本发明公开了一种抗敏感的液体牙膏及其制备方法,该液体牙膏由以下质量分数计的原料制成:月桂酰甘氨酸钾0.5‑2%、月桂酰肌氨酸钠0.5‑2%、纳米二氧化硅0.2‑2%、葡萄籽提取物0.1‑1%、氯化锶0.05‑0.3%、硝酸钾0.05‑0.3%、胡萝卜素0.2‑1%、绿茶5‑10%、冰片0.02‑0.3%、甘油1‑3%、海藻糖0.02‑0.2%、蜂胶0.02‑0.1%、黄原胶0.02‑0.2%、乙醇0.5‑2%和余量去离子水,其不同于传统意义上的固体牙膏,降低了摩擦剂的含量,极大地降低了后续刷牙摩擦导致牙齿敏感造成的损伤,并且加入的葡萄籽提取物和胡萝卜素等物质可充分提高牙齿的抗敏免疫作用。

背景技术
牙膏是一种用于清洁牙齿、保护口腔卫生的日用必需品。传统的牙膏呈粘稠的胶状膏体,其主要通过牙膏中的磨擦剂和洁净剂作用,进而清洁牙齿及牙周环境。但生活中有很多人由于牙齿敏感导致牙齿珐琅质磨耗、牙龈萎缩甚至牙本质裸露,其在使用牙膏时极易造成牙龈出血并且疼痛难耐。虽然现在市场上也推出了许多抗敏感性牙膏,其利用药物或钾盐等进行脱敏处理,减少牙髓神经受刺激,但归根究底其还是利用物理摩擦使牙膏分散到每颗牙齿表面再进行清洁及脱敏,还是避免不了由于牙齿敏感造成的不舒适感。
发明内容
本发明主要目的是解决上述问题,提供了一种抗敏感的液体牙膏,该牙膏含有如下原料:月桂酰甘氨酸钾、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、纳米二氧化硅、葡萄籽提取物、氯化锶、硝酸钾、胡萝卜素、绿茶、冰片、甘油、海藻糖、蜂胶、黄原胶、乙醇和余量去离子水。

本发明还提供了一种抗敏感的液体牙膏的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)将月桂酰甘氨酸钾、月桂酰肌氨酸钠溶于适量的去离子水中,加入甘油并搅拌10-20min,将混合液命名为L1,备用;将绿茶和去离子水混合,加热10-30min,过滤出绿茶液,重复上述混合、加热、过滤步骤2-3次,得到的绿茶液混合;将胡萝卜素分散于乙醇中,超声分散得到胡萝卜素分散液;将胡萝卜素分散液和绿茶液混合均匀,然后将其与L1混合,并将其命名为L2,备用;
(2)将纳米二氧化硅、葡萄籽提取物与适量的去离子水混合,进行超声分散,然后加入氯化锶和硝酸钾,搅拌10-30min,转移到反应釜中,进行水热反应,待反应结束后,对产物进行洗涤、干燥,然后与L2混合,反复超声2-5次并搅拌均匀,将其混合液命名为L3,备用;
(3)将L3与黄原胶和蜂胶混合,在50-70℃加热溶解,待温度冷却至35-45℃时,加入冰片和海藻糖,然后将得到的产物搅拌均匀,调整波美度,灭菌包装即可。
优选地,步骤1所述的加热为在100-150℃下加热。

与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明所制备的牙膏是为牙齿易敏感的人群设计的,其一改传统固体牙膏的状态,将其制备呈液状。当该液体牙膏喷入牙齿或口腔时,其能均匀分散到每颗牙齿表面并迅速深入牙缝,作用于牙周及口腔的环境,不仅可以达到有效清洁牙齿,还可以将抗敏物质提前均匀分散至牙齿及牙周进行抗敏预处理,这大大降低了后续刷牙摩擦导致牙齿敏感造成的损伤。
(2)本发明所制备的一种抗敏感的液体牙膏以温和的氨基酸表面活性剂(月桂酰甘氨酸钾和月桂酰肌氨酸钠)为去污组分;以甘油和去离子水作为保湿组分;以氯化锶、硝酸钾以及葡萄籽提取物、胡萝卜素和绿茶作为抗敏组分;以海藻糖和蜂胶作为防腐保鲜以及抗菌组分,此外蜂胶还可以保护牙周组织,可以促进牙组织修复以及对龋齿的防治也有很好的效果;以纳米二氧化硅和葡萄籽提取物作为摩擦组分,结合蜂胶、黄原胶的增稠、粘结的效果,保证了液体牙膏的清洁作用。另外,海藻糖还作为一种甜味剂,可以增加牙膏的良好口感,并且绿茶的提取物还带来了清新口气,适合于成人及儿童的日常使用。
具体实施方式
为能进一步了解本发明的发明内容、特征及其优点,通过以下实施例以及对比例来进一步阐述。
实施例1
(1)将2%的月桂酰甘氨酸钾、1%的月桂酰肌氨酸钠溶于适量的去离子水中,加入3%的甘油并搅拌20min,将混合液命名为L1,备用;将10%的绿茶和适量去离子水混合,在120℃下加热20min,过滤出绿茶液,重复上述混合、加热、过滤步骤3次,得到的绿茶液混合;然后将1%的胡萝卜素分散于适量乙醇液中,反复超声3次后;将胡萝卜素分散液和绿茶液混合均匀,然后将其与L1混合,并将其命名为L2,备用;
(2)将1.5%的纳米二氧化硅、1%的葡萄籽提取物与适量的去离子水混合,进行超声分散,然后加入0.02%的氯化锶和0.03%的硝酸钾,搅拌30min,再将其转移到反应釜中,在130℃下进行24h的水热反应,待反应结束后,对产物进行洗涤、干燥,然后与L2混合,反复超声3次并搅拌均匀,将其混合液命名为L3,备用;

实施例2
(1)将1%的月桂酰甘氨酸钾、1%的月桂酰肌氨酸钠溶于适量的去离子水中,加入3%的甘油并搅拌20min,将混合液命名为L1,备用;将10%的绿茶和适量去离子水混合,在120℃下加热20min,过滤出绿茶液,重复上述混合、加热、过滤步骤3次,得到的绿茶液混合;然后将0.5%的胡萝卜素分散于适量乙醇液中,反复超声3次后;将胡萝卜素分散液和绿茶液混合均匀,然后将其与L1混合,并将其命名为L2,备用;
(2)将1%的纳米二氧化硅、1%的葡萄籽提取物与适量的去离子水混合,进行超声分散,然后加入0.02%的氯化锶和0.03%的硝酸钾,搅拌30min,再将其转移到反应釜中,在130℃下进行24h的水热反应,待反应结束后,对产物进行洗涤、干燥,然后与L2混合,反复超声3次并搅拌均匀,将其混合液命名为L3,备用;

选取12名牙齿敏感的志愿者采用实施例1和对比例1-3所制备的液体牙膏进行日常口腔护理,其具体流程为:志愿者们每日早晚都使用该牙膏对牙齿及口腔进行清洁,每次先将牙膏含在嘴里,浸润30s,然后再采用软毛牙刷轻刷1-2min,最后用清水漱口至干净即可,连续使用30天后,其具体使用效果如下表所示。

由上表可知,本发明实施例1所制备的液体牙膏针对于牙齿敏感人群具有良好的防护效果,其使用该液体牙膏不易导致牙龈出血等问题,并且长时间使用,可以改善牙敏感的问题。

8.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗敏感的液体牙膏的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述的调整波美度为控制在4.5-14.0°Bé之间。
