the drafting of the cotton roving is independently drafted by a drafting mechanism I; independently drafting the rough yarns by a drafting mechanism II; the drafting mechanism I and the drafting mechanism II are independently controlled;
the cotton and linen slub fancy yarn consists of a plurality of cotton yarn sections, a plurality of linen yarn sections and a transition section for connecting the cotton yarn sections and the linen yarn sections; a cotton yarn section, a transition section for the cotton yarn section to be transited to a ramie yarn section, and a ramie yarn section and a transition section for the ramie yarn section to be transited to the cotton yarn section form a circulating unit; in the circulating unit, the length ratio of a cotton yarn section, a transition section of the cotton yarn section to the ramie yarn section, and a transition section of the ramie yarn section to the cotton yarn section is a fixed value;

the cross section diameter of the cotton and linen slub fancy yarn is continuously and alternately changed along with the continuous and alternate change of the ratio of cotton fibers to linen fibers, the cross section diameter of a cotton section of the cotton and linen slub fancy yarn is the smallest, the cross section diameter of a linen section is the largest, the cross section diameter of the yarn at the transition section from the cotton section to the linen section is gradually increased, and the cross section diameter of the yarn at the transition section from the linen section to the cotton section is gradually decreased; the diameter of the cross section of the cotton yarn section is 90-95% of that of the ramie yarn section.
2. The method for spinning the slub fancy cotton yarn according to claim 1, wherein the basis weight of the cotton roving is 5-10 g/10m, and the basis weight of the slub roving is 5-10 g/10 m.

The method of claim 1, wherein the converging-converging means that the drafted cotton fiber strands of the cotton roving and the drafted hemp fiber strands of the hemp roving are converged and guided by a converging groove or a converging bell mouth, and then held and output by a converging roller and a converging leather roller.
