The lowest point of the top surface of the partition 4134 is lower than the lowest point of the top surface of the side wall of the case 413, so that the detergent in the first and second mixing tanks 4132 and 4133 can be prevented from flowing out from the lowest point of the top surface of the side wall of the case 413, and thus the waste of the detergent can be prevented.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the partition 4134 may not be connected to two opposite sidewalls of the box 413, so long as the inner space of the box 413 is divided into the first mixing groove 4132 and the second mixing groove 4133.
In some embodiments, when the drawer 412 is in the closed position, the drawer 412 is disposed at an upper portion of the first and second mixing tanks 4132 and 4133, and a space (not shown) is provided between the partition 4134 and the bottom surface of the drawer 412, through which the first and second mixing tanks 4132 and 4133 are communicated, and through which the detergent and water in the first or second mixing tanks 4132 and 4133 can flow to the second or mixing tanks 4133 and 4133. The size of the first water outlet 41321 at the bottom of the first mixing tank 4132 is larger than the size of the second water outlet 41331 at the bottom of the second mixing tank 4133.

Referring to fig. 4 to 10, in some embodiments, a box cover 411 is disposed on top of a box body 413, and a bottom surface of the box cover 411 is opposite to the drawer 412. The box cover 411 is provided with a water inlet connector 4111 communicated with the outside, and the water inlet connector 4111 is communicated with an external water source. A first water spraying area 4112, a second water spraying area 4113 and a third water spraying area 4114 are arranged on the bottom surface of the box cover 411, a first water outlet 41121 is arranged on the bottom surface of the first water spraying area 4112, a second water outlet 41131 is arranged on the bottom surface of the second water spraying area 4113, and a third water outlet 4141 is arranged on the bottom surface of the third water spraying area 4114. A first channel 4115 communicating with the water inlet connector 4111 and the first water outlet 41121, a second channel 4116 communicating with the water inlet connector 4111 and the second water outlet 41131, and a third channel 4117 communicating with the water inlet connector 4111 and the third water outlet 4141 are further provided in the interior of the lid 411. So that water flows through the water inlet joint 4111 to the first water outlet 41121, the second water outlet 41131 and the third water outlet 4141, respectively. And the first water outlet 41121, the second water outlet 41131 and the third water outlet 4141 are respectively opposite to the first storage groove 4121, the second storage groove 4122 and the third storage groove 4123. So that the water flows through the first, second and third water outlet holes 41121, 41131 and 4141 to the inside of the first, second and third storage tanks 4121, 4122 and 4123 to be mixed with the detergent therein. It should be noted that, the first water outlet 41121, the second water outlet 41131 and the third water outlet 4141 are all provided with a plurality of water outlets, so as to increase the flow rate of the water inlet pipe 42.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in some embodiments, the water inlet pipe 42 is provided inside the cabinet 1 and outside the washing tub 3. The water inlet end of the water inlet pipe 42 is provided with a water valve 5, and the water inlet end of the water inlet pipe 42 is communicated with the water valve 5, so that the water inlet pipe 42 is communicated with an external water source through the water valve 5. The water outlet end of the water inlet pipe 42 is communicated with the water inlet joint 4111, so that water in the water inlet pipe 42 can be communicated with the detergent mixing and feeding device and mixed with the detergent in the detergent mixing and feeding device, and the detergent and the water can be jointly flushed into the washing cavity 31, thereby realizing washing of clothes. It should be noted that the water inlet pipe 42 may be provided with a plurality of water inlet connectors 4111, and a plurality of water inlet connectors may be provided and correspond to the water inlet pipe 42 one by one.
In summary, the water flowing out of the water inlet pipe 42 flows into the first storage tank 4121, the second storage tank 4122 and the third storage tank 4123 in the drawer 412 through the water inlet connector 4111 and the first water outlet 41121, the second water outlet 41131 and the third water outlet 4141, and is mixed with the detergent in the first storage tank 4121, the second storage tank 4122 and the third storage tank 4123, then the water flows into the first mixing tank 4132 from the first opening 41211 through the water flow, the detergent in the second storage tank 4122 and the third storage tank 4123 flows into the second mixing tank 4133 through the second opening 41221 and the third opening 41231, and finally the detergent in the first mixing tank 4132 and the second mixing tank 4133 and the water mixed solution are respectively flushed into the washing cavity 31 through the first water outlet 41321 and the second water outlet 41331, thereby washing the laundry in the washing cavity 31 is achieved.
