Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a detergent dispensing device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: first inlet channel 1, mix storehouse 12, second inlet channel 2 and agitator. Wherein the first water inlet circuit 1 is adapted to be in fluid communication with an external water source and the washing chamber; the mixing bin 12 is provided with a water injection port and an adding port of a washing and protecting agent; the second water inlet pipeline 2 is communicated with a liquid outlet of the mixing bin 12 and the washing cavity; the stirrer comprises a driving part and a driven part, wherein the driving part is arranged in the first water inlet pipeline 1 and is suitable for moving under the action of fluid; the driven part is arranged in the mixing bin 12 and is driven by the driving part to do stirring motion.
According to the washing and protecting agent feeding device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first water inlet pipeline 1 is used as a main water inlet pipeline, water is injected into the washing cavity at different stages of washing, and then the fluid in the first water inlet pipeline 1 can drive the driving part of the stirrer to move. On this basis, the driven part does the stirring motion under the effect of initiative portion, and then can carry out abundant pre-dissolving to the washing and protecting agent in mixing storehouse 12 and obtain the washing and protecting liquid to guarantee that the washing and protecting liquid can fully contact with the clothing after getting into the washing chamber, guarantee the cleaning performance of clothing.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the first water inlet pipeline 1 and the second water inlet pipeline 2 are independent, namely the washing and caring solution obtained by dissolving the washing and caring agent cannot enter the first water inlet pipeline 1, so that the problem of unclean rinsing caused by impure inlet water during rinsing can be solved. Of course, the second water inlet pipeline 2 may also be communicated with the first water inlet pipeline 1, in which case, the second water inlet pipeline 2 is also communicated with the water filling port so as to input the external water source supply to the mixing bin 12 through the first water inlet pipeline 1. That is, one section of the second water inlet pipeline 2 is connected with an external water source through the first water inlet pipeline 1, and the external water source is injected into the mixing bin 12; then, after the detergent in the mixing bin 12 is dissolved to obtain a mixed liquid, the mixed liquid enters the washing cavity through the other section of the second water inlet pipeline 2.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the adding opening may be a manual feeding opening, and then laundry beads, washing powder or other types of detergent may be manually fed into the mixing bin 12 at this time.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the mixing bin 12 comprises a feeding bin and a dissolving bin, the feeding bin is located above the dissolving bin, the feeding port is located in the feeding bin, the water injection port is located in the dissolving bin, and the second water inlet pipeline 2 is adapted to introduce water into the dissolving bin, and water does not enter the feeding bin.
When putting in the mouth and being used for putting in the laundry and congealing the pearl, can be provided with push mechanism in mixing the storehouse, be suitable for to throw the laundry in the storehouse and congeal the pearl and push dissolving the storehouse, and then in the washing machine use, push mechanism can once push one grain of laundry and congeal the pearl and get into dissolving the storehouse. Under this kind of condition, throw the feed bin and can once throw into a plurality of laundry and congeal the pearl, and then need not to all get alone when washing clothes at every turn and put the laundry and congeal the pearl. The pushing mechanism can be an automatic pushing mechanism or a manual pushing mechanism. For example, when the washing machine is turned on, the pushing mechanism can be automatically triggered to push one washing bead to the dissolving bin based on the starting signal of the washing machine. Or when the pushing mechanism is a manual pushing mechanism, after the washing machine is started, the pushing mechanism can be controlled to push the washing condensation beads by pressing a button on the surface of the washing machine. Of course, the mixing bin 12 may not be divided into a feeding bin and a dissolving bin, and then when the washing machine is used each time, one washing gel bead is fed into the mixing bin 12 through the feeding port to the mixing bin 12.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the detergent dispensing device further comprises a detergent box, and the detergent box is in fluid communication with the adding port. Further, in this case, the detergent box may be previously filled with the detergent, and the detergent in the detergent box may be automatically transferred to the mixing chamber 12 through the addition port when the washing machine is turned on.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 7, the driving portion (refer to the main impeller 9 in fig. 7) and the driven portion (refer to the driven impeller 8 in fig. 7) are connected by a connecting shaft, and the connecting shaft is inserted through the pipe wall of the first water inlet pipeline 1 and the enclosing plate of the mixing bin 12 (the pipe wall of the first water inlet pipeline 1 and the enclosing plate of the mixing bin 12 are not necessarily independent from each other and may be shared). Under this condition, when the initiative portion moved under the fluid effect in first inlet channel 1, can directly drive from the driven part in mixing storehouse 12 and carry out stirring motion.
