The invention provides a manufacturing process of an aluminum alloy antique window decoration, and in order to make the purpose, technical scheme and effect of the invention clearer and clearer, the invention is further described in detail by taking examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention provides a manufacturing process of an aluminum alloy antique window decoration, which comprises the following steps:
s001, processing the thick aluminum plate into a window pattern shape through a numerical control machine tool to form a wood-carving-imitated window pattern with a frame;
s002, machining mechanical lines on the inner concave surface of the main outline of the imitated wood carving window pattern through a numerical control machine tool, and facilitating the fact that the imitated wood carving window pattern is closer to a real antique appearance when the imitated color paint is coated at the position subsequently;
s003, deburring and polishing the outer convex surface of the main outline of the imitated wood carving window pattern to remove obvious visible flaws on the surface;
s004, placing the wood carving imitating window decoration subjected to deburring and polishing treatment in a tap water tank which overflows continuously, stirring the water at normal temperature for 1-2min, and washing the water to remove impurities, dirt and partial grease on the surface of the wood carving imitating window decoration;
s005, placing the washed imitated wood carving window pattern in a passivation tank filled with a passivating agent, and soaking for 1-2min at normal temperature; in the step, a chromium-free passivating agent is adopted to generate a chemically inert passivation film surface on the surface of the wood carving-like window decoration, so that the wood carving-like window decoration has corrosion resistance, and meanwhile, when the environmental temperature is increased, the passivation treatment time can be properly reduced;
s006, placing the imitated wood carving window decoration treated by the passivating agent in a tap water tank which overflows continuously, and stirring the obtained product for 1-2min at normal temperature to wash the obtained product; the step aims at washing off the residual passivating agent on the imitated woodcarving window pattern and avoiding the residual passivating agent;
step S007, dripping water on the surface of the wood carving-like window pattern, naturally drying the water or drying the water in a drying furnace at the temperature of 60-80 ℃ to ensure that no residual moisture exists on the surface of the wood carving-like window pattern, so that the subsequent spraying treatment is facilitated;
s008, spraying a primer on the wood carving imitating window decoration subjected to passivating agent and water washing through a spray gun, and leveling;
s009, spraying a base color paint on the surface of the primer, and leveling to cover the base color paint with the primer; in the step S008 and the step S009, the distance between the spray gun and the surface of the wood-imitated carving window pattern is 300mm, and the spray gun can spray the primer and the base paint on the surface of the wood-imitated carving window pattern at the distance, so that the primer and the base paint are uniform, and the appearance of the window pattern is improved; meanwhile, in the two steps, the leveling time is 5-10min, and the leveling time of 5-10min is selected, so that the flatness of the sprayed paint surface can be ensured.
S010, placing the wood-like carved window decoration sprayed with the primer and the base color paint in a drying furnace, and baking at the high temperature of 232-240 ℃ for 10min to solidify the sprayed primer and the base color paint;
step S011, non-uniformly painting No. 1 antique color paint on the concave surface of the main outline of the wood carving imitating window pattern after high-temperature baking and in the outline groove of the surface of the wood carving imitating window pattern; in the step, the No. 1 antique color paint with different thicknesses is coated in the inner concave surface of the main outline of the wood-imitated carving window decoration and the outline groove of the surface of the wood-imitated carving window decoration, which are provided with mechanical grains, so that the appearance different from the appearance of the base color paint can be presented at the position of the wood-imitated carving window decoration, such as the appearance with an artificial real corrosion effect; meanwhile, in the step, non-uniform painting is automatically carried out by using a five-axis numerical control machine tool, and when the painting is carried out, a cutting tool bit of the numerical control machine tool is replaced by a hair ball or a writing brush stained with No. 1 antique paint;
step S012, treating the wood-like carved window decoration coated with the No. 1 antique colored paint in a hot air blowing mode so as to solidify the antique colored paint coated in the step S011; wherein the hot air temperature is 100 deg.C, and hot air circulation treatment time is 5-8 min;
s013, after the wood carving imitating window decoration is subjected to hot air treatment, spraying No. 2 antique color paint through a point spraying gun to make the No. 2 antique color paint be unevenly dispersed on the surface of the wood carving imitating window decoration in a dotted manner, and making the surface of the wood carving imitating window decoration have antique appearances such as similar corrosion, mottled metal and the like;