Fig. 12 is an exploded view of a portion of the structure of fig. 5.
Referring to fig. 5 and 12, in some embodiments, the intake end of the penstock 44 communicates with the water valve 5 such that the intake end of the penstock 44 communicates with an external water source through the water valve 5. The spray pipe 46 is arranged at the downstream of the water conduit 44, the water inlet end of the spray pipe 46 is communicated with the water outlet end of the water conduit 44, the water outlet end of the spray pipe 46 is communicated with the washing cavity 31 and can spray towards the inside of the washing cavity 31, so that water in the water conduit 44 is directly sprayed to the surface of clothes to be washed through the spray pipe 46, and the water inlet function of the clothes treatment equipment is realized.
Referring to fig. 5 and 12, in some embodiments, the extracting member 45 is disposed between the second water outlet 41331 and the water conduit 44, one end of the extracting member 45 is communicated with the water conduit 44, and the other end of the extracting member 45 is communicated with the second water outlet 41331, so that when spraying into the interior of the washing chamber 31, the extracting member 45 can extract the detergent and water in the second mixing tank 4133 through the second water outlet 41331 and spray along with the water in the water conduit 44 to the interior of the washing chamber 31 through the spray pipe 46, so that the detergent and water can be mixed and dissolved in the water conduit 44 and the spray pipe 46, thereby reducing the dissolution time of the detergent in the washing chamber 31, improving the concentration of the detergent contacting with the laundry, and increasing the contact area with the laundry through spraying, and improving the utilization rate of the detergent.
In some embodiments, the drawing member 45 is a venturi 451, and the venturi 451 is provided with a liquid inlet 4511, a liquid outlet 4512, and a vacuum port 4513. Water conduit 44 includes a first water conduit 441 and a second water conduit 442. One end of first water conduit 441 is in communication with a source of water through water valve 5 as the water inlet end of water conduit 44, and the other end of first water conduit 441 is in communication with inlet 4511. One end of the second penstock 442 communicates with the water inlet end of the spray pipe 46 as the water outlet end of the penstock 44, and the other end of the second penstock 442 communicates with the liquid outlet 4512. When a water source supplies water to first water conduit 441, the water stream can flow into spray tube 46 through first water conduit 441, inlet 4511, outlet 4512, and second water conduit 442 in sequence. The vacuum port 4513 communicates with the second water outlet 41331, the vacuum port 4513 being capable of drawing the detergent in the second mixing tank 4133 through the second water outlet 41331, the detergent drawn by the vacuum port 4513 being capable of flowing into the shower pipe 46 through the second water conduit 442 with the water of the first water conduit 441 so as to be sprayed into the washing chamber 31 through the water outlet end of the shower pipe 46. So that the detergent and water can be mixed and dissolved in the second water conduit 442 and the spray pipe 46, thereby reducing the dissolution time of the detergent in the washing chamber 31, improving the concentration of the detergent contacting with the laundry, increasing the contact area with the laundry by spraying, and improving the utilization rate of the detergent.
It should be noted that other components having the extracting function may be used for the extracting member 45.
Fig. 13 is a schematic view of the showerhead 461 in fig. 12.
Referring to fig. 1 to 13, in some embodiments, a door seal 2 is disposed on the inner side of the door body, and the door seal 2 is sleeved at a nozzle 32 at the front end of the washing tub 3, so as to perform a sealing function when the door body closes the dispensing opening 11. It will be appreciated that the door seal 2 has a ring-shaped structure, and that a pleated structure is formed in the door seal 2 for forming a seal with the inside of the door body.
