Abstract

本发明涉及了一种免洗手凝胶，所述免洗手凝胶包括如下组分，40‑60重量份的乙醇、20‑40重量份的正丙醇、100‑120重量份的去离子水、10‑20重量份的卡波姆、10‑20重量份的润肤剂、0.1‑10重量份的乳酸和0.1‑10重量份的正价铝化合物。区别于现有技术，上述技术方案提供了一种免洗手凝胶，其乙醇成分能够达到杀菌抑菌的效果，进一步地，还通过铝的化合物来调整凝胶的粗糙质感，同时加入乳酸达到调节pH和软化角质的功能，让粘稠质感消失，同时不带来刺激性体感。

一种免洗手凝胶
技术领域
本发明涉及日化领域，具体涉及一种免洗手凝胶。
背景技术
人们在日常的生活、工作当中，由于大环境的改变，需要更加注重个人的卫生和安全，但生活的快节奏让人没有精力经常洗手。免洗手凝胶因此脱颖而出，广受追捧，现有的免洗手凝胶通常为胶状物质，在使用过之后常有粘稠的质感存在于手的表面，让人难免产生不适，需要一种能够克服粘稠质感的杀菌洗手凝胶。
发明内容
为此，需要提供一种新型的无刺激，又能够降低粘稠质感的免洗手凝胶。为实现上述目的，发明人提供了一种免洗手凝胶，所述免洗手凝胶包括如下组分，40-60重量份的乙醇、20-40重量份的正丙醇、100-120重量份的去离子水、10-20重量份的卡波姆、10-20重量份的润肤剂、0.1-10重量份的乳酸和0.1-10重量份的正价铝化合物。
具体地，所述润肤剂为甘油或丙二醇。
具体地，所述正价铝化合物为铝盐。
具体地，所述正价铝化合物为氢氧化铝。
具体地，所述正价铝化合物为偏铝酸钠。
进一步地，所述凝胶通过如下方式制得：100-120重量份的去离子水、10-20重量份的润肤剂混合搅拌均匀，加入10-20重量份的卡波姆，在40℃-60℃的环境下搅拌均匀；再加入40-60重量份的乙醇和20-40重量份的正丙醇搅拌溶解；再加入乳酸，最后加入正价铝化合物调节pH值。
具体地，所述润肤剂为甘油和或丙二醇。
区别于现有技术，上述技术方案提供了一种免洗手凝胶，其乙醇成分能够达到杀菌抑菌的效果，进一步地，还通过铝的化合物来调整凝胶的粗糙质感，同时加入乳酸达到调节pH和软化角质的功能，让粘稠质感消失，同时不带来刺激性体感。

为详细说明技术方案的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果，以下结合具体实施例详予说明。
实施例1一种免洗手凝胶
采用100重量份的去离子水、10重量份的甘油混合搅拌均匀，加入10重量份的卡波姆，在40℃的环境下搅拌均匀；再加入40重量份的乙醇和20重量份的正丙醇搅拌溶解；再加入1重量份乳酸，最后加入氢氧化铝调节pH值。
实施例2一种免洗手凝胶
采用120重量份的去离子水、20重量份的甘油混合搅拌均匀，加入20重量份的卡波姆，在60℃的环境下搅拌均匀；再加入60重量份的乙醇和40重量份的正丙醇搅拌溶解；再加入10重量份乳酸，最后加入氢氧化铝调节pH值。
实施例3一种免洗手凝胶
110重量份的去离子水、15重量份的甘油混合搅拌均匀，加入15重量份的卡波姆，在50℃的环境下搅拌均匀；再加入50重量份的乙醇和30重量份的正丙醇搅拌溶解；再加入0.1重量份的乳酸，最后加入氢氧化铝调节pH值。
实施例4一种免洗手凝胶
采用110重量份的去离子水、15重量份的甘油、以及15重量份的丙二醇混合搅拌均匀，加入10重量份的卡波姆，在50℃的环境下搅拌均匀；再加入50重量份的乙醇和20重量份的正丙醇搅拌溶解；再加入适量乳酸，最后加入10重量份的氢氧化铝调节pH值。
实施例5一种免洗手凝胶
采用100重量份的去离子水、20重量份的丙二醇混合搅拌均匀，加入15重量份的卡波姆，在60℃的环境下搅拌均匀；再加入40重量份的乙醇和20重量份的正丙醇搅拌溶解；再加入适量的乳酸，最后加入1重量份的氢氧化铝调节pH值。
实施例6一种免洗手凝胶
采用120重量份的去离子水、10重量份的甘油和10重量份的丙二醇混合搅拌均匀，加入18重量份的卡波姆，在40℃的环境下搅拌均匀；再加入50重量份的乙醇和30重量份的正丙醇搅拌溶解；再加入适量的乳酸，最后加入0.1重量份的氢氧化铝调节pH值。
实施例7一种免洗手凝胶
采用100重量份的去离子水、20重量份的丙二醇混合搅拌均匀，加入15重量份的卡波姆，在60℃的环境下搅拌均匀；再加入40重量份的乙醇和20重量份的正丙醇搅拌溶解；再加入适量的乳酸，最后加入1重量份的偏铝酸钠调节pH值。
实施例8一种免洗手凝胶
采用100重量份的去离子水、20重量份的丙二醇混合搅拌均匀，加入15重量份的卡波姆，在60℃的环境下搅拌均匀；再加入40重量份的乙醇和20重量份的正丙醇搅拌溶解；再加入适量的乳酸，最后加入1重量份的偏铝酸钠调节pH值。
在我们的实施例中，乙醇用于提供溶剂以及起到杀菌抑菌作用，正丙醇用于提供溶剂，卡波姆用于提供凝胶状质感，甘油和丙二醇起到润肤作用，正价铝化合物是两性氢氧化物、两性铝酸盐、铝盐中的任意一种或多种，在上述实施例中可以自由替换，采用铝的化合物提供粗糙的磨砂质感，可以减少凝胶洗手液包覆在手的表层的不适感。少量添加就有不错的效果。添加乳酸可以软化角质，减少对手部的伤害，还可以调配整体的酸碱平衡，减少刺激，同样也可以将乳酸替换成透明质酸来进行使用，能够起到同样的效果。

Claims (1)

1.一种免洗手凝胶，其特征在于，所述免洗手凝胶包括如下组分，40-60重量份的乙醇、20-40重量份的正丙醇、100-120重量份的去离子水、10-20重量份的卡波姆、10-20重量份的润肤剂、0.1-10重量份的乳酸和0.1-10重量份的正价铝化合物；
所述润肤剂为甘油或丙二醇；
所述正价铝化合物为偏铝酸钠；
所述凝胶通过如下方式制得：100-120重量份的去离子水、10-20重量份的润肤剂混合搅拌均匀，加入10-20重量份的卡波姆，在40℃-60℃的环境下搅拌均匀；再加入40-60重量份的乙醇和20-40重量份的正丙醇搅拌溶解；再加入乳酸，最后加入正价铝化合物调节pH值。
