Abstract

Background
The skin is the largest organ of the human body and is the natural barrier between the body and the outside. 480 parts of glucan polypeptide, 150 parts of collagen peptide powder, 65 parts of sheep embryo extract, 50 parts of amino acid, 70 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 145 parts of corn extract, 135 parts of red ginseng extract, 120 parts of acerola powder and 145 parts of green tea extract.
The collagen peptide powder is a fiber composition mainly containing collagen, and amino acids such as glycine, proline and hydroxyproline. The biochemical component of the collagen peptide powder is type I collagen. The green tea extract is helpful for delaying aging, and the tea polyphenol has strong oxidation resistance and physiological activity and is a scavenger of free radicals of a human body. Tea polyphenols have effects of blocking lipid peroxidation and removing active enzyme. According to the results of Japanese Australian brave experiment, the anti-aging effect of tea polyphenol is proved to be 18 times stronger than that of vitamin E. Astringe pores, and has effects of sterilizing, resisting skin aging, and reducing skin injury caused by ultraviolet radiation in sunlight.

a preparation method of a collagen regeneration promoting preparation comprises the steps of correspondingly selecting 300 g of glucan polypeptide, 100 g of collagen peptide powder, 30 g of sheep embryo extract, 20 g of amino acid, 50 g of sodium hyaluronate, 100 g of corn extract, 100 g of red ginseng extract, 100 g of acerola cherry powder and 100 g of green tea extract, adding 150 g of blueberry extract, 240 g of field horsetail extract and 2100 g of deionized water, uniformly mixing, and filtering to obtain a finished product.
Example 3:
a preparation method of a preparation for promoting collagen regeneration comprises the steps of correspondingly selecting 600 g of glucan polypeptide, 300 g of collagen peptide powder, 100 g of sheep embryo extract, 80 g of amino acid, 150 g of sodium hyaluronate, 180 g of corn extract, 180 g of red ginseng extract, 180 g of acerola cherry powder and 180 g of green tea extract, adding 585 g of raspberry extract, 1170 g of field horsetail extract and 5850 g of deionized water, mixing uniformly, and filtering to obtain a finished product.
Example 4:
a preparation method of a preparation for promoting collagen regeneration comprises the steps of correspondingly selecting 320 g of glucan polypeptide, 120 g of collagen peptide powder, 40 g of sheep embryo extract, 30 g of amino acid, 60 g of sodium hyaluronate, 120 g of corn extract, 120 g of red ginseng extract, 120 g of acerola cherry powder and 120 g of green tea extract, adding 175 g of kumquat extract, 280 g of field horsetail extract and 2450 g of deionized water, mixing uniformly, and filtering to obtain a finished product.
Example 5:
a preparation method of a preparation for promoting collagen regeneration comprises the steps of correspondingly selecting 540 g of glucan polypeptide, 220 g of collagen peptide powder, 80 g of sheep placenta extract, 70 g of amino acid, 110 g of sodium hyaluronate, 170 g of corn extract, 170 g of red ginseng extract, 170 g of acerola cherry powder and 170 g of green tea extract, adding 260 g of kumquat extract, 250 g of blueberry extract, 1020 g of field horsetail extract and 5100 g of deionized water, mixing uniformly, and filtering to obtain a finished product.
Example 6:
a preparation method of a preparation for promoting collagen regeneration comprises the steps of correspondingly selecting 480 g of glucan polypeptide, 150 g of collagen peptide powder, 65 g of sheep embryo extract, 50 g of amino acid, 70 g of sodium hyaluronate, 145 g of corn extract, 135 g of red ginseng extract, 120 g of acerola cherry powder and 145 g of green tea extract, adding 150 g of kumquat extract, 120 g of blueberry extract, 138 g of raspberry extract, 816 g of field horsetail extract and 3173 g of deionized water, mixing uniformly, and filtering to obtain a finished product.
In the actual operation process of all the embodiments, the selected blending device comprises a three-dimensional motion mixer, stainless steel materials with specification models of SYH-30 and SYH-1000, and manufacturers: jiangyin and Rong mechanical Co. Examples of the experiments
The method comprises the steps of taking 70 white rabbits for biological experiments as experimental animals, constructing soft tissue injury around the radial joints of the right sides of the rabbits for the biological experiments by using the white rabbits for the biological experiments (the average month age is 6 months, the body weight is 3kg), constructing a skin injury notch on the corresponding skin surface, and excising 1.5cm of the radius from the middle section of the right side of the radius together with a periosteum to cause segmental bone defect.

