4) and (3) mixing and stirring the material obtained in the step 3) with 20 parts of modified nano-graphene and 6.5 parts of carbon nano-tubes, uniformly dispersing, adding 55 parts of water-based resin, 13 parts of plant fibers and 0.3 part of ethylene glycol, mixing and stirring, and uniformly dispersing to enable the viscosity to be 1850mPa.s and the pH to be 8.5-8.6, thus obtaining the required environment-friendly flame-retardant panel finish paint containing graphene.
In the step 1), the mixing and stirring speed is controlled at 550r/min, and the stirring time is controlled at 25 min.

35 parts of water-based resin, 25 parts of plant fiber, 2.5 parts of ethylene glycol, 23 parts of peach kernel powder, 30 parts of modified nano graphene, 22 parts of ion-adsorption type rare earth ore, 15 parts of nano zinc oxide, 17 parts of modified nano silicon dioxide, 15 parts of nano silver ion-modified nano titanium dioxide, 12 parts of nano montmorillonite, 10 parts of basic aluminum chloride, 11 parts of carbon nano tube, 10 parts of rare earth, 3.5 parts of thickener, 3.5 parts of curing agent, 5 parts of defoaming agent, 45 parts of pure water and 18 parts of nano anion powder.
A preparation method of environment-friendly flame-retardant panel finish paint containing graphene comprises the following steps:
1) according to the weight portion, 23 portions of peach kernel powder are added into 75% ethanol by mass fraction, the mixture is stirred evenly at 55 ℃ and 550r/min, then 17 portions of modified nano silicon dioxide are added and mixed evenly, 45 portions of pure water, 10 portions of rare earth, 3.5 portions of thickening agent, 3.5 portions of curing agent and 5 portions of defoaming agent are added, and the mixture is mixed and stirred evenly;
2) mixing and stirring the material obtained in the step 1) with 12 parts of nano montmorillonite and 10 parts of basic aluminum chloride, and uniformly dispersing;
3) mixing and stirring the material obtained in the step 2) with 22 parts of ion adsorption type rare earth ore, 15 parts of nano zinc oxide, 15 parts of nano silver ion modified nano titanium dioxide and 18 parts of nano anion powder, and uniformly dispersing;
4) and (3) mixing and stirring the material obtained in the step 3) with 30 parts of modified nano-graphene and 11 parts of carbon nano-tubes, uniformly dispersing, adding 55 parts of water-based resin, 25 parts of plant fiber and 2.5 parts of ethylene glycol, mixing and stirring, and uniformly dispersing to ensure that the viscosity is 1650-2050mPa.s and the pH is 8.3-8.7, thus obtaining the required environment-friendly flame-retardant panel finish paint containing graphene.

45 parts of water-based resin, 18 parts of plant fiber, 2 parts of ethylene glycol, 15 parts of peach kernel powder, 20-30 parts of modified nano graphene, 17 parts of ion-adsorption type rare earth ore, 12 parts of nano zinc oxide, 10 parts of nano silver ion-modified nano titanium dioxide, 14 parts of modified nano silicon dioxide, 8 parts of nano montmorillonite, 9 parts of basic aluminum chloride, 9 parts of carbon nano tube, 8 parts of rare earth, 2.5 parts of thickener, 3 parts of curing agent, 3 parts of defoaming agent and 35 parts of pure water.
The thickness of the graphene composite coating is 0.2-1.5 mm.
The aqueous resin is any one of aqueous organic silicon resin, aqueous polyurethane, aqueous fluorocarbon resin and aqueous acrylic resin, and the hydroxyl content in the aqueous resin is 120-155 mgKOH/g.
A preparation method of environment-friendly flame-retardant panel finish paint containing graphene comprises the following steps:
1) adding 15 parts of peach kernel powder into 75% mass percent ethanol, uniformly stirring at 55 ℃ and 550r/min, then adding 14 parts of modified nano silicon dioxide, uniformly mixing, adding 35 parts of pure water, 8 parts of rare earth, 2.5 parts of thickening agent, 3 parts of curing agent and 3 parts of defoaming agent, uniformly mixing and stirring;
2) mixing and stirring the material obtained in the step 1) with 8 parts of nano montmorillonite and 9 parts of basic aluminum chloride, and uniformly dispersing;
3) mixing and stirring the material obtained in the step 2) with 17 parts of ion adsorption type rare earth ore, 12 parts of nano zinc oxide and 10 parts of nano silver ion modified nano titanium dioxide, and uniformly dispersing;
4) and (3) mixing and stirring the material obtained in the step 3) with 23 parts of modified nano-graphene and 9 parts of carbon nano-tubes, uniformly dispersing, adding 45 parts of water-based resin, 18 parts of plant fibers and 2 parts of ethylene glycol, mixing and stirring, and uniformly dispersing to ensure that the viscosity is 1800mPa.s and the pH is 8.5, thus obtaining the required environment-friendly flame-retardant panel finish paint containing graphene.

