In this embodiment, the water inlet channel 106 for injecting water into the first detergent injection cavity 201 and the second detergent injection cavity 301 in the laundry treatment agent injection device 2 is disposed in the water injection tank cover 102, and when water is injected into the first detergent injection cavity 201 and the second detergent injection cavity 301 by using the height difference between the water injection tank cover 102 and the first detergent box 200 and the second detergent box 300 located in the water injection tank 100, sufficient force is provided to wash out the laundry treatment agent in the first detergent injection cavity 201 and the second detergent injection cavity 301, which is beneficial to sufficiently diluting the laundry treatment agent, and on the other hand, the laundry treatment agent is prevented from remaining in the first detergent injection cavity 201 and the second detergent injection cavity 301.
In detail, as shown in fig. 3, the water injection tank cover 102 includes a water injection tank upper cover 1021 and a water injection tank lower cover 1022 that are fastened to each other, and a water channel guiding the water flow direction in the water inlet channel 106 is provided on the water injection tank upper cover 1021 and/or the water injection tank lower cover 1022, and a spray hole is provided in the water channel, and water flows into the first detergent delivery cavity 201 and the first water injection cavity 202 from the spray hole.
In the above-mentioned scheme, as shown in fig. 13, the water channel is formed by the rib plates 1023 protruding from the surface of the upper cover 1021 and/or the lower cover 1022 of the water injection channel, and the rib plates 1023 located on the surface of the upper cover 1021 and/or the lower cover 1022 of the water injection channel are welded and fixed correspondingly in the buckling process of the upper cover 1021 and the lower cover 1022 of the water injection channel. The space between two adjacent rib plates 1023 forms a water channel for guiding the water flow direction in the water inlet channel 106.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 to 12, the first detergent box 200 and/or the second detergent box 300 is provided with a first drain 205 and/or a second drain 302 for draining the liquid in the first detergent box 200 and/or the second detergent box 300.
The water injection tank body 101 is provided with a liquid outlet 107 for discharging the liquid in the water injection tank 100.
The first liquid outlet 205 and/or the second liquid outlet 302 are respectively communicated with the liquid outlet 107.
Preferably, the liquid outlet 107 is disposed on the bottom wall of the water injection tank body 101.
In the above-described aspect, the liquid in the first detergent delivery chamber 201 is discharged into the water injection groove chamber 103 through the first liquid discharge port 205 provided on the first detergent box 200, and/or the liquid in the second detergent delivery chamber 301 is discharged into the water injection groove chamber 103 through the second liquid discharge port 302 provided on the second detergent box 300. The liquid in the water injection tank 100 is discharged into the washing drum 4 through a liquid outlet 107 arranged on the water injection tank body 101.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the length of the second detergent box 300 located at the lower position in the drawing direction is smaller than the length of the first detergent box 200 located at the upper position. The first drain port 205 of the first detergent delivery chamber 201 for draining the liquid inside the chamber is provided at a position beyond the second detergent box 300. That is, the liquid drain port of the first detergent delivery chamber 201 directly discharges the liquid into the water injection groove chamber 103 and then into the washing drum 4 through the liquid outlet 107, without causing the liquid to fall into the second detergent delivery chamber 301.
In the above-described scheme, although it is achieved that the occurrence of falling into the second detergent delivery chamber 301 when the liquid in the first detergent delivery chamber 201 is discharged is avoided, the volume of the second detergent delivery chamber 301 is compressed accordingly after the length of the second detergent box 300 is compressed.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 9 to 11, a diversion portion 206 is provided on the outer side of the bottom wall of the first detergent box 200, so as to avoid the second detergent box 300 when the liquid in the first detergent dispensing chamber 201 is discharged from the first liquid outlet 205.
In the above-mentioned aspect, as shown in fig. 5, a flow guiding portion 206 for communicating the first liquid outlet 205 with the liquid outlet 107 is provided on the outer side of the bottom wall of the first detergent box 200, so that when the liquid in the first detergent dispensing chamber 201 is discharged into the water injection tank 100 through the first liquid outlet 205 provided in the first detergent box 200, the liquid is directly guided to the liquid outlet 107 by the flow guiding portion 206 and is discharged into the washing tub 4. On the one hand, the liquid in the first detergent delivery cavity 201 is prevented from falling into the second detergent delivery cavity 301 when being discharged; on the other hand, there is no limitation on the length of the second detergent box 300 positioned at the lower position, a plurality of second detergent delivery chambers 301 may be provided in the second detergent box 300, or the volume of the second detergent delivery chambers 301 may be enlarged.