According to the embodiment of the invention, since the driving part and the driven part of the stirrer are respectively arranged in the first water inlet pipeline 1 and the mixing bin 12, the sealing effect of the installation is ensured as much as possible between the connecting shaft and the first water inlet pipeline 1 and between the connecting shaft and the mixing bin 12. Of course, even if a small amount of liquid enters the mixing chamber 12 from the first water inlet pipe 1, or even if a small amount of liquid enters the first water inlet pipe 1 from the mixing chamber 12, there is no substantial influence on the function of the washing machine. In order to prevent liquid from entering the first water inlet pipeline 1 from the mixing chamber 12, the water level of the driving part can be set higher than that of the driven part, for example, the first water inlet pipeline 1 where the driving part is located is set above the mixing chamber 12 where the driven part is located, so that liquid can only enter the mixing chamber 12 from the first water inlet pipeline 1, otherwise, the liquid cannot enter the mixing chamber 12.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the driving part is a first magnetic member, and the driven part is a second magnetic member, and the second magnetic member is adapted to perform a stirring motion under the action of the magnetic field of the first magnetic member. Under this kind of condition, because do not need the lug connection between initiative portion and the driven portion, and then need not to face between the pipe wall of connecting axle and first inlet channel 1 to and the leakproofness problem between the bounding wall of connecting axle and mixing bin 12. When the first magnetic part moves in the first water inlet pipeline 1 under the action of the fluid, the first magnetic part enables the second magnetic part to do stirring movement through the change of the magnetic field. For example, the first magnetic member includes a plurality of sets of stirring members disposed opposite to each other, one of the stirring members in each set is a south pole of the first magnetic member, the other is a north pole of the first magnetic member, and a magnetic field is formed between the south pole and the north pole of the first magnetic member, that is, between the stirring members in each set. The second magnetic member is within the magnetic field of the first magnetic member. When the first magnetic member is located in the first water inlet pipeline 1 and rotates under the action of the fluid, the second magnetic member rotates in the mixing bin 12 under the action of the magnetic field along with the change of the magnetic field so as to stir the liquid in the mixing bin 12.
In order to ensure that the second magnetic member is positioned in the first magnetic member, the position of the driving part of the first water inlet pipeline 1 is adjacent to the mixing bin 12. The specific form of the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member is not limited as long as the magnetic field of the first magnetic member can act on the second magnetic member. For example, the first magnetic member may be a small hydroelectric generator, which converts the kinetic energy of water into electric energy and generates a magnetic field to move the second magnetic member. For another example, the second magnetic member may be a magnet.
According to the embodiment of the invention, as the driving part of the stirrer is arranged on the first water inlet pipeline 1, as long as fluid is formed in the first water inlet pipeline 1, the driving part of the stirrer can drive the driven part of the stirrer to stir, so that sufficient stirring can be ensured, and therefore, a driving mechanism is not required to be additionally arranged for stirring of the stirrer in the embodiment of the invention, so that the washing and caring agent and water can be uniformly mixed, the structure of the washing and caring agent feeding device is simplified, and the manufacturing and maintenance cost of the washing and caring agent feeding device is controlled.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the rinse solution obtained after dissolving the rinse agent may be, but is not limited to, a water mixture of at least one of a detergent, a softener, a bleaching agent, and the like.