35-55 parts of water-based resin, 13-25 parts of plant fiber, 0.3-2.5 parts of ethylene glycol, 8.5-23 parts of peach kernel powder, 20-30 parts of modified nano graphene, 10-22 parts of ion adsorption type rare earth ore, 10-15 parts of nano zinc oxide, 10-17 parts of modified nano silicon dioxide, 9-15 parts of nano silver ion modified nano titanium dioxide, 5-12 parts of nano montmorillonite, 5-10 parts of basic aluminum chloride, 6.5-11 parts of carbon nano tube, 4-10 parts of rare earth, 1-3.5 parts of thickening agent, 1-3.5 parts of curing agent, 2-5 parts of defoaming agent and 10-45 parts of pure water.
2. The environment-friendly flame-retardant panel finish paint containing graphene according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the graphene composite coating is 0.2-1.5 mm.
3. The environment-friendly flame-retardant panel finish paint containing graphene according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising 8-18 parts of nano negative ion powder and 2-7 parts of iron oxide red by weight.

The environment-friendly flame-retardant panel finish paint containing graphene as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water-based resin is any one of water-based silicone resin, water-based polyurethane, water-based fluorocarbon resin and water-based acrylic resin, and the hydroxyl content in the water-based resin is 120-155 mgKOH/g.
5. The preparation method of the graphene-containing environment-friendly flame-retardant panel finish paint according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) adding 8.5-23 parts of peach kernel powder into 75% ethanol by mass fraction, stirring uniformly at 55 ℃ and 550r/min, then adding 10-17 parts of modified nano silicon dioxide, mixing uniformly, adding 10-45 parts of pure water, 4-10 parts of rare earth, 1-3.5 parts of thickening agent, 1-3.5 parts of curing agent and 2-5 parts of defoaming agent, mixing and stirring uniformly;
2) mixing and stirring the material obtained in the step 1) with 5-12 parts of nano montmorillonite and 5-10 parts of basic aluminum chloride, and uniformly dispersing;
3) mixing and stirring the material obtained in the step 2) with 10-22 parts of ion adsorption type rare earth ore, 10-15 parts of nano zinc oxide and 9-15 parts of nano silver ion modified nano titanium dioxide, and uniformly dispersing;
4) mixing and stirring the material obtained in the step 3) with 20-30 parts of modified nano-graphene and 6.5-11 parts of carbon nano-tubes, uniformly dispersing, adding 35-55 parts of water-based resin, 13-25 parts of plant fiber and 0.3-2.5 parts of ethylene glycol, mixing and stirring, uniformly dispersing to ensure that the viscosity is 1650-2050mPa.s and the pH is 8.3-8.7, and obtaining the required environment-friendly flame-retardant panel finish paint containing graphene.
6. The preparation method of the graphene-containing environment-friendly flame-retardant panel finish paint as claimed in claim 5, wherein in the step 1), the mixing and stirring speed is controlled at 450-650r/min, and the stirring time is controlled at 20-45 min.