In detail, as shown in fig. 9 to 11, the diversion portion 206 includes a diversion portion side wall 2062 and a diversion portion bottom wall 2061, the diversion portion side wall 2062 is convexly disposed on the outer side of the first detergent box 200, the diversion portion bottom wall 2061 is connected with the diversion portion side wall 2062, and the common projection of the diversion portion side wall 2062 and the diversion portion bottom wall 2061 in the bottom wall direction of the first detergent box 200 at least covers the first liquid outlet 205, so that when the liquid in the first detergent dispensing cavity 201 is discharged from the first liquid outlet 205, all the liquid falls into the structure enclosed by the diversion portion bottom wall 2061 and the diversion portion side wall 2062 but not into the second detergent box 300.
In the above-mentioned solution, the side wall 2062 of the diversion part is protruded outside the first detergent box 200, the bottom wall 2061 of the diversion part is connected with the side wall 2062 of the diversion part to form a diversion trench, the diversion trench is at least provided with an outlet for discharging the liquid, and the liquid in the first detergent dispensing cavity 201 is discharged from the outlet of the diversion trench under the restriction of the bottom wall 2061 of the diversion part and the side wall 2062 of the diversion part after passing through the first liquid outlet 205.
In the present embodiment, the common projection of the diversion portion side wall 2062 and the diversion portion bottom wall 2061 in the bottom wall direction of the first detergent box 200 covers at least the first liquid outlet 205, and after the first detergent box 200 and the second detergent box 300 are all pushed into the water injection groove 100, at least the diversion portion side wall 2062 and the diversion portion bottom wall 2061 are caused to avoid the second detergent box 300 when the liquid in the first detergent delivery chamber 201 is discharged from the first liquid outlet 205. That is, the position of the rear side of the deflector bottom wall 2061 in the drawing direction should be at least flush with the position of the rear side of the second detergent box 300 in the drawing direction, and preferably, the position of the rear side of the deflector bottom wall 2061 in the drawing direction exceeds the position of the rear side of the second detergent box 300 in the drawing direction. It is further ensured that the liquid of the first detergent delivery chamber 201 does not fall into the second detergent delivery chamber 301.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9 to 12, the first detergent box 200 includes a plurality of first detergent delivery cavities 201, and the second detergent box 300 includes a plurality of second detergent delivery cavities 301.
Wherein at least one first detergent delivery chamber 201 and/or at least one second detergent delivery chamber 301 is a detergent for delivering a fluid state.
The at least one first detergent delivery chamber 201 and/or the at least one second detergent delivery chamber 301 are provided with a siphon structure 400, and a siphon hole 403 of the siphon structure 400 forms the first drain 205 and/or the second drain 302 of the at least one first detergent delivery chamber 201 and/or the at least one second detergent delivery chamber 301.
The state of laundry treatments in the market today include at least liquid laundry treatments, such as laundry detergents, softeners, etc., and powder laundry treatments, such as laundry detergents, etc. In the present embodiment, a plurality of first detergent delivery chambers 201 are provided in the first detergent box 200, and a plurality of second detergent delivery chambers 301 are provided in the second detergent box 300. Respectively used for putting the clothes treating agents in different states.
As shown in fig. 3, wherein at least one first detergent delivery chamber 201 and/or at least one second detergent delivery chamber 301 is a detergent for delivering a fluid state. In order to avoid the occurrence of laundry treating agent residues in the first detergent delivery chamber 201 and/or the second detergent delivery chamber 301 in a liquid state, a siphon structure 400 is provided in the first detergent delivery chamber 201 and/or the second detergent delivery chamber 301 for delivering the detergent in a fluid state. The residual liquid in the first detergent delivery chamber 201 and/or the second detergent delivery chamber 301 can be completely discharged into the water injection groove 100 by the siphon force of the siphon structure 400.