In some embodiments, the water outlet end of the shower pipe 46 is provided with a shower head 461, and the shower head 461 is provided at the top of the dock seal 2. The bottom of shower head 461 is equipped with spray port 4611, sprays the inside direction of mouth 4611 towards washing chamber 31, and spray port 4611 is linked together with the play water end of shower 46 to detergent and water in the shower 46 can spray towards washing chamber 31 inside through spray port 4611, increase the area of contact with the clothing through spraying, also can improve the concentration of the detergent with the clothing contact simultaneously, and then improve the utilization ratio of detergent. At the same time, the spraying of the spray head 461 can prevent the detergent from remaining at the bottom of the washing chamber 31, thereby avoiding the waste of the detergent.
Fig. 14 is a schematic view of an embodiment of the mixing element 47 of fig. 12. Fig. 15 is an exploded view of fig. 14. Fig. 16 is a schematic view of the structure of the inside of fig. 14. Fig. 17 is a front view of the mixing tube 471 in fig. 15.
Referring to fig. 5-17, in some embodiments, a mixing element 47 is disposed between the penstock 44 and the spray pipe 46 and between the second penstock 442 and the spray pipe 46. The mixing member 47 is internally provided with a mixing passage 4711, the water inlet end of the mixing passage 4711 is communicated with the water outlet end of the second water conduit 442, the water outlet end of the mixing passage 4711 is communicated with the water inlet end of the spray pipe 46, and therefore, the detergent and water in the second water conduit 442 can flow into the spray pipe 46 through the mixing passage 4711 and then be sprayed into the washing chamber 31 through the spray pipe 46.
In some embodiments, the mixing element 47 includes a mixing tube 471, where the mixing tube 471 adopts a tubular structure that is axially connected, and may specifically be a tubular structure, or may be a tubular structure of another shape. A mixing passage 4711 is formed inside the mixing tube 471.
Referring to fig. 14-17, in some embodiments, a stirring member 472 is further included in the mixing member 47. The stirring member 472 is provided in the mixing passage 4711, a plurality of spiral blades 4721 are provided on the outer circumferential wall of the stirring member 472, and the plurality of spiral blades 4721 are sequentially arranged on the outer circumferential wall of the stirring member 472 in the axial direction. When the detergent and water in the second water conduit 442 flow into the mixing channel 4711, the detergent and water may impact the spiral blade 4721 and sequentially flow out in the rotation direction of the plurality of spiral blades 4721, and thus the detergent and water can be mixed in the mixing channel 4711 through the spiral blade 4721, accelerating the dissolution rate of the detergent. Meanwhile, the mixed high-concentration detergent can flow to the spray pipe 46 from the water outlet end of the mixing channel 4711, so that insufficient dissolution of the detergent in the washing cavity 31 is avoided, waste of the detergent is reduced, the washing effect of the detergent is improved, and the utilization rate of the detergent is further improved.
In some embodiments, the plurality of helical blades 4721 includes a first helical blade 47211 and a second helical blade 47212, the first helical blade 47211 being provided in plurality, the second helical blade 47212 being provided in plurality. The first spiral blade 47211 and the second spiral blade 47212 are adjacently arranged, and the rotation directions of the first spiral blade 47211 and the second spiral blade 47212 are the same. The detergent and water in the mixing channel 4711 are uniformly mixed by the plurality of first and second spiral blades 47211 and 47212, thereby accelerating the dissolution rate of the detergent. Meanwhile, the mixed high-concentration detergent can flow to the spray pipe 46 from the water outlet end of the mixing channel 4711, so that insufficient dissolution of the detergent in the washing cavity 31 is avoided, waste of the detergent is reduced, the washing effect of the detergent is improved, and the utilization rate of the detergent is further improved.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, only one first spiral vane 47211 and only one second spiral vane 47212 may be provided.
