It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the present invention, unless specified to the contrary, use of the terms of orientation such as "upper, lower, top, bottom" or the like are generally described with respect to the orientation shown in the drawings or the positional relationship of the components with respect to each other in the vertical, or gravitational direction. The terms of orientation such as "front and back" are generally used in terms of relative positional relationships of the respective parts with respect to the operating user, i.e., the part close to the user is front and the part far away from the user is back.
The invention provides a washing machine in a targeted manner in order to realize classified washing, save space and improve the reliability of the whole machine. The invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, in the washing machine according to the present invention, in this embodiment, the whole machine W of the washing machine includes a first washing unit having a first washing chamber and a second washing unit having a second washing chamber, i.e., classified washing can be achieved, and user satisfaction can be improved.
In order to form the second washing chamber, the door cover assembly of the washing machine includes a second door 20 and a first door 30 having an inner cavity as the second washing chamber, the first door 30 is pivotally connected to an end surface of the front sealing door 10 of the washing machine through a first door pivot portion to open and close the first washing chamber, and the second door 20 is pivotally connected to a front end surface of the first door 30 to open and close the second washing chamber. In particular, referring to fig. 4, a water outlet 704 is formed at the top of the second washing chamber, and a spraying device, such as a shower head, is installed at the water outlet 704, and the second washing chamber is washed by spraying, that is, the second washing chamber is a static washing chamber, not a drum-type rotating washing chamber. The second washing chamber is thus a small piece washing chamber suitable for washing small batches of small-size laundry.
As will be described in detail below, the second washing unit adopts a static washing mode of spray washing, and further includes an airflow auxiliary washing system for at least forming a pressure airflow flowing through the washing liquid in the second washing chamber to improve the fluidity of the washing liquid, so that the washing efficiency, sterilization and washing effects are better.
Compared with the prior double-drum washing machine, most of the prior double-drum washing machines are in a double-drum form, and have complex structures and large occupied space. For example, chinese patent CN104805630B discloses a washing machine having a plurality of outer tubs, which can perform washing in a plurality of spaces. The washing machine comprises: a casing, wherein the first outer barrel is accommodated in the casing; a first door for opening and closing the laundry inlet formed on the housing, the first door having a second tub; a second door for opening and closing the inlet of the second outer barrel; a first water supply unit and a second water supply unit for respectively supplying washing water to the inside of the first outer tub and the inside of the second outer tub; and a first and a second drainage unit for draining the washing water inside the first and the second outer tub. Obviously, in the technical solution of this patent, the second drum is rotatably disposed inside the second outer tub and has a driving unit, and the rotating structure, the driving structure, and the routing structure of the second drum are very complex, and the safety and reliability are poor, the heat dissipation of the driving unit is poor, and the door body is easily damaged by the rotation of the second drum. Therefore, the scheme is easy to have problems in the aspects of sealing, heat dissipation, fixing and the like of motor driving and magnetic field driving, and the manufacturing and maintenance cost is relatively high.
Compared with the roller washing of the second washing unit, the second washing chamber is a static washing chamber, so that rolling drive, electric control wiring and the like are reduced, the installation difficulty and poor installation of a mechanical structure are reduced, and the structural reliability, the electric safety and the like are greatly improved. The pressure airflow auxiliary washing mode is non-mechanical force washing and is a care type washing mode, and zero abrasion and zero winding are achieved.
Specifically, in order to implement spray washing, in the water inlet design of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the second washing unit includes a second washing unit water inlet pipe 805, the first door pivot portion includes an upper hinge 306, and the second washing unit water inlet pipe 805 is connected to the water outlet 704 through the front sealing door 10 and the upper hinge 306 in sequence. Therefore, the water inlet pipe in the main machine of the washing machine can be hidden and extended outwards through the first door pivot part, the appearance is not influenced, and faults such as pipeline winding and the like are avoided. And no matter the first door 30 and the second door 20 are in the opening or closing state, the communication state of the water pipe and the air pipe is not influenced.