Generally, the siphon structure 400 includes a siphon column 401 and a siphon cap 402 sleeved outside the siphon column 401, the siphon column 401 having a hollow siphon hole 403, the siphon hole 403 penetrating the bottom wall of the first detergent delivery chamber 201 and/or the second detergent delivery chamber 301. A gap for the passage of liquid is provided between the lower end of the siphon cap 402 and the bottom wall of the first 201 and/or second 301 detergent delivery chambers.
The siphon holes 403 of the siphon structure 400 constitute the first drain 205 and/or the second drain 302 of the at least one first detergent delivery chamber 201 and/or the at least one second detergent delivery chamber 301.
When the laundry washing process is performed, water is injected into the first detergent delivery cavity 201 and/or the second detergent delivery cavity 301 through the water inlet waterway 106 to dilute the laundry treating agent, and when the liquid level of the liquid in the first detergent delivery cavity 201 and/or the second detergent delivery cavity 301 reaches the height triggering the siphon effect, the liquid enters the siphon hole 403 through the gap between the lower end of the siphon cap 402 and the bottom wall of the first detergent delivery cavity 201 and/or the second detergent delivery cavity 301, and is discharged into the water injection tank 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, at least one of the number of first detergent delivery chambers 201 is for delivering a powdered laundry treatment agent and/or at least one of the number of second detergent delivery chambers 301 is for delivering a powdered laundry treatment agent.
The first detergent delivery chamber 201 or the second detergent delivery chamber 301 for delivering the powdered laundry treating agent is not provided with the siphon structure 400, but a drain port is directly provided on the body of the first detergent box 200 or the second detergent box 300.
The present invention also provides a laundry treatment apparatus, as shown in fig. 14, comprising a laundry treatment agent delivery device 2 as described above, preferably the laundry treatment apparatus is a washing machine 1. The washing machine 1 further comprises a washing tub 4 and a water injection pipe 3 for injecting water into the laundry treating agent injecting device 2 and the washing tub 4. By using the laundry treatment agent feeding device 2 provided by the invention, the laundry treatment agent in the plurality of laundry treatment agent feeding cavities is fed into the washing machine 1, so that the development quantity of parts is reduced, the cost of laundry treatment equipment is reduced, the occupied space of a feeding module in the main body of the laundry treatment equipment is reduced, and the competitiveness of products is improved.

Claims (12)

1. the first detergent box comprises a first detergent delivery cavity for delivering the clothes treating agent and a first water injection cavity for water inflow;
the second detergent box comprises a second detergent delivery cavity for delivering the clothes treating agent, and the second detergent delivery cavity is communicated with the first water injection cavity.
2. A laundry treatment agent delivery device according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the side wall inboard of water injection groove is equipped with slide rail or spout, first detergent box with the outside of second detergent box is equipped with slide rail and spout matched with spout or slide rail.
3. A laundry treatment agent delivery device according to claim 1, characterized in that:
a partition plate is arranged between the first detergent delivery cavity and the first water injection cavity.
4. A laundry treatment agent delivery device according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the bottom wall of the first water injection cavity is provided with a water injection hole communicated with the second detergent injection cavity, and the projection of the water injection hole in the direction of the second detergent box falls into the second detergent injection cavity.
5. A laundry treatment agent delivery device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that:
the water injection tank comprises a water injection tank body and a water injection tank cover body, wherein at least two groups of independent water inlet waterways are arranged in the water injection tank cover body, a first group of water inlet waterways are communicated with the first detergent putting cavity, and a second group of water inlet waterways are communicated with the first water injection cavity.
6. A laundry treatment agent delivery device according to claim 5, wherein:
the water injection tank cover body comprises a water injection tank upper cover and a water injection tank lower cover which are buckled with each other, a water channel for guiding the water flow direction in the water inlet waterway is arranged on the water injection tank upper cover and/or the water injection tank lower cover, spray holes are arranged in the water channel, and water flow enters the first detergent putting cavity and the first water injection cavity through the spray holes.
7. A laundry treatment agent delivery device according to claim 5, wherein:
the first liquid outlet and/or the second liquid outlet for discharging the liquid in the first detergent box and/or the second detergent box are/is arranged on the first detergent box and/or the second detergent box;
the water injection groove body is provided with a liquid outlet for discharging liquid in the water injection groove;
the first liquid outlet and/or the second liquid outlet are/is respectively communicated with the liquid outlet.
