Description

Spinning method of cotton-flax fancy yarn
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cotton and linen blended spinning, and relates to a spinning method of cotton and linen fancy yarns, in particular to a method for ring spinning cotton and linen fancy yarns.
Background
At present, with the progress of the spinning technology, ring spinning can not only spin common yarns, but also spin various fancy yarns such as slub yarns, section color yarns and the like. As shown in fig. 2, when ring spinning fancy yarn, two rovings are usually fed simultaneously to a drafting device of a spinning machine, and the drafting device may simultaneously draft the two rovings or intermittently draft the rovings, respectively. The adopted specific measures are as follows: the drafting device of the spinning machine is composed of four rollers, two pieces of rough yarn are respectively fed by two rollers behind the drafting zone, and the front roller and the middle roller of the spinning machine are main drafting zones. Although the method solves the technical problem of spinning fancy yarns by ring spinning, because the drafting of the rough yarns is mainly completed by the drafting action between the front roller and the middle roller, two rough yarns share one drafting zone, and the distance between the drafting zones is fixed, the requirements on the length and the fineness of the raw materials are higher, and the length and the fineness of the two raw materials are the same or similar.
In recent years, people continuously pursue comfortable and healthy wearing, the requirements for external texture and internal health care are higher and higher, and the application of natural fibers, especially hemp fibers, is wider and wider. Hemp is one of the earliest natural plant fibers utilized by humans, including flax, ramie, hemp, and the like. Nowadays, with the development of spinning industry, fibrilia is widely applied to the fields of clothing and home textiles with its own advantages. China has various hemp crops, wherein the ramie yield accounts for more than 90 percent of the total world yield, and the flax yield is the second world, which provides an extremely unique condition for the hemp textile industry of China. But the hemp products in China at the present stage have single structure and insufficient development and innovation capability, and become important factors which hinder the development of the hemp textile industry. The cotton raw materials in China are in shortage, the market blank depends on import to a great extent, and from the perspective of environmental protection and nature, the cotton-flax blended yarn is a very desirable path for relieving the current situation of cotton shortage in China, fully utilizing natural resources in China and developing the cotton-flax blended yarn. The cotton-flax fabric has the advantages of roughness, stiffness, moisture absorption, moisture dispersion, strong air permeability, good glossiness and the like, is comfortable to wear and not next to the skin, and is popular summer clothing fabric at home and abroad at present.
Aiming at the characteristics of large rigidity, stiffness, large torque resistance, difficult cohesion of fibers, poor fiber length uniformity and difficult spinning of hemp fibers, cotton-hemp blended yarns are spun at the present stage, and all process equipment is generally reformed or optimized on cotton spinning equipment. For example, during carding, the process and equipment configuration of tight-spacing and strong carding are adopted; a heavy pressurization and strong control process is adopted during drawing; properly increasing the twist coefficient of the roving during roving; the spinning adopts the forms of slipping, drafting and the like during spinning, and strictly controls the conditions of temperature, humidity and the like of the spinning, thereby achieving the aim of smooth spinning.
Although the development means and the technology of the cotton-flax blended yarn are improved greatly at the present stage, the length uniformity of the flax fiber is larger and has a certain difference compared with the length of the cotton fiber. The average length of the flax fibers is 15-20 mm, the average length of the ramie fibers is 50-120 mm, the average length of the hemp fibers is 15-20 mm, and the average length of the cotton fibers is 25-33 mm, so that the two raw materials are mixed together in proportion in a drawing process when the cotton and hemp are spun, and the process indexes influencing various aspects of the drawing quality such as the spacing between rollers in drawing, roving, spinning and other processes, the adopted drawing form and the like need to be comprehensively considered. Especially, the spun yarn forming process, which is the last process of yarn forming, has the greatest influence on the quality of the formed yarn, and because the fibrilia and the cotton fiber share one drafting zone, the phenomena of non-open drawing, hard end and the like are very easy to occur during spinning, so that the quality of the formed yarn is greatly influenced.
Therefore, how to fully utilize the performance of the fibrilia has very important significance in researching a spinning method of the variable-ratio cotton-flax blended yarn.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the cotton-flax blended yarn spun by the method in the prior art has single style and the flax performance cannot be fully utilized, and provides a spinning method of cotton-flax fancy yarns, in particular a method for ring spinning cotton-flax fancy yarns. The invention discloses a spinning method of ring spinning fancy yarn, which is characterized in that two pieces of rough yarn are respectively fed into a drafting device of a spinning frame, the drafting device is composed of two independent drafting zones, the two drafting zones are independently controlled, the drafting effect can be simultaneously or independently performed on two different rough yarn strips, and the drafting distance of the two drafting zones can be adjusted, so that the types of the spun yarn spun by ring spinning are greatly widened, the problem that the spun yarn cannot be spun when the fiber length difference is too large during the ring spinning is solved, and the ring spinning fancy yarn has better use prospect and higher economic value.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a spinning method of cotton and linen fancy yarn comprises the steps of drafting cotton roving and linen roving respectively, converging and gathering, twisting and winding to obtain cotton and linen fancy yarn;
the sum of the feeding weights of the cotton roving and the hemp roving is not changed; the feeding weight ratio of the cotton roving to the hemp roving is cyclically and alternately changed from 70:30 to 30:70 to 70:30, and the cyclic and alternate change of the feeding weight ratio of the cotton roving and the hemp roving is a linear increase or linear decrease of the cyclic and reciprocating.
