Detergent supply device and washing machine
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of washing machines, and particularly relates to a detergent supply device and a washing machine.
Background
At present, the washing machines on the market mainly include a drum washing machine in which an inner tub rotates about a horizontal axis and a pulsator washing machine in which an inner tub rotates about a vertical axis. The drum washing machine has the advantages of small abrasion to clothes, difficulty in winding among the clothes and small water consumption, and is deeply favored by users.
The detergent supply device is an essential component of the drum washing machine, is arranged between the water supply valve and the washing drum, and provides different clothes detergents or additives including washing liquid, bleaching agent, disinfectant, softener, washing powder and the like at different stages of clothes washing. The detergent powder is a solid additive, can be dissolved by the washing water and then directly washed into a washing drum, and the washing water is a liquid additive, and the liquid is required to be added at different washing stages, so the addition is usually realized by means of siphonage. Fig. 1 shows a dispenser structure of a detergent supply device commonly used in a drum washing machine, and the dispenser is a container including a plurality of detergent or additive feeding boxes/chambers. The dispenser shown in figure 1 comprises three chambers containing detergent or additives, wherein the "i" chamber is pre-wash in which washing powder or liquid detergent may be placed; wherein the cavity of the 'II' is main washing, and washing powder or liquid detergent can be placed in the cavity; the "iii" chamber is a softener dosing chamber which, by means of siphoning, allows the dosing of the softener, since it is liquid and needs to be added only at the time of rinsing. The siphon cap structure of the prior art installed on the chamber is shown in fig. 2, a siphon column is arranged on the siphon cap, the siphon column and the center of a siphon hole of the liquid detergent putting chamber are installed in alignment, as shown in an installation drawing shown in fig. 3, a gap is left between the inner wall of the siphon column and the outer wall of the siphon hole after the siphon column and the siphon hole are installed, as shown in a partial enlarged view shown in fig. 4. When the washing machine is running to a program requiring the addition of softener, water is fed into the A end of the softener chamber, and when the volume of liquid in the chamber increases to MAX level, a siphon phenomenon starts to occur, and the softener is thrown into the washing drum.
Although the prior art can realize that the additive is thrown on the washed clothes according to the set time, the gap between the inner wall of the siphon column and the outer wall of the siphon hole is very small, and the liquid close to the siphon area is the liquid detergent or the additive with relatively high concentration, so the liquid detergent in the area has insufficient dilution and is easy to block the siphon hole, and the siphon can not be smoothly carried out. If the detergent fails to enter the washing tub during the main washing or the pre-washing, it will enter the washing tub during the rinsing, causing secondary contamination of the laundry.
The invention is especially provided for solving the defects in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention provides a detergent supply device, which can ensure that a liquid detergent or an additive is diluted as sufficiently as possible before entering a siphon structure, so that the siphon structure is not blocked and the detergent or the additive is more smoothly and thoroughly dispensed.
In order to achieve the technical effects, the invention adopts the following basic ideas of the technical scheme:
a detergent supply device includes a siphon structure, wherein,
the siphon structure comprises a siphon hole arranged in the liquid detergent putting chamber and a siphon cap covering the siphon hole, the siphon hole and the siphon cap are assembled into a whole and form a flow channel, and the flow channel is communicated with the siphon hole;
a component for increasing the flow rate of liquid is arranged behind the assembly position of the siphon cap and the siphon hole.
The rear part of the invention refers to that the liquid in the liquid detergent putting chamber flows through the component for increasing the liquid flow velocity and then passes through the assembly position of the siphon cap and the siphon hole by taking the flowing direction of the liquid as a reference, and the component for increasing the liquid flow velocity is the rear part relative to the assembly position of the siphon cap and the siphon hole.

The detergent supply device is provided with the component for increasing the liquid flow rate at the rear part of the siphon structure for putting the liquid detergent into the cavity, so that the dilution degree of the liquid detergent or the additive can be effectively improved, particularly the dilution degree of the liquid detergent or the additive close to the siphon structure can be obviously improved, the phenomenon that the siphon hole is blocked due to the fact that the concentration of the liquid detergent or the additive is too large can be effectively prevented, siphon power can be obviously enhanced, and the liquid detergent or the additive is accurately, smoothly and uniformly put into the cavity.