In some embodiments, the first and second spiral blades 47211 and 47212 are sequentially connected in an axial direction so that the detergent and the water can sequentially pass through the first and second spiral blades 47211 and 47212 in succession, thereby improving the mixing degree of the detergent and the water in the first and second spiral blades 47211 and 47212 and accelerating the dissolution rate of the detergent. Meanwhile, the mixed high-concentration detergent can flow to the spray pipe 46 from the water outlet end of the mixing channel 4711, so that insufficient dissolution of the detergent in the washing cavity 31 is avoided, waste of the detergent is reduced, the washing effect of the detergent is improved, and the utilization rate of the detergent is further improved.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the first spiral blade 47211 and the second spiral blade 47212 may be arranged in a spaced arrangement.
Referring to fig. 14 to 17, in some embodiments, a support portion 4712 is further disposed inside the mixing tube 471, two support portions 4712 are disposed on the inner wall of the mixing channel 4711, and the two support portions 4712 are respectively disposed at the water inlet end of the mixing channel 4711 and the water outlet end of the mixing channel 4711.
In other embodiments, the support portion 4712 may be provided with one or more than three.
It should be further noted that, in other embodiments, the support portion 4712 may be disposed at other positions on the inner wall of the mixing channel 4711.
In some embodiments, the support 4712 is formed with a through hole 47121, the through hole 47121 being coaxial with the mixing channel 4711. The stirring member 472 is provided with a rotation portion 4722, and the rotation portion 4722 is capable of extending into the through hole 47121 and rotating in the through hole 47121, thereby realizing the rotation connection of the stirring member 472 and the support portion 4712. When the detergent and the water enter the mixing channel 4711, the stirring member 472 can rotate relative to the supporting portion 4712 under the impact of the detergent and the water, so that the first spiral blade 47211 and the second spiral blade 47212 on the stirring member 472 are driven to rotate, the first spiral blade 47211 and the second spiral blade 47212 are fully mixed with the detergent and the water in the mixing channel 4711, and the dissolution rate of the detergent is accelerated. Meanwhile, the mixed high-concentration detergent can flow to the spray pipe 46 from the water outlet end of the mixing channel 4711, so that insufficient dissolution of the detergent in the washing cavity 31 is avoided, waste of the detergent is reduced, the washing effect of the detergent is improved, and the utilization rate of the detergent is further improved.
In some embodiments, the support 4712 includes support ribs 47122 and support rings 47123, one end of the support ribs 47122 being connected to the inner wall of the mixing channel 4711 and the other end of the support ribs 47122 being connected to the outer peripheral wall of the support ring 47123 to support the support rings 47123 within the mixing channel 4711. The through hole 47121 is provided in the center of the support ring 47123. The stirring piece 472 is arranged between the two supporting parts 4712, the two ends of the stirring piece 472 are respectively provided with a rotating part 4722, the rotating parts 4722 are in one-to-one correspondence with the through holes 47121, the rotating parts 4722 can be in rotary connection with the supporting rings 47123, when the detergent and the water enter the mixing channel 4711, the stirring piece 472 is in rotary fit with the through holes 47121 through the rotating parts 4722 under the impact of the detergent and the water, so that the first spiral blades 47211 and the second spiral blades 47212 on the stirring piece 472 can rotate along with the rotating parts 4722, and the first spiral blades 47211 and the second spiral blades 47212 can sufficiently mix the detergent and the water in the mixing channel 4711, so that the dissolution rate of the detergent is accelerated. Meanwhile, the mixed high-concentration detergent can flow to the spray pipe 46 from the water outlet end of the mixing channel 4711, so that insufficient dissolution of the detergent in the washing cavity 31 is avoided, waste of the detergent is reduced, the washing effect of the detergent is improved, and the utilization rate of the detergent is further improved.

Referring to fig. 18 to 21, in some embodiments, a plurality of first spiral blades 47211 and a plurality of second spiral blades 47212 are alternately arranged in sequence with opposite rotational directions of the first spiral blades 47211 and the second spiral blades 47212. Thus, the rotation directions of the first and second spiral blades 47211 and 47212 are opposite to each other when the detergent and water pass through the first and second spiral blades 47211 and 47212, so that the detergent and the tap water in the mixing channel 4711 can be more uniformly mixed, thereby accelerating the dissolution rate of the detergent. Meanwhile, the mixed high-concentration detergent can flow to the spray pipe 46 from the water outlet end of the mixing channel 4711, so that insufficient dissolution of the detergent in the washing cavity 31 is avoided, waste of the detergent is reduced, the washing effect of the detergent is improved, and the utilization rate of the detergent is further improved.
