Description

Matte plastic material and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of polyurethane synthesis, and particularly relates to a matte plastic material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Polyurethane plastic fields are favored since birth due to the characteristics of good flatness, high compressive strength, moderate hardness and elasticity, bright and beautiful color, stable physical properties, excellent weather resistance and the like. On one hand, we see the advantages of the plastic materials, and the product has certain disadvantages: the coating is not matte, and is easy to drop mosquitoes before being cured; polishing is needed before constructing the surface layer.
The polyurethane material is in a mirror film leveling state after being normally cured, when light reaches the surface of the material, part of incident light is absorbed, part of incident light is reflected, and the reflected part enables the material to be glossy. Because the brightness of the product is good, dragonfly, mosquitoes and the like can be attracted to the surface of the product before the product is not cured after construction, so that the constructed and flat field has obvious defects and the overall effect of the field is influenced; the partial plastic products used in the room do not need to be constructed with surface layers, and if the light used in the room is reflected too much, the eyes of users are greatly injured. The existing water-based polyurethane material construction has a good matte effect, but the once construction thickness of the product cannot be too thick, the moisture volatilization is slow at low temperature, the construction efficiency is low, and the applicability is limited; the matt powder can achieve a matt effect in the construction process, but the addition amount is too large, the field is polluted, the dispersion is uneven, and the strength and the durability of the product are influenced; the matting powder is directly added into the conventional products in factories, so that the problems of pollution and uneven dispersion caused by field addition can be avoided, but the strength and durability of the products are influenced because a large amount of matting powder needs to be added, and the problem of inconsistent matting property of the upper layer and the lower layer of the products of some manufacturers exists for a long time.
Except the problem that the plastic product is not matte, the product has the problem that the surface is bright, and the construction progress is influenced because polishing treatment is needed before the construction surface layer. Under the background, the market urgently needs a stable matte plastic material to solve the problems of the existing products.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the matte plastic material overcomes the defects in the prior art, and has the advantages of excellent matte effect, no need of polishing before constructing a surface layer, good strength, constant operation time, excellent weather resistance, environmental protection and the like through reasonable design of a formula, selection of a catalyst, selection of an extinction assistant and the like, and the problems in the market are effectively solved. Meanwhile, the invention also provides a preparation method of the compound, which is scientific, reasonable, simple and feasible and is suitable for industrial production.
The matte plastic material provided by the invention comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:

The preparation method of the matte plastic material comprises the following steps:
(1) putting polyether polyol into a reaction kettle, adding a filler, a pigment, an antioxidant and an ultraviolet absorbent in sequence while stirring, heating to 90-100 ℃, carrying out vacuum dehydration for 2-4h until the water content is 0.5-0.8 per mill, cooling to 30-40 ℃, adding isocyanate, reacting for 2-3 h at 85-90 ℃, cooling to 40-60 ℃, adding a wetting dispersant, matte powder, a catalyst, a latent curing agent and a defoaming agent in sequence, stirring for 30-40 min, and barreling to obtain a product;
(2) during construction, the matte plastic material product is directly paved on the foundation.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the product of the invention has excellent matte property and high strength. The mechanism of the product is that proper operation time is controlled, most of matte components float up to the surface, high-efficiency matte powder is selected, the integral dosage of the matte powder is obviously less, the excellent matte effect is achieved, and the influence of adding a large amount of matte powder on the product strength is avoided. The product of the invention selects the high-efficiency matte powder with low oil absorption value, and is matched with high-quality polyether polyol, isocyanate, latent curing agent, catalyst and other raw materials, so that the excellent performance of the product is ensured. The product is matched with a proper wetting dispersant, so that the stable existence of the filler and the matte powder in the product after long-term storage is ensured, and the matte property is uniform and stable.
2. The invention has moderate viscosity and moderate operation time. The added matte powder can reduce the fluidity of the product to a great extent, and the proper types of wetting dispersant and catalyst are selected to ensure that the patent product has moderate viscosity, good fluidity and excellent operability at the same time under the condition of excellent dust resistance.
3. The matte product can form a microcosmic rough surface at the same time, a polishing process before a surface layer is laid on a field is omitted, and the construction efficiency is effectively improved.
4. The invention has excellent weather resistance and is environment-friendly. The product still selects the auxiliary agent with high weather resistance in the industry, and simultaneously, because the addition amount of the matting powder is small, the phenomenon that a large amount of glue is absorbed is avoided, the excellent wrapping property of the product on the pigment is ensured, and the product can be used for a long time; meanwhile, raw materials with low VOC and high environmental protection level are selected, the product is odorless in the construction process, and can be normally used in a short time after the construction is finished.