Also, in the drain design, referring to fig. 4 to 6, the bottom of the second washing chamber is provided with a second washing unit drain 806a, the second washing unit includes a second washing unit drain 806, the first door pivot portion includes a lower hinge 307, and the second washing unit drain 806 is connected to the second washing unit drain 806a through the lower hinge 307.
Further, the second washing unit may include a microbubble generator 804 to promote agitation of the washing liquid by a microbubble washing manner, thereby improving a static washing effect. The water inlet pipe 805 of the second washing unit is a water outlet pipe of the microbubble generator 804, and injects microbubble water into the water outlet 704 to flow into the second washing chamber.
As is well known, the microbubble generator 804 (also called as a microbubble generator) is generally used to generate microbubbles having a diameter of fifty micrometers (μm) or less when bubbles are generated, and may be referred to as micro-nanobubbles, micro-bubbles, or nano-bubbles depending on the diameter range of the bubbles. The micro-bubble is generated by melting a certain gas (such as air) into water under a specific pressure by changing the physical properties of the water to form a gas-water mixed solution, and then suddenly polymerizing the gas in the water to form micro-bubble water by expanding to release the pressure. The water flow is accelerated by utilizing the abundant kinetic energy stored in the micro-bubble water and the wave of bubble explosion, thereby enhancing the washing effect. Therefore, as a general knowledge, the microbubble generator 804 and its structural components will not be described in detail herein. When the microbubble generating device 804 generates the microbubble, the water pipe line leads a large amount of microbubbles to the microbubble nozzle blowout fast to form negative pressure in the second washing chamber, the negative pressure environment can promote the production of impact rivers, thereby reach the abluent purpose of clothing.
In order to realize automatic control, the inlet pipe 802 of the microbubble generator 804 may further be provided with a water inlet valve 801 and a flow meter 803 to control the injection timing and flow rate of the microbubble water.
In the draining process, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the first washing unit includes a first washing unit drain pipe 604, a first traction valve 602, a drain pump 601 and an outer drain pipe 606, through which outer drain flows in sequence, and the second washing unit includes a second washing unit drain pipe 806, a second traction valve 603, a drain branch pipe 605 and a drain pump 601, which are arranged in sequence along the outer drain flow direction. The discharged water of the second washing unit is converged to the outer water discharge pipe 606 through the water discharge branch pipe 605, so that a compact and efficient water discharge pipe structure is formed.
Still further, an airflow assisted scrubbing system is included. Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the second washing unit includes a blower 701 and an air inlet duct 702, an air inlet 702a is provided at the bottom of the second washing chamber, and the air inlet duct 702 is connected to the air inlet 702a through the front sealing door 10 and the lower hinge 307 in sequence. The blower 701 may be an air-blowing pump for blowing air into the second washing chamber, or may be an air-sucking pump for sucking air into the second washing chamber, that is, the air-blowing or air-sucking manner is not limited to the pressure air flow.
In order to balance the air pressure in the second washing chamber, in the air exhaust design, since the washing machine includes the material box 90 generally located at the top, the material box 90 is connected with the material box water inlet pipe 50, the second washing unit includes the air exhaust pipe 703, the top of the second washing chamber is provided with the air exhaust port 703a, one end of the air exhaust pipe 703 is communicated with the air exhaust port 703a, and the other end passes through the upper hinge 306 to be connected to the material box 90.
Referring to fig. 3, a support plate 305 densely distributed with air holes is further disposed in the second washing chamber, and the support plate 305 is disposed at the bottom of the chamber and above the air inlet 702 a. The supporting plate 305 is used for placing small clothes, so that the pressure airflow from bottom to top is more conveniently distributed to flow into the second washing cavity, and washing is promoted. Specifically, the pressure air flow is dispersed into the second washing chamber from the respective air holes of the supporting plate 305, and the washing liquid in the second washing chamber is driven by the pressure air flow of the air holes, thereby achieving air bubbles, liquid agitation, vortex flow, etc., and effectively promoting the flow of the washing liquid and the tumbling of the laundry.