Preferably, the liquid flow rate increasing member is disposed at a rear position near where the siphon cap is assembled with the siphon hole.
Preferably, the upper end of the liquid flow rate increasing component is arranged at the bottom of the siphon cap, and after the siphon cap is assembled with the siphon hole, the lower end of the liquid flow rate increasing component is close to the bottom wall of the liquid detergent putting chamber and forms a gap for liquid to flow through.
Preferably, the siphon cap is provided with a liquid leakage hole, a water source is arranged above the liquid leakage hole, and a component for increasing the flow rate of the liquid is arranged below the liquid leakage hole.
More preferably, the weep hole is provided at a location near where the siphon cap is assembled with the siphon hole.
By adopting the arrangement, the siphon power can be further enhanced, and the liquid detergent or additive with relatively high concentration near the siphon structure can be effectively and fully diluted, so that the uniform and smooth feeding of the detergent or additive is facilitated.
Preferably, the component for increasing the liquid flow rate is a baffle arm, the baffle arm encloses two sides and the rear side of the liquid leakage hole to form a semi-open structure, and the lower part of the baffle arm is close to the bottom wall of the liquid detergent putting chamber and forms a gap for the liquid to flow through.
Preferably, the baffle arm is integrally formed with the siphon cap and is provided at a lower portion of the weep hole.
Preferably, the lower part of the siphon cap is provided with a siphon column, the siphon column is sleeved and fixed with the siphon hole, and a flow passage is formed between the inner wall of the siphon column and the outer wall of the siphon hole.
The baffle arm is used for increasing liquid, so that the effect of diluting liquid detergent or putting in the detergent is good, the structure is simple, the implementation is easy, the space of a large amount of detergent putting chambers is not occupied, the sufficient storage space is ensured, and in addition, the material can be saved and the cost is reduced.
Preferably, the siphon holes are provided with structural reinforcement members at their peripheries.
More preferably, the siphon hole is provided at its periphery with at least one leg.
The reinforcing part can ensure that the siphon cap is combined with the siphon hole more stably and reliably, and the siphon action can be enhanced.
Preferably, a structure reinforcing part is arranged between the siphon column and the bottom of the siphon cap.
More preferably, the reinforcing structure is a reinforcing rib.
Most preferably, the reinforcing ribs form a triangular structure between the siphon post and the bottom of the siphon cap. The triangular structure helps to strengthen the structural strength of the whole siphon cap and improve the reliability of the siphon cap.
Preferably, a plurality of detergent dispensing chambers are included for alternative use.
The detergent supply device is provided with a plurality of detergent feeding chambers, so that a user can have more choices, more humanization and better adaptability.
Preferably, the washing machine further comprises a spraying cover plate which is arranged at the upper part of the liquid detergent putting chamber and is provided with a water inlet pipe, and a detergent box chamber for accommodating the liquid detergent putting chamber, wherein the bottom of the detergent box chamber is provided with a water outlet; the spraying cover plate and the upper part of the detergent box chamber form a hollow chamber, and the lower part of the hollow chamber is provided with a spraying hole; water enters from the water inlet pipe, is sprayed into the liquid detergent putting chamber through the spraying holes, and then enters the washing bucket through the flow channel, the siphon hole and the water outlet.
More preferably, the detergent box chamber has a slope structure with a higher front side and a lower rear side at the bottom thereof, and the water outlet is disposed at the lowest position of the slope structure.

The detergent supply device of the present invention brings the following advantageous effects:
1. the dilution degree of the liquid detergent or the additive is obviously improved, particularly the dilution degree of the liquid detergent or the additive close to the siphon structure can be obviously improved, and the detergent is more uniformly and smoothly put in;
2. effectively preventing the siphon holes from being blocked by overlarge concentration of the liquid detergent or the additive;
3. the siphon power is enhanced, and the liquid detergent or additive is accurately, smoothly and uniformly put in;
4. simple structure, easy realization and improvement, saved manufacturing cost and improved economic benefit.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a washing machine having any one of the detergent supply devices as described above.