Referring to fig. 18 to 21, in some embodiments, a fixing portion 4713 is provided at the water outlet end of the mixing channel 4711, the fixing portion 4713 is fixed on the inner wall of the mixing channel 4711, and a fixing groove 47131 is formed inside the fixing portion 4713. One end of the stirring member 472 near the water outlet end of the mixing channel 4711 is provided with a fitting portion 4723. The fitting portion 4723 is engaged in the fixing groove 47131, and when the detergent and the water in the mixing channel 4711 strike the first and second spiral blades 47211 and 47212, the fitting portion 4723 is fixed in the fixing groove 47131 so that the first and second spiral blades 47211 and 47212 can not rotate with respect to the mixing tube 471, and thus the first and second spiral blades 47211 and 47212 do not generate noise nor wear. And the higher concentration of the detergent mixed by the first spiral blade 47211 and the second spiral blade 47212 can flow to the spray pipe 46 from the water outlet end of the mixing channel 4711, so that insufficient dissolution of the detergent in the washing cavity 31 is avoided, waste of the detergent is reduced, the washing effect of the detergent is improved, and the utilization rate of the detergent is further improved.
In other embodiments, the fixing portion 4713 may be disposed at the water inlet end of the mixing channel 4711. The two fixing portions 4713 may be provided, and the two fixing portions 4713 may be provided at the water inlet end of the mixing passage 4711 and the water outlet end of the mixing passage 4711, respectively.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, a supporting portion 4712 may be provided at the water outlet end of the mixing channel 4711, and the stirring member 472 is rotatably connected to the supporting portion 4712, so that the first spiral blade 47211 and the second spiral blade 47212 can rotate relative to the mixing tube 471.
Referring to fig. 18 to 21, in some embodiments, an end of the stirring member 472 near the water outlet end of the mixing channel 4711 is further provided with a stopping portion 4724, and a side surface of the stopping portion 4724 near the water outlet end of the mixing channel 4711 abuts against the fixing portion 4713, so that when the detergent and the water impact the stirring member 472, the stopping portion 4724 can limit the axial movement of the stirring member 472, and thus, the stirring member 472 and the mixing tube 471 are relatively fixed by being matched with the matching portion 4723, so that the connection stability between the stirring member 472 and the mixing tube 471 can be improved.
In other embodiments, the abutment 4724 may be provided at other positions of the stirring member 472, as long as the axial movement of the stirring member 472 is limited.
Based on the technical scheme, the embodiment of the utility model has the following advantages and positive effects:
the water conduit 44 is communicated with the water outlet through the extracting part 45, the water inlet end of the mixing pipe 471 is communicated with the water outlet end of the water conduit 44, and the water outlet end of the mixing pipe 471 is communicated with the washing cavity 31, so that the extracting part 45 extracts the detergent in the box 413 through the water outlet to flow into the water conduit 44, the detergent flows into the mixing pipe 471 along with the water in the water conduit 44, and is sprayed into the washing cavity 31 through the water outlet end of the spraying pipe 46 by the mixing pipe 471, and the spraying function of the clothes treating device is realized. By utilizing the mixing channel 4711 in the mixing tube 471, the stirring piece 472 is arranged in the mixing channel 4711, and the spiral blade 4721 is formed on the stirring piece 472, so that the detergent and the water entering the mixing channel 4711 can be stirred and mixed when passing through the spiral blade 4721, the dissolution rate of the detergent is improved, the detergent and the water can be fully mixed before entering the washing cavity 31, insufficient dissolution of the detergent in the washing cavity 31 is avoided, and the utilization rate of the detergent is improved.