The detection result shows that 1-4 groups of segmental bone defects are filled with a large amount of fibrous tissues, and the bone defects are improved; the soft tissue injury around the right side radial joint is better, and the skin injury gap on the surface of the skin is basically healed.
The final products of examples 5 and 6 were significantly better than the other groups, with the two groups having a substantial healing of soft tissue injury, healing of skin injury gaps on the skin surface, and no visible gaps and scabs.
The above-described example products of the present application performed better than the control group, especially in the recovery of wounds on the skin surface.
The invention provides a preparation for promoting collagen regeneration, which is prepared by adopting glucan polypeptide with good biodegradability, activated macrophages and secreted transforming growth factors, is used for supplementing raw materials of various proteins, collagen and plant cellulose, and is added with the functions of diminishing inflammation, resisting infection and stimulating the interaction and mutual fusion of active ingredients of various natural plant extracts for continuously regenerating the collagen, so that the effects of repairing tissues, deeply resisting the oxidation of facial skin, promoting the regeneration of the collagen at the muscle bottom, promoting the metabolism, stretching skin wrinkles, improving skin density and generating tension are achieved, and the facial skin is more elastic, compact, smooth and glossy. The preparation is natural, safe and mild, and has simple preparation process, easy operation, and convenient mass production.

Claims (10)
1. The preparation for promoting collagen regeneration is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass:
600 parts of glucan polypeptide, 300 parts of collagen peptide powder, 300 parts of sheep embryo extract, 30-100 parts of amino acid, 20-80 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 100 parts of corn extract, 180 parts of red ginseng extract, 100 parts of acerola cherry powder and 180 parts of green tea extract.
2. The preparation for promoting collagen regeneration according to claim 1, wherein the preparation is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass:
540 parts of glucan polypeptide, 120 parts of collagen peptide powder, 220 parts of sheep embryo extract, 30-70 parts of amino acid, 60-110 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 170 parts of corn extract, 120 parts of red ginseng extract, 170 parts of acerola cherry powder and 170 parts of green tea extract.
3. The preparation for promoting collagen regeneration according to claim 2, wherein the preparation is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass:
480 parts of glucan polypeptide, 150 parts of collagen peptide powder, 65 parts of sheep embryo extract, 50 parts of amino acid, 70 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 145 parts of corn extract, 135 parts of red ginseng extract, 120 parts of acerola powder and 145 parts of green tea extract.
4. The agent for promoting collagen regeneration according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said agent is a liquid agent.

The method for preparing a collagen regeneration promoting agent according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the preparation method comprises adding an emollient, a penetrant, and a solvent to the glucan polypeptide, the collagen peptide powder, the sheep placenta extract, the amino acid, the sodium hyaluronate, the corn extract, the red ginseng extract, the acerola cherry powder, and the green tea extract, mixing them uniformly, and filtering to obtain the final product.
6. The method for preparing a collagen regeneration promoting preparation according to claim 5, wherein the emollient comprises one or more of cumquat extract, blueberry extract and raspberry extract.
7. The method for preparing a collagen regeneration promoting agent according to claim 5, wherein said penetrating agent comprises an extract of Equisetum arvense.
8. The method for preparing an agent for promoting collagen regeneration according to claim 5, wherein the solvent comprises deionized water.
9. The method for preparing a collagen regeneration promoting preparation according to claim 5, wherein the ratio of the total amount of the glucan polypeptide, the collagen peptide powder, the sheep placenta extract, the amino acid, the sodium hyaluronate, the corn extract, the red ginseng extract, the acerola cherry powder and the green tea extract to the amount of the emollient, the amount of the penetrant and the solvent is 10-30:3-5:6-8: 30-70.
10. Use of a preparation for promoting collagen regeneration according to any one of claims 1 to 3 in a cosmetic product.