The washing machine of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the novel detergent supply device has the advantages that accurate putting of liquid washing liquid or additives can be achieved at different time periods, the liquid washing liquid or the additives can be uniformly diluted before being put into the washing barrel, partial liquid washing liquid is prevented from being not timely and completely conveyed into the washing barrel due to the fact that siphon holes are blocked, and the due effect is not achieved. And the liquid detergent can be prevented from entering the washing drum during rinsing to cause secondary pollution to the clothes.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

Example one
Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing a dispenser structure of a detergent supplying apparatus according to the present invention, the dispenser having three detergent or additive dispensing chambers, two of which are for dispensing a liquid detergent or additive, including a siphon structure, one of which is for dispensing a softening agent, the siphon structure of the chamber including a siphon hole 01 provided in the liquid detergent dispensing chamber and a first siphon cap 03 covering the siphon hole 01, the first siphon cap 03 having a general structure of a prior art siphon cap, the siphon hole 01 being integrally assembled with the first siphon cap 03 and forming a flow passage, the flow passage being communicated with the siphon hole 01; the other chamber is a bleaching agent feeding chamber 4 for feeding bleaching agent (certainly, the chamber can also be used for feeding other liquid detergent or additives according to actual needs, and the siphon structure of the chamber is not limited to the technical scheme), the siphon structure of the chamber comprises a siphon hole 01 arranged in the liquid detergent feeding chamber and a second siphon cap 04 covering the siphon hole 01, the second siphon cap 04 has the novel structure of the invention, the second siphon cap 04 is provided with a plate positioned at the upper part and a siphon column 02 connected below the plate, and the siphon hole 01 and the second siphon cap 04 are assembled into a whole and form a flow channel; the upper end surface of the siphon hole 01 is an MAX surface.
A component for increasing the liquid flow rate is arranged behind the assembly position of the second siphon cap 04 and the siphon hole 01; the upper end of the liquid flow rate increasing unit is connected to the lower plate surface of the second siphon cap 04.
The rear part is that the liquid passes through the component for increasing the liquid flow velocity and then passes through the assembly part of the siphon cap and the siphon hole by taking the flowing direction of the liquid in the liquid detergent putting chamber as reference, and the component for increasing the liquid flow velocity is positioned at the rear part relative to the assembly part of the siphon cap and the siphon hole.

The dispenser, i.e. the container comprising a plurality of detergent or additive dispensing cartridges/chambers, is a component of a detergent supply device, which is known as the conventional vocabulary of a person skilled in the art, but is not intended to limit the technical solution of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 6, the direction of the liquid flow is from a → B, a is the liquid inlet end, and B is the liquid outlet end.
Because the concentration of the liquid detergent or the additive is larger at the part close to the siphon structure, and the path for the liquid detergent or the additive to reach the siphon structure is shorter, the good dilution effect is difficult to achieve by means of the scouring action of water flow, therefore, in order to improve the dilution effect, the liquid detergent or the additive with the larger concentration is prevented from entering the siphon hole to cause blockage, and the component for increasing the liquid flow speed is arranged at the rear position close to the assembly position of the siphon cap and the siphon hole.
The lower part of the siphon cap 03 is provided with a siphon column 02, the siphon column 02 is fixedly sleeved with the siphon hole 01, a flow channel is formed between the inner wall of the siphon column 02 and the outer wall of the siphon hole 01, and the flow channel is communicated with the siphon hole 01.
When the washing machine is running to a program requiring the addition of bleach, water is fed simultaneously at the a-end of the bleach delivery chamber 4 and at the weep hole 041, when the volume of liquid in the chamber increases to MAX, a siphon phenomenon begins to occur, and bleach is delivered into the washing tub.
The siphon hole 01 is provided with a structural reinforcement member at the periphery thereof, and at least one leg is provided at the periphery of the siphon hole 01 in this embodiment.
