The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the device is used, the first electric push rod 13 is extended to convey the device to a place to be measured through the universal wheel 15 at the bottom of the first electric push rod 13, then the first electric push rod 13 is contracted to retract the universal wheel 15, the universal wheel 15 can conveniently convey the device, the trouble of manual conveyance is avoided, then the first motor 4 is started to drive the first rotating shaft 5 to rotate, so as to drive the mesh wheel 6 fixedly connected with the bottom of the first rotating shaft 5 to rotate, the mesh wheel 6 is meshed with the transmission gears 7 at the four sides in the rotating process to drive the transmission gears 7 to rotate, so as to drive the first threaded rod 10 at the bottom of the transmission gears 7 to rotate, the first threaded rod 10 drives the second laminate 3 to lift in the rotating process, so as to realize the lifting of the tip insertion rod 11 at the bottom of the second laminate 3, thereby realizing the automatic insertion of the tip insertion rod 11 into soil, avoiding manual insertion of the tip insertion rod 11, the four pointed inserting rods 11 can make the device more stable, the main marker post 22 can be adjusted while respectively extending or shortening the four second electric push rods 18, the upper connecting sheet 17, the lower connecting sheet 16, the limiting rotating rod 19 and the connecting column 20 can make the second electric push rods 18 rotate and fix at will, the main marker post 22 is ensured to be positioned at a vertical position, when the device is inclined, because the small-sized storage battery 31 is heavy, the rotating ring 28 rotates to be vertically downward far away from the conducting wire 33 to break a circuit when inclined, the prompting lamp 26 is not lighted, when the device is in a completely vertical state, the swinging conducting pointer 32 is vertically downward contacted with the conducting wire 33, at the moment, the prompting lamp 26 is electrified and lighted, namely, accurate measurement can be carried out by utilizing the scale, when the length of the device needs to be adjusted, the second motor 21 is started to drive the second threaded rod 23 of the output end to rotate, the second scale 23 can drive the telescopic marker post 24 to lift when rotating, thereby enabling adjustment of the height of the scale.
