The supporting base 400 is provided with a control box (not shown) therein, and the control box is electrically connected with the feeding platform 100, the welding line vision detecting device 200 and the sorting device 300 so as to control the working states of the feeding platform, the welding line vision detecting device and the sorting device.
Therefore, the automatic bearing product sorting system which can reduce manual participation and is high in detection efficiency and sorting accuracy is provided.
For convenience of expression, the direction in which the product is fed on the feeding platform 100 is defined as a front-back direction, the direction perpendicular to the feeding direction is a left-right direction, and the vertical direction is an up-down direction.
Further, please refer to fig. 2, the bearing sorting system further includes a feeding device 500, which is a three-axis manipulator, including a feeding claw 501 for picking and placing the bearing to be sorted and a three-axis adjusting mechanism 502 capable of driving the feeding claw 501 to move along the front-back direction, the left-right direction and the up-down direction.
Preferably, the contact part of the feeding clamping jaw 501 and the bearing to be clamped is adapted to the contour of the bearing, for example, is set to be arc-shaped, so as to better clamp the bearing and avoid damaging the appearance of the bearing.

It will be appreciated that the clamping module 101 also has clamping cylinders to drive the clamping plates to translate toward or away from each other and slide rails to guide the direction of movement of the clamping plates to enhance stability.
The translation module 102 is used for driving the clamping module 101 to move back and forth linearly along the feeding direction, so that feeding is realized.
Preferably, a plurality of U-shaped clamping openings are formed in the clamping plate, so that the clamping module 101 can form a plurality of clamping positions, and therefore a plurality of bearing products can be clamped synchronously, the bearings move along the feeding direction, the outer ring weld seam detection device 201 and the inner ring weld seam detection device 202 work simultaneously, outer ring weld seams and inner ring weld seams of the two bearings are detected synchronously and respectively, and the detection efficiency is further improved.
The U-shaped clamping openings are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the clamping plate, and the distance between every two adjacent U-shaped clamping openings is matched with the distance between the respective camera components of the outer ring weld joint detection device and the inner ring weld joint detection device.
Further, please refer to fig. 3, the feeding platform 100 further includes a rotating module 103 disposed right below the weld visual inspection device 200, and the rotating module 103 is configured to rotate the bearing after the bearing is transmitted in place, so that the weld visual inspection device 200 can obtain images of each azimuth angle of the bearing product, and the accuracy of the inspection result is further improved.
Alternatively, the rotation module 103 includes a rotation mechanism that can be connected to the bearing and rotate it by a predetermined angle, and a lifting cylinder 1033 for driving the rotation mechanism to ascend or descend, so that the rotation mechanism can ascend to be in contact with the bearing and descend to be separated from the bearing.
The rotating mechanism comprises a motor and a rotating disc 1031 fixedly connected with an output shaft of the motor, and a positioning column 10310 capable of being inserted into a preset hole on the bearing is arranged on the rotating disc 1031.
