穿储氢罐(12)通过螺栓与储存盒(15)固定插接;
所述储存盒(15)还包括:滤网(16);所述储存盒(15)上表面中部通过螺栓固定连接有滤网(16),所述柜体(1)还包括:热能存储罐(17);所述柜体(1)内壁两侧中部均通过螺栓固定连接有热能存储罐(17),两个所述热能存储罐(17)相邻面中部均通过螺栓与法兰固定连接有连接管(18),两个所述连接管(18)相邻端分别贯穿安装架(11)和储氢罐(12)与所述储存盒(15)螺纹插接;所述热能存储罐(17)控制器输入端与触控终端(3)输出端电信号连接;所述柜体(1)还包括:隔板(2);所述柜体(1)内壁两侧靠近底端处通过螺栓固定连接有隔板(2),所述隔板(2)上表面中部四周均通过螺栓固定连接有支撑块(27),四个所述支撑块(27)顶端均通过螺栓与储氢罐(12)固定连接;
所述热循环设备(23)还包括:进水管(24);出水管(25);所述热循环设备(23)一侧进水端通过螺栓与法兰固定连接有进水管(24),所述进水管(24)一端贯穿柜体(1),所述热循环设备(23)一侧出水端通过螺栓与法兰固定连接有出水管(25),所述出水管(25)一端贯穿柜体(1);
所述柜体(1)下表面靠近四角处均通过螺栓固定连接有底垫(28),所述底垫(28)下表面边缘处镶嵌有滚珠,所述柜体(1)还包括:压力表(31);温度表(32);所述柜体(1)上表面中部一侧通过螺栓固定连接有压力表(31)和温度表(32),所述压力表(31)输入端和温度表(32)输入端均与触控终端(3)输出端电信号连接;
所述储氢罐(12)内部一侧顶端通过螺丝固定连接有压力传感器,所述压力传感器输出端与压力表(31)输入端和触控终端(3)输入端电信号连接,所述储存盒(15)内壁上表面一侧通过螺丝固定连接有温度传感器,所述温度传感器输出端与温度表(32)输入端和触控终端(3)输入端电信号连接;
所述触控终端(3)电信号连接有质量流量控制器和监控控制装置,所述连接管(18)外围靠近一端处和所述输出管(19)外围靠近一端处均通过螺栓与法兰固定连接有电磁阀,且电磁阀输入端与触控终端(3)输出端电信号连接。
