the number of the second fixing blocks (36) is four, and the second fixing blocks (36) are arranged on the base (1);

a first transmission assembly (313), the first transmission assembly (313) being mounted between the two second transmission shafts (37);
a sliding rod (38), wherein the sliding rod (38) is slidably arranged on one of the second transmission shafts (37);

the first sliding block (310) is arranged on the second hinging rod (39), and one side of the first sliding block (310) is positioned in the grooved rack (35) and is in sliding fit with the grooved rack;
a post gear (311), wherein the post gear (311) is arranged on one of the second transmission shafts (37);
the blanking mechanism (4) comprises:
the third fixed block (41), the third fixed block (41) is symmetrically installed on the support frame (2);
the special-shaped fixing blocks (43), wherein the special-shaped fixing blocks (43) are arranged between the two third fixing blocks (41);
the third transmission shaft (44), the third transmission shaft (44) is rotatably installed on the special-shaped fixed block (43);
a second transmission assembly (45), the second transmission assembly (45) being mounted between the third transmission shaft (44) and the first transmission shaft (32);
the fourth transmission shaft (46), the fourth transmission shaft (46) is rotatably installed on the special-shaped fixed block (43);
the number of bevel gears (47) is two, one bevel gear (47) is arranged on the third transmission shaft (44), the other bevel gear (47) is arranged on the fourth transmission shaft (46), and the two bevel gears (47) are meshed;
a third slider (410), the third slider (410) being slidably mounted between the two third fixed blocks (41);
a second slider (49), the second slider (49) being slidably mounted on the third slider (410);
the rolling disc (48), the rolling disc (48) is rotatably installed on the second sliding block (49), one side of which is fixedly connected with one side of the fourth transmission shaft (46);
the fixed rod (411), the fixed rod (411) is symmetrically installed on the third sliding block (410);
a cutter (412), the cutter (412) being installed between the two fixing bars (411);

the first transmission shaft drives the special-shaped rotating disc to rotate positively, the magnetic disc rotates circumferentially on the special-shaped rotating disc, when the magnetic disc rotates to the concave part of the special-shaped rotating disc, the magnetic disc drives the left part of the swinging rod to swing downwards, the left part of the swinging rod swings downwards to enable the right part of the swinging rod to swing upwards, the right part of the swinging rod swings upwards to drive the fifth hinging rod to move upwards, the fifth hinging rod moves upwards to drive the sliding rod to move upwards, the sliding rod moves upwards to drive the clamping block to move upwards, the clamping block moves upwards to be in contact with the column gear to limit the sliding rod, and when the magnetic disc continues to rotate to be separated from the concave part of the special-shaped rotating disc, the swinging rod drives the sliding rod to move downwards through the fifth hinging rod, and the clamping block also moves downwards to be separated from the column gear, so that the first transmission assembly slides when herbal medicines are cut off can be avoided, and even cutting is affected.