As a preferred technical scheme:
the spinning method of the cotton and linen fancy yarn is characterized in that the fixed weight of the cotton roving is 5-10 g/10m, and the fixed weight of the linen roving is 5-10 g/10 m. In order to ensure that the drafting quality of the drafting device for the cotton roving and the hemp roving is stable, the quantitative quantity of the cotton roving and the quantitative quantity of the hemp roving are kept within a certain range.
According to the spinning method of the cotton and linen fancy yarn, the drafting of the cotton roving is independently drafted by the drafting mechanism I; independently drafting the rough yarns by a drafting mechanism II; the drafting mechanism I and the drafting mechanism II are independently controlled. The drafting of the cotton roving and the hemp roving is controlled by the drafting mechanisms which are respectively and independently controlled, and the respective roller gauge of the two drafting areas, the control of the leather roller and the leather ring and the pressure of the cradle can be set according to different technical requirements of cotton spinning and hemp spinning.
In the method for spinning cotton and linen fancy yarns, the converging and gathering means that the cotton fiber strands obtained by drafting the cotton roving and the linen fiber strands obtained by drafting the linen roving are converged and guided by a converging groove or a converging horn mouth, and then are held and output by a gathering roller and a gathering leather roller.
In the spinning method of cotton and linen fancy yarn, the linear increase or linear decrease of the cyclic reciprocation specifically means that when the proportion of the cotton fibers is linearly increased, the linen fibers are linearly decreased in proportion; when the proportion of the cotton fibers is linearly reduced, the fibrilia is linearly increased according to the proportion; the total amount of the cotton fibers and the hemp fibers is constant.
The twisting refers to the twisting of the cotton and hemp fiber strands held by the gathering roller and the gathering leather roller by the steel wire ring and the spindle, and the rotating speed of the spindle is unchanged; the twist setting of the cotton and linen fancy yarn is not changed, the twist setting is 300-500 twists/m, the twist setting of the yarn is not changed during spinning, but due to the fact that the rigidity of cotton fibers and the rigidity of linen fibers are not consistent, the internal and external transfer conditions are different, and the actual twist of the spinning effect is different.
In the method for spinning the cotton and linen type yarns, the yarn count of the cotton and linen type yarns is unchanged, and the yarn count of the cotton and linen type yarns is 10-40 English counts.
According to the spinning method of the cotton and linen fancy yarn, the raw material of the linen roving is ramie, flax or hemp.
According to the spinning method of the cotton and linen fancy yarn, the ratio of the cotton fibers to the linen fibers in the cotton and linen fancy yarn is changed continuously and alternately, the twist of the cotton and linen fancy yarn is changed alternately along with the continuous change of the ratio of the cotton fibers to the linen fibers, when the cotton fiber ratio in the cotton and linen fancy yarn is larger than the linen fibers, the fibers in the yarn are integrated tightly, the fibers are transferred fully inside and outside, and when the linen fiber ratio in the fancy yarn is larger than the cotton fibers, the fibers in the yarn are combined loosely, and the fibers are transferred insufficiently inside and outside.
According to the spinning method of the cotton and linen fancy yarn, the diameter of the cross section of the cotton and linen fancy yarn is changed along with the continuous and alternate change of the proportion of cotton fibers and linen fibers, the fancy yarn shows the characteristic of gradual change slub yarn along the longitudinal direction, and the maximum diameter of the cross section of the cotton and linen fancy yarn is 3-5% larger than the minimum diameter of the cross section.
The invention principle is as follows:
the invention spins the cotton-flax blended yarn of variable proportion, the proportion of the cotton fiber and the flax fiber in the yarn is changed continuously, because the internal and external transfer conditions of the cotton fiber and the flax fiber in the yarn are different, the cotton-flax fiber of different proportion can cause the transfer combination degree between the fibers to be inconsistent during twisting, the yarn twist of different yarn sections is different to a certain extent, the integral appearance of the yarn is different from the common cotton-flax blended yarn of fixed proportion, the variety of the cotton-flax blended yarn is enriched to a certain extent, and different fabric styles are created. Compared with the cotton-flax blended yarn with a fixed proportion, the cotton-flax blended yarn with a variable proportion has the advantages that the textile fabric is softer in hand feeling and plump in three-dimensional property, has the characteristics of slub yarn fabric, and can be widely applied to the field of fabrics of clothes, home textiles, decoration and the like.
According to the variable-ratio cotton-flax blended yarn spun by the spinning method, the weight ratio of the cotton fibers to the flax fibers is changed from 70:30 to 30:70 to 70:30 in a circulating and alternating mode, during spinning, the excellent spinnability of the cotton fibers is fully utilized, the spinning quality is more stable, and the phenomenon of end breakage during spinning is reduced by 40-50% compared with other cotton-flax blended yarn methods; and the proportion of the fibrilia is changed in a certain proper range, so that the performances of the textile fabric of the yarn, such as air permeability, stiffness, drapability and the like, can have the performance advantages of the fibrilia.
Advantageous effects
Compared with the traditional cotton-flax blended yarn spinning method, the cotton-flax fancy yarn spinning method has the following advantages:
(1) the cotton and linen fancy yarn spinning method has two independent drafting zones, and the cotton fiber and the linen fiber are respectively drafted through different drafting zones, so that the better drafting quality of the linen fiber and the cotton fiber can be ensured, and the spun yarn has stable quality;
(2) the cotton and linen fancy yarn spun by the method has the characteristics of softer hand feeling, plump three-dimensional fabric and slub yarn fabric.