The upper end of the component for increasing the liquid flow rate is arranged at the bottom of the second siphon cap 04, after the second siphon cap 04 is assembled with the siphon hole 01, the lower end of the component for increasing the liquid flow rate is close to the bottom wall of the bleaching agent feeding chamber 4 and forms a gap for the liquid to flow through, referring to fig. 9, a siphon area a and a bottleneck area b are formed, the liquid firstly passes through the bottleneck area b in the flowing process, and because the liquid is from a wider area to a relatively narrow area, the operation power of the liquid detergent can be enhanced, and in addition, sufficient clear water is added at the liquid leakage hole 041, the liquid detergent or the feeding agent can be ensured to be fully diluted before entering the siphon structure, and the situation that the siphon hole 01 is blocked is avoided. In addition, the siphon effect can be enhanced, and the smooth feeding of the liquid detergent or the feeding agent is ensured.
Preferably, a liquid leakage hole 041 is arranged on the plate of the second siphon cap 04, a water source is arranged above the liquid leakage hole 041, and a component for increasing the liquid flow rate is arranged below the liquid leakage hole 041;
the liquid leakage hole 041 is arranged at a position close to the assembly position of the siphon cap 03 and the siphon hole 01;
the component for increasing the liquid flow rate is arranged as a baffle arm 042, the baffle arm 042 encloses the two sides and the rear side of the liquid leakage hole 041 to form a semi-open structure, and the lower part of the baffle arm 042 is close to the bottom wall of the bleaching agent feeding chamber 4 (belonging to a liquid detergent feeding chamber) and forms a gap for the liquid to flow through.
The stopper arm 042 is integrally formed with the second siphon cap 04 and is provided at a lower portion of the leakage hole 041.
The arms 042 provide two neck regions b in the bleaching agent dispensing chamber 4 where the liquid flows, the flow rate of the liquid increases before entering the siphon region a, the interaction between the water flow and the detergent is enhanced, and the detergent is sufficiently diluted. Therefore, the detergent can be more uniformly put in, and the situation that the siphon holes 01 are blocked can be completely avoided.
By adopting the arrangement, the siphon power can be enhanced, the liquid detergent or additive near the siphon structure can be further fully diluted, and the uniform and smooth feeding of the detergent or additive is facilitated.
The detergent supply device brings the following beneficial effects:
1. the dilution degree of the liquid detergent or the additive is obviously improved, particularly the dilution degree of the liquid detergent or the additive close to the siphon structure can be obviously improved, and the detergent is more uniformly and smoothly put in;

Example two
The main differences between this embodiment and the first embodiment are: the siphon structures in the two chambers for putting the liquid detergent or the additive have the structural characteristics of the invention, namely, the parts for increasing the liquid flow rate are arranged behind the assembly positions of the first siphon cap 03, the second siphon cap 04 and the siphon hole 01 respectively.
The rear part is that the liquid passes through the component for increasing the liquid flow velocity and then passes through the assembly part of the siphon cap and the siphon hole by taking the flowing direction of the liquid in the liquid detergent putting chamber as reference, and the component for increasing the liquid flow velocity is the rear part relative to the assembly part of the siphon cap and the siphon hole.

Referring to fig. 6, the direction of the liquid flow is from a → B, a is the liquid inlet end, and B is the liquid outlet end.
In addition, the detergent supply device of the present embodiment further includes a spraying cover plate with a water inlet pipe disposed at the upper portion of the liquid detergent putting chamber, and a detergent box (or dispenser) chamber for accommodating the liquid detergent putting chamber, wherein the bottom of the detergent box chamber has a water outlet; the spraying cover plate and the upper part of the detergent box chamber form a hollow chamber, and the lower part of the hollow chamber is provided with a spraying hole; water enters from the water inlet pipe, is sprayed into the liquid detergent putting chamber through the spraying holes, and then enters the washing bucket through the flow channel, the siphon hole and the water outlet.
The bottom of the detergent box chamber is provided with a slope structure with a high front side and a low rear side, and the water outlet is arranged at the lowest position of the slope structure.
The detergent supply device brings the following beneficial effects:
