The background shielding unit 107 is located below the clamping element 103 and is used for shielding stray light in the background, so as to better assist the image acquisition unit 104 in capturing the image of the kimchi raw material.
The light emitting units are located on the left side and the right side of the machine body 102, the light emitting units on each side respectively comprise red light emitting units 108 and green light emitting units 109 which are alternately arranged, when the image acquisition unit 104 is ready to capture images of the kimchi raw material, the light emitting units 108 and the green light emitting units 109 are sequentially and respectively lighted for shooting, so that two images under different illumination conditions, namely a red illumination image and a green illumination image, are obtained, and are further transmitted to an external image analysis unit (not shown) for image analysis, and whether the current kimchi raw material meets the preparation standard or not is judged.
The specific analysis process is as follows: preprocessing the red light image, and extracting a first detection area image; carrying out median filtering processing on the green light image, carrying out detection area extraction on the image subjected to median filtering processing to obtain a detection area image II, and carrying out difference comparison on the detection area image I and the detection area image II to obtain a difference characteristic image; detecting whether a defect area exists in the difference characteristic image, if so, identifying the defect and feeding back to the automatic spicy cabbage raw material screening device 100 so as to remove the current spicy cabbage raw material; otherwise, the current spicy cabbage raw material is transferred to the next production link.
In a preferred embodiment, in order to ensure the accuracy of the later-stage image analysis unit for performing image analysis on the kimchi raw material image to determine the defect, the inspected kimchi raw material needs to be dedusted in advance, and therefore, a plurality of air ports are respectively arranged on the left and right frames of the conveying unit 105, and a blower for supplying air is externally connected to the air ports to blow and dedust the kimchi raw material on the base table 17, and at the same time, the base table 17 can slightly vibrate to further assist the falling of the foreign matter. Specifically, the blower and the base vibrating means are turned on, and the pressurized air supplied through the tuyere, the wind pressure and the vibration cause relatively heavy foreign matters such as gravel and coarse sand on the kimchi raw material to freely fall and be discharged.
In conclusion, the automatic screening device for the spicy cabbage raw materials utilizes the red light-emitting unit and the green light-emitting unit as the light sources of the image acquisition unit, ensures the accuracy of the image analysis of the spicy cabbage raw material image by the image analysis unit in the later period so as to judge the defects, and avoids misjudgment; meanwhile, the design of the auxiliary transmission unit, the lifting device and the clamping element enables the operation flow of the automatic screening device for the spicy cabbage raw materials to be automatic operation, and the quality of the raw materials does not need to be judged manually, so that the efficiency of screening operation can be effectively improved.