In one embodiment, the mixed liquor in the mixing bin 12 is pumped or siphoned or may be carried directly into the washing chamber by the water flow. For example, a pump may be used to pump the mixed liquid (i.e., the mixed liquid obtained by mixing the detergent and the water) in the mixing chamber 12 to the washing chamber, so as to ensure the speed of supplying the mixed liquid. For another example, a siphon line may be provided to drain the mixed liquor remaining in the mixing bin 12. When the mixed liquid is conveyed from the mixing bin 12 to the washing cavity in a siphon mode, the mixing bin 12 is also provided with an air inlet part, and the air inlet part is provided with a switch valve 3; the siphon line is at least partially arranged in the mixing bin 12 and is suitable for guiding the residual liquid in the mixing bin 12 into the washing cavity under the condition that the switch valve 3 is in an open state. The form of the on-off valve 3 is not limited, and for example, a solenoid valve may be used. The air inlet part refers to a part which can enable the mixing bin 12 to be communicated with the outside atmosphere, so that the mixing bin 12 can adopt a closed bin body and is communicated with the atmosphere only when the switch valve 3 is opened. When the switch valve 3 is closed, the mixed liquid in the mixing bin 12 can be carried into the washing cavity by the water flow entering the mixing bin 12. In order to ensure that the mixing chamber 12 is sufficiently communicated with the external atmosphere, the air inlet part of the mixing chamber 12 may be disposed at the top of the washing machine.
In fig. 5, two arrows perpendicular to each other and connected at the end corresponding to the position of the on-off valve 3 indicate the gas path communication path of the mixing chamber 12. On the basis of this, the other arrows in fig. 5 indicate the flow direction of the mixed liquor in the mixing bin 12 under the action of the siphon.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, a partition 16 is disposed within the mixing bin 12 and extends from the top plate of the mixing bin 12 toward the bottom plate, the partition 16 and the bottom plate forming an inlet section of the siphon line therebetween, the partition 16 and the side wall of the mixing bin 12 forming an inlet section of the siphon line therebetween, and the mixing bin 12 and the wash chamber forming an outlet section of the siphon line therebetween. Thus, when mixed liquor remains in the mixing bin 12, the mixed liquor enters the inlet section of the siphon line through the inlet and finally enters the washing chamber through the outlet section between the mixing bin 12 and the washing chamber. Wherein, the baffle plate can form an inlet pipe section of the siphon pipeline with any side wall of the mixing bin 12. And the spacing between the partition and the corresponding side wall of the mixing bin 12 should not be too large in order to ensure the discharge of the remaining mixed liquor. For example, in fig. 5, a siphon line is formed between the partition plate and the left side wall, and the distance between the partition plate and the left side wall is as small as possible, and the specific distance is based on the siphon principle that the remaining mixed liquid can be transported. As for the outlet pipe section of the siphon pipeline formed between the mixing bin 12 and the washing chamber, it is only necessary to ensure the communication between the mixing bin 12 and the washing chamber.
Of course, the form of the siphon line is not limited to the examples given herein. For example, a drain pipe may be provided at the bottom of the mixing bin 12, the drain pipe extends from the bottom plate of the mixing bin 12 to the interior of the mixing bin 12, and the drain pipe is communicated with the washing chamber. On the basis, a cover body is covered on the outer side of the liquid discharge pipe, an inlet of the siphon pipeline is formed between the cover body and the bottom plate of the mixing bin 12, an inlet pipe section of the siphon pipeline is formed between the cover body and the liquid discharge pipe, and a partial outlet pipe section of the siphon pipeline is formed in the liquid discharge pipe. Therefore, when the switch valve 3 of the air inlet part of the mixing bin 12 is opened, the mixing bin 12 is communicated with the external atmosphere at the moment, a siphon is formed between the cover body and the drain pipe, and the mixed liquid in the mixing bin 12 enters the washing cavity by utilizing the siphon principle.
In order to ensure that the mixed liquor in the mixing chamber 12 completely enters the washing chamber, the mixing chamber 12 may be configured such that the inlet of the siphon line is located at the lowest water level in the mixing chamber 12.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the detergent dispensing device further comprises a spray pipe 4, and the second water inlet pipeline 2 is suitable for being communicated with the washing cavity through the spray pipe 4. Therefore, the arrangement of the spray pipe 4 can ensure the spraying range of the washing and protecting agent and ensure that the washing and protecting agent is fully contacted with clothes.
