Abstract
本发明提供了可视化髓内固定系统,属于医疗设备技术领域,旨在解决患者发生股骨、胫骨骨折需要进行手术时,不能有效观察骨折断端情况,直接进行手术对于患者身体造成较大创伤,术后康复慢,手术效果不好的问题。包括纤维软镜装置、金属髓内钉和显相系统,所述纤维软镜装置设置在所述金属髓内钉内,所述显相系统和所述纤维软镜装置电性连接。通过髓内钉内的纤维软镜装置,在显相系统上进行骨折断端观察,通过撬拨旋转复位操作,精确复位骨折断端,减小对病人造成的手术创伤,术后康复较快,手术效果更好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备技术领域,具体为可视化髓内固定系统。
背景技术
髓内钉是一应用广泛的髓内固定装置,尤其针对长管状骨折治疗,当患者发生股骨、胫骨骨折时,常需要用到髓内钉对骨折位置进行固定。目前在进行股骨、胫骨骨折手术时,常用方法是将髓内钉直接植入患者股骨或者胫骨内,通过后期透视观察骨骼复位、愈合情况,采用这种方法对于骨折折断部位难以进行观察,骨折复位难度较大,且手术时间较长,手术创伤较大,对病患造成较大痛苦,且术后康复较慢,术后透视操作对于患者造成较大的放射损伤。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术不足,本发明的目的是通过髓内钉内的纤维软镜装置,在显相系统上进行骨折断端观察,通过撬拨旋转复位操作,精确复位骨折断端,减小对病人造成的手术创伤,术后康复较快,手术效果更好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
可视化髓内固定系统,包括纤维软镜装置、金属髓内钉和显相系统,其特征在于,所述纤维软镜装置设置在所述金属髓内钉内,所述显相系统和所述纤维软镜装置电性连接。
优选地,所述金属髓内钉设置在髓内钉瞄准器上。
优选地,所述显相系统为内镜显相系统。
优选地,所述纤维软镜装置镜头为0°/18°内镜视野镜头,所述纤维软镜装置为软镜,所述纤维软镜装置直径为4mm;所述纤维软镜装置具备可进水、出水即冲洗功能。
本发明的有益效果在于:本设计通过髓内钉内的纤维软镜装置,在显相系统上进行骨折断端观察,通过撬拨旋转复位操作,精确复位骨折断端,减小对病人造成的手术创伤,术后康复较快,手术效果更好。

如图1所示,可视化髓内固定系统,包括纤维软镜装置2、金属髓内钉1和显相系统,所述纤维软镜装置2设置在所述金属髓内钉1内,所述显相系统和所述纤维软镜装置2电性连接。
进一步的,所述金属髓内钉1设置在髓内钉瞄准器3上。
进一步的,所述显相系统为内镜显相系统。
进一步的,所述纤维软镜装置2镜头为0°/18°内镜视野镜头,所述纤维软镜装置2为软镜,所述纤维软镜装置2直径为4mm;所述纤维软镜装置2具备可进水、出水即冲洗功能。
使用时,在金属髓内钉1经过扩髓后,通过与纤维软镜装置2连接的显相系统观察骨折断端,了解骨折断端错移位方向,借助撬拨旋转复位操作,精准复位骨折断端,以便顺利将髓内钉植入到患者骨骼内。
本发明中的设计通过髓内钉内的纤维软镜装置,在显相系统上进行骨折断端观察,通过撬拨旋转复位操作,精确复位骨折断端,减小对病人造成的手术创伤,术后康复较快,手术效果更好。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

1.可视化髓内固定系统,包括纤维软镜装置、金属髓内钉和显相系统,其特征在于,所述纤维软镜装置设置在所述金属髓内钉内,所述显相系统和所述纤维软镜装置电性连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的可视化髓内固定系统,其特征在于,所述金属髓内钉设置在髓内钉瞄准器上。
3.如权利要求1所述的可视化髓内固定系统,其特征在于,所述显相系统为内镜显相系统。
4.如权利要求1所述的可视化髓内固定系统,其特征在于,所述纤维软镜装置镜头为0°/18°内镜视野镜头,所述纤维软镜装置为软镜,所述纤维软镜装置直径为4mm;所述纤维软镜装置具备可进水、出水即冲洗功能。
