In order to overcome the defects that motherwort needs to be gathered at times in the process of cutting motherwort and a cutting tool needs to be cleaned after the cutting is finished, the invention has the technical problems that: the motherwort cutting equipment for the obstetrics and gynecology department can be used for gathering motherwort in the motherwort cutting process and cleaning cutters.

Further, the method also comprises the following steps: the third sliding rails are symmetrically arranged on one side, close to the cutter, of the upper part of the base; the wedge-shaped blocks are arranged in the third sliding rails on two sides in a sliding manner; the fourth springs are uniformly arranged on the wedge-shaped block at intervals, and the number of the fourth springs is five; and the second scraper plate is arranged on the fourth spring and matched with the cutter.
Further, the method also comprises the following steps: the gear lack is arranged on an output shaft on the left side of the servo motor; the rack is arranged in the middle of the supporting frame, and the gear lacking wheel is meshed with the rack.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the motherwort cutting machine has the advantages that motherwort can be gathered in the motherwort cutting process, and meanwhile, the cutter can be cleaned;
2. motherwort is placed on the conveying belt, and the rotating rod drives the first scraping plates on the two sides to move, so that the motherwort can be gathered in the cutting process of the motherwort by the first scraping plates on the two sides;
3. when the cutter in-process that upwards removes, second scraper blade and cutter contact to scrape remaining motherwort on the cutter down, thereby can realize that the cutter is at the in-process to the motherwort cutting, clear up the cutter simultaneously.

On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 2-4, the cutting mechanism 4 includes a first slide rail 40, a first rotating shaft 41, a rotating handle 42 and a cutting knife 43, the first slide rail 40 is symmetrically arranged on the left side of the supporting frame 2, the cutting knife 43 is slidably arranged in the first slide rail 40 on both sides, the first rotating shaft 41 is connected to an output shaft on the left side of the servo motor 3, the rotating handle 42 is arranged on the left side of the first rotating shaft 41, and the rotating handle 42 is slidably connected to the cutting knife 43.

The user can place the motherwort to be cut on the conveyor belt 63, the servo motor 3 drives the convex circle 67 to rotate through the transmission assembly 66, the protruding part of the convex circle 67 rotates to contact with the mounting block 614 and pushes up the mounting block 614, so that the mounting block 614 can move upwards along the second slide rail 68, because the return spring is connected between the mounting block 614 and the second slide rail 68, the return spring is stretched, so that the pawl 69 can be matched with the ratchet wheel 64, at this time, the second spring 610 is compressed and drives the ratchet wheel 64 to rotate anticlockwise, the ratchet wheel 64 rotates so that the third spring 613 is compressed, the ratchet wheel 64 drives the third rotating shaft 61 and the conveyor belt 63 to rotate anticlockwise, so as to move the motherwort to the lower side of the cutter 43, when the pawl 69 is not matched with the ratchet wheel 64, the ratchet wheel 64 does not rotate, the third spring 613 resets and abuts against the ratchet wheel 64, so that the conveyor belt 63 does not rotate, at this time, the cutting knife 43 can cut motherwort, under the reset action of the return spring, the mounting block 614 drives the pawl 69 to move downwards, when the pawl 69 moves downwards and contacts with the ratchet wheel 64, the second spring 610 is compressed, and when the pawl 69 moves downwards and does not contact with the ratchet wheel 64, the second spring 610 resets.

On the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the cutting device further includes a third slide rail 7, a wedge block 8, a fourth spring 9 and a second scraper 10, the third slide rail 7 is symmetrically arranged on the left side of the upper portion of the base 1 in a front-back manner, the wedge blocks 8 are slidably arranged in the third slide rails 7 on the two sides, the fourth springs 9 are evenly arranged on the left side of the wedge blocks 8 at intervals, the left side of the fourth spring 9 is connected with the second scraper 10, and the second scraper 10 is matched with the cutter 43.
When the cutter 43 moves upwards, the user can push the wedge-shaped block 8 to move leftwards, so that the second scraper 10 can be in contact with the cutter 43, the fourth spring 9 is compressed at the moment, and the residual motherwort on the cutter 43 can be scraped, so that the effect of cleaning the cutter 43 can be realized in the cutting process, and when the second scraper 10 is not in contact with the cutter 43, the wedge-shaped block 8 moves rightwards under the reset effect of the fourth spring 9.
The rack-type servo motor is characterized by further comprising a gear-lacking 11 and a rack 12, the rack 12 is arranged on the left side of the support frame 2 in a sliding mode, the gear-lacking 11 is arranged on an output shaft on the left side of the servo motor 3, and the gear-lacking 11 is meshed with the rack 12.
When lacking gear 11 and rotating to the rack 12 meshing with the rear side, drive rack 12 and remove downwards to rack 12 can compact the motherwort, makes the motherwort conveniently cut, and rack 12 supports wedge 8 simultaneously, and promotes wedge 8 and second scraper blade 10 left, makes second scraper blade 10 can contact with cutter 43, when lacking gear 11 and rotating to the rack 12 meshing with the front side, drives rack 12 and removes upwards, under the effect that fourth spring 9 resets, wedge 8 removes to the right.