According to an embodiment of the invention, referring to fig. 7, the driving part of the stirrer comprises a main impeller 9, the driven part comprises a driven impeller 8, and the main impeller 9 and the driven impeller 8 can be connected through a connecting shaft. When the first water inlet pipeline 1 injects water into the washing cavity, the main impeller 9 rotates under the impact of fluid, and then the kinetic energy of the water is converted into the mechanical energy of the main impeller 9. When the main impeller 9 rotates, the auxiliary impeller 8 is driven to rotate. The secondary impeller 8 is positioned in the mixing bin 12, and the liquid in the mixing bin 12 is stirred by rotation, so that the detergent before entering the washing cavity is fully mixed with water. Of course, the specific form of the driving part and the driven part is not limited by the examples herein. The driving part can also adopt any other structural form capable of converting the kinetic energy of the water into mechanical energy; similarly, the driven part may also adopt any other structural form that can realize the stirring function under the driving of the driving part, for example, the driven part may also be a paddle or a stirring rod.
In fig. 7, the main impeller 9 and the auxiliary impeller 8 of the stirrer are different in structural form. Wherein the slave impeller 8 comprises an impeller disc 801 (i.e. a circular disc in fig. 7) and blades 802, and the blades 802 are located on the side of the impeller disc 801 facing away from the master impeller 9. Therefore, when the stirrer is installed, the impeller disc 801 can be attached to the coaming of the mixing bin 12, and the mixed liquid in the mixing bin 12 is prevented from entering the first water inlet pipeline 1 through the installation position of the stirrer. On the basis, since the main impeller 9 does not include the impeller plate 801, when the stirrer rotates, a slight positive pressure is formed between the main impeller 9 and the impeller plate 801, and the mixed liquid in the mixing bin 12 is further prevented from entering the first water inlet pipeline 1. Of course, the main impeller 9 and the auxiliary impeller 8 can also adopt the same structure form, so as to facilitate the processing and manufacturing of the stirrer.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the secondary impeller 8 and the liquid inlet are located on different sides of the mixing bin 12. Referring to fig. 4, after entering the mixing chamber 12 along the liquid inlet, the fluid flows along the first side wall of the mixing chamber 12. The fluid changes direction after contacting a second sidewall adjacent to the first sidewall, flows along a third sidewall opposite the first sidewall, and exits the mixing bin 12 from the exit orifice of the mixing bin 12. Wherein, the first side wall is the side wall below the mixing bin in fig. 4, the second side wall is the side wall on the right side of the mixing bin in fig. 4, and the third side wall is the side wall above the mixing bin in fig. 4 (in the case of the washing machine application, the first side wall, the second side wall, and the third side wall in fig. 4 are all enclosing plates extending in the height direction, and the enclosing plate of the mixing bin 12 includes a top plate and a bottom plate besides the side wall extending in the height direction). In fig. 4, the arrows indicate the water inlet direction of the primary water inlet pipe, and the other arrows indicate the flow direction of the fluid in the secondary water inlet pipe, except that the uppermost arrow points to the right.
According to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention, a washing machine is provided, which includes a box body and a door body, and further includes the detergent feeding device, and the detergent feeding device is installed on the box body and/or the door body.
According to the washing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention, the automatic feeding of the detergent can be realized through the detergent feeding device, so that the washing machine is simple and convenient to operate and has wide applicability. And, because the fluid can drive the agitator and stir in the first inlet channel 1 of device is put in to the washing and protecting agent, and then under the condition that does not additionally set up actuating mechanism, can make the washing and protecting agent in mixing storehouse 12 dissolve fully to guarantee the subsequent washing and protecting effect after getting into the washing chamber.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the box body is provided with the door seal 5 which is used for being matched with the door body in a sealing way, and the spray pipe 4 is arranged on the door seal 5 under the condition that the detergent feeding device comprises the spray pipe 4. Wherein, through setting up shower 4 in the position of door seal 5, can guarantee to spill to the clothing from the mixed liquid of the washing and protecting agent that shower 4 sprays out, guarantee that the mixed liquid of washing and protecting agent and clothing fully contact, improve clean ratio, reduce the washing time, and avoid the mixed liquid of washing and protecting agent to flow to the urceolus and even deposit in the bottom of urceolus. Wherein, shower 4 can adopt current washing machine's shower 4, also will mix required shower 4 of storehouse 12 and the current shower 4 integration of washing machine together for traditional shower 4 is integrated with the mixed liquid's of detergent function of spraying, realizes the maximize utilization of current shower 4.