The washing mode of the second washing unit of the washing machine and the distribution structure of the water pipe and the air pipe in the embodiment with the attached drawings are explained above. The following describes a specific design structure of the door assembly for achieving the above-described classified washing.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the door cover assembly of the present embodiment, the first door 30 has a horizontal cylindrical shape, and a second washing chamber surrounded by the first door glass 303 is formed therein. The second door 20 opens the second washing chamber in the first door glass 303 when pivoted open, and the first washing chamber, i.e., the tub chamber of the first washing tub 40, opens when the first door 30 opens. When the second door 20 is opened, small laundry may be thrown inward. When the first door 30 is opened, a large amount of laundry can be put in, which greatly facilitates the user's operation. Of course, in the present embodiment, both the second door 20 and the first door 30 are side doors, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and a downward-opening door, an upward-opening door, or the like may be selected.
Referring to fig. 2, the first door 30 is mainly composed of a first door outer ring 301 and a first door inner ring 302 attached back and forth, and a first door glass 303 projecting rearward from the first door inner ring 302, and the first door glass 303 is formed in a cylindrical cavity shape having a second washing chamber. Wherein the portions of the second washing unit water inlet pipe 805 and the second washing unit water outlet pipe 806 protruding into the door cover assembly are both between the first door outer door ring 301 and the first door inner door ring 302.
In fig. 2, in order to realize water-tight sealing and air-tight sealing, the inner peripheral edge portion of the inlet of the first washing chamber of the front sealing door 10 is provided with a first door sealing ring 304, the inner peripheral edge portion of the inlet of the second washing chamber of the first door outer door ring 301 is provided with a second door sealing ring 204, and similarly, the second door 20 includes a second door outer door ring 201, a second door inner door ring 202 and a second door glass 203; when the second door 20 and the first door 30 are both in the pivot closed state, the second door glass 203 is in sealing fit with the second door gasket 204, and the first door glass 303 is in sealing fit with the first door gasket 304.
Wherein, in order to realize the spray washing and the gas auxiliary washing, the gas port and the liquid port in the door cover component are designed as shown in fig. 4, and are not described again in conjunction with the related description.
Also in the present embodiment, the washing machine is embodied as a drum washing machine as an example, that is, the first washing unit includes a first washing tub 40 in the form of a drum, and a tub cavity of the first washing tub 40 is formed as a first washing cavity. The volume of the second washing cavity arranged in the door cover component is far smaller than that of the first washing cavity, so that the door cover component is suitable for classified washing, and the second washing cavity in the door cover component is particularly suitable for washing small and loose parts such as socks, underwear and the like, saves water, and is suitable for nursing washing and soaking.
In summary, the washing machine of the present invention realizes the classified washing of the double washing cavities, but does not enlarge the size of the washing machine, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the second washing cavity can be arranged in the door cover assembly, the self-contained cavity in the door cover assembly is effectively utilized, the space is saved, and the structure is more compact.
In the second scrubbing unit, when the microbubble scrubbing mode and the gas flow assisted scrubbing mode are introduced simultaneously, the microbubble mode promotes the generation of the water flow in the second scrubbing chamber. Further, by the high pressure air flow entering the second washing chamber through the air holes of the supporting plate 305, the micro bubble washing fluid is continuously impacted, and the tumbling of the water flow drives the clothes to be further tumbled and stirred, thereby further improving the washing effect of the clothes. The invention adopts a brand new washing mode, the second washing unit is a static washing cavity, and the poor reliability caused by mechanical movement is greatly reduced; the washing and sterilization of the clothes by adopting micro bubbles and air blowing type washing have certain obvious effect; the door cover assembly is not poor in reliability due to overweight; the door cover component is internally provided with no rotary driving unit, so that an electric appliance wire harness does not need to be assembled in the door cover component, and the mounting difficulty and poor mounting are greatly reduced; a second washing unit is designed in the impeller door for classified washing without increasing the space size; the adoption of the micro-bubble and air-blowing washing can realize the care washing, has zero abrasion and zero winding, and abandons the traditional mechanical washing.
The present invention is not limited to the details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and the technical solution of the present invention falls within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