1. A laundry treatment apparatus, comprising:
a cabinet configured as a housing outside the laundry treating apparatus;
a washing tub provided in the cabinet, in which a washing chamber for washing laundry is formed;
the water diversion pipe is arranged in the box body, and the water inlet end of the water diversion pipe is externally connected with a water source;
a detergent box provided outside the washing tub; the inside of the detergent box is used for storing detergent; the bottom of the detergent box is provided with a water outlet;
an extraction piece arranged between the water diversion pipe and the water outlet, wherein one end of the extraction piece is communicated with the water diversion pipe, and the other end of the extraction piece is communicated with the water outlet;
the spray pipe is arranged in the box body, the spray pipe is arranged at the downstream of the water diversion pipe, and the water outlet end of the spray pipe is connected with the washing barrel;
the mixing piece is arranged between the water diversion pipe and the spray pipe, the mixing piece comprises a mixing pipe and a stirring piece, a mixing channel is formed in the mixing pipe, the stirring piece is arranged in the mixing channel, and a spiral blade is arranged on the peripheral wall of the stirring piece; the water inlet end of the mixing channel is communicated with the water outlet end of the water diversion pipe, and the water outlet end of the mixing channel is communicated with the water inlet end of the spray pipe;
When the water guide pipe supplies water to the spray pipe, the extracting piece can extract the detergent in the detergent box through the water outlet, so that the detergent in the detergent box flows to the mixing channel along with the water in the water guide pipe, the spiral blade can mix the water flowing through the mixing channel with the detergent, and the mixed water and the detergent can be sprayed into the washing cavity through the water outlet end of the spray pipe.
2. The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the screw blade is provided in plurality, the plurality of screw blades being sequentially arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the pulsator in the axial direction.
3. The laundry treatment apparatus of claim 2, wherein the plurality of spiral blades comprises a first spiral blade and a second spiral blade; the direction of rotation of the first helical blade is opposite to the direction of rotation of the second helical blade.
4. A laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the water outlet end of the mixing channel is provided with a fixing portion fixed to an inner wall of the mixing channel, the fixing portion being internally formed with a fixing groove;
One end of the stirring piece, which is close to the water outlet end of the mixing channel, is provided with a matching part, and the matching part is clamped and fixed in the fixing groove.
5. The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the plurality of screw blades includes a first screw blade and a second screw blade, and a rotation direction of the first screw blade and a rotation direction of the second screw blade are the same.
6. The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 5, wherein both the water inlet end of the mixing channel and the water outlet end of the mixing channel are provided with a support portion, which is fixed on an inner wall of the mixing channel; through holes are arranged on the two supporting parts, the two through holes are coaxial with the mixing channel,
the stirring piece is arranged between the two supporting parts, two ends of the stirring piece are respectively provided with a rotating part, the two rotating parts are in one-to-one correspondence with the two through holes, and the rotating parts are in rotary connection with the through holes.

The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein at least one storage tank for storing detergent, and a first mixing tank and a second mixing tank provided below the storage tank are provided in the detergent box, the water outlet being provided with a first water outlet and a second water outlet;
The first water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the first mixing tank and is communicated with the washing cavity; the second water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the second mixing tank; the second water outlet is communicated with the extracting piece;
when the spray pipe sprays towards the inside of the washing cavity, the extracting piece can extract the detergent in the second mixing tank through the second water outlet, so that the detergent in the second mixing tank flows along with the water in the water guide pipe through the mixing channel and the spray pipe to spray towards the inside of the washing cavity.
8. The laundry treatment apparatus of claim 7, wherein the detergent box comprises a drawer therein, the drawer being slidably disposed within the detergent box;
the drawer is concavely provided with a plurality of storage tanks, and the storage tanks comprise a first storage tank, a second storage tank and a third storage tank;
the first storage groove is vertically opposite to the first mixing groove, a first opening is formed in the side wall of the first storage groove, and the first storage groove is communicated with the first mixing groove through the first opening;
the second storage tank and the third storage tank are vertically opposite to the second mixing tank, a second opening and a third opening are respectively formed in the side wall of the second storage tank and the side wall of the third storage tank, and the second storage tank and the third storage tank are respectively communicated with the second mixing tank through the second opening and the third opening.
