The steering knuckle cooling, marking and cutting line connecting device comprises a cooling water tank, a mechanical marking machine and a cutting platform, wherein a cross beam is fixed on a support leg, and the cooling water tank, the mechanical marking machine and the cutting platform are arranged under the front of the cross beam; the cooling water tank is fixed on the cooling water tank bracket, a tray bracket is fixed on the cooling water tank bracket, the casting tray is arranged on the inserting tray bracket, and a plurality of air blowing nozzles are fixed on the outer wall of the box body of the open cooling water tank; the left end and the right end of the cross beam are respectively provided with a first feeding and discharging device and a second feeding device, and the first feeding and discharging device and the second feeding device are identical in structure and size; the cooling, marking and cutting processes of the steering knuckle casting can be completed together with the feeding and discharging workpieces, so that the equipment cost is saved, and meanwhile, the production efficiency can be improved.

Background
The automobile steering knuckle casting from the casting die needs three processes of cooling, marking and cutting, and has the following defects: in the cooling process, the first robot sends a workpiece to be cooled, the workpiece is sent to a marking machine after being taken by the second robot, and the workpiece after marking is sent to a cutting plane to be cut by the third robot or a manual workpiece. At present, a robot for casting is a six-axis robot, three robots are needed in the three processes, the equipment cost of the robot is high, and if the robot is only used for conveying workpieces, resources are wasted.
At present, no equipment which cools, marks and cuts the connecting line is sold in the market.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a steering knuckle cooling, marking and cutting line connecting device which can finish the feeding and blanking of a steering knuckle casting during cooling, marking and cutting, so that the equipment cost is saved, and the production efficiency can be improved.

The second feeding device 8 takes the casting tray 7 and the castings on the casting tray from the mechanical marking machine 2, and then the castings are sent to the cutting platform 3, and the castings are subjected to edge cutting and riser cutting by the cutting machine.
