Claims (10)

1. A stabilizer device for a steering rod of an automobile, comprising:
the steering configuration box (21) is arranged on a body of an automobile, is positioned between a steering wheel and a steering gear of the automobile, and is used for accommodating a steering rod (10) connected with the steering wheel and the steering gear;
and the positioning rotating disc (22) is arranged in the steering configuration box (21), is connected with the steering rod (10) and is used for increasing the steering stability of the steering rod (10).
2. The stabilizer for a steering column of a vehicle according to claim 1,
a first end of the steering rod (10) penetrates through a first end of the steering configuration box (21) to be connected with the steering wheel, and a second end of the steering rod (10) penetrates through a second end of the steering configuration box (21) to be connected with the steering gear, so that the steering torque of the steering wheel is transmitted to the steering gear to control the steering of the automobile; and the first end and the second end of the steering arrangement box (21) are arranged oppositely.
3. The stabilizer for steering levers of motor vehicles according to claim 1, characterized in that said positioning dial (22) comprises:
an outer ring gear (221) whose inner ring is fixedly connected to the steering rod (10);
a slewing bearing (222) of the internal gear type; the outer ring of the turntable bearing (222) is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the steering configuration box (21), and the inner ring of the turntable bearing (222) is meshed with the outer ring of the outer gear ring (221) and is used for rotatably connecting the steering rod (10) with the steering configuration box (21).
4. The stabilizer for a steering column of an automobile according to claim 1, further comprising:
a steering adjustment box (23) provided on the body of the automobile; the first end of the steering adjusting box (23) is fixedly connected with the second end of the steering configuration box (21) and is used for accommodating the steering gear;
a drive wire shaft (24) which is a gear shaft and is arranged in the steering adjustment box (23); the first end of the driving wire shaft (24) is fixedly connected with the second end of the steering rod (10), and the second end of the driving wire shaft (24) is movably connected with the second end of the steering adjusting box (23), so that the steering rod (10) drives the driving wire shaft (24) to synchronously rotate; and the first end and the second end of the steering adjusting box (23) are arranged oppositely.
5. The stabilizer for steering column of motor vehicle according to claim 4,
two ends of a threaded shaft (30) of the steering gear are respectively and correspondingly fixed on the side walls of two sides of the steering adjusting box (23); and the driving wire shaft (24) is meshed with the threaded shaft (30) of the steering gear, so that when the steering rod (10) drives the driving wire shaft (24) to rotate, the driving wire shaft (24) transmits the steering torque of the steering wheel to the steering gear.
6. The stabilizer for a steering column of an automobile according to claim 4, further comprising:
a sealing assembly (25), one end of which is arranged in the steering configuration box (21), and the other end of which is arranged in the steering adjusting box (23) and is used for communicating the steering configuration box (21) and the steering adjusting box (23); and the steering rod (10) penetrates through the sealing assembly (25) and is connected with the driving wire shaft (24).
7. The stabilizer for steering rods of motor vehicles according to claim 6, characterized in that said sealing assembly (25) comprises:
the outer side wall of the shell (251) is fixedly connected with the second end of the steering configuration box (21) and the first end of the steering adjusting box (23) respectively, and is used for increasing the connection stability of the steering configuration box (21) and the steering adjusting box (23);
a sealing cylinder (252) which is provided in the housing (251), is rotatably connected to the steering rod (10), and the steering rod (10) penetrates the sealing cylinder (252) and is connected to the drive wire shaft (24); the sealing cylinder (252) is used for increasing the steering stability of the steering rod (10).
8. The stabilizer for a steering column of an automobile according to claim 6, further comprising:
and the oil inlet device is arranged in the steering configuration box (21) and used for conveying oil to the positioning rotary table (22) and the sealing assembly (25) so as to lubricate the positioning rotary table (22) and the sealing assembly (25).
9. The stabilizer for a steering column of an automobile according to claim 8, wherein said oil feeding means comprises: an oil inlet pipe (261) and an oil delivery pipe (262);
the first end of the oil inlet pipe (261) is fixedly connected with the first end of the steering configuration box (21); a first through hole is formed in the first end of the steering configuration box (21) so that the oil is injected into the oil inlet pipe (261) through the first through hole;
the oil delivery pipe (262) comprises a vertical section (2623) and a first horizontal section (2621) and a second horizontal section (2622) which are respectively connected with the vertical section (2623) in an angle mode; a first end of the vertical section (2623) is connected with a second end of the oil inlet pipe (261), a second end of the vertical section (2623) is connected with a first end of the first horizontal section (2621), and a second end of the first horizontal section (2621) extends above the sealing assembly (25) so as to inject the oil into the sealing assembly (25); the first end of the second horizontal section (2622) with the vertical section (2623) is connected, and the second end of the second horizontal section (2622) extends to the top of the positioning turntable (22), so as to inject the oil into the positioning turntable (22).
10. The stabilizer for a steering column of a vehicle according to claim 9,
the vertical section (2623), the first horizontal section (2621) and the second horizontal section (2622) of defeated oil pipe (262) are all equipped with a plurality of filter layer in.
