(II) therapeutic Effect on obese model mice
The test method comprises the following steps:
130 male healthy rats with the age of 8 weeks are divided into 2 groups according to the weight after the adaptive period is finished, 10 rats are given maintenance feed to make a normal group, and 120 rats are given high-calorie model feed to feed for 6 weeks. After the molding period, 120 obese rats were randomly divided into 12 groups of 1 model group and 11 dose groups (4 experimental groups, 7 control groups) according to body weight. The model group and the dosage group are fed with high-heat model feed, the normal group is fed with maintenance feed, each dosage group is subjected to intragastric gavage by using the samples of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-7, each nutrition powder is dissolved according to the feed-water ratio of 1:5 (g: mL), and the intragastric gavage amount of the nutrition powder is 9g/(kg x d). The model group and the normal group were given equal amounts of water, respectively, and the test samples were given for 6 weeks. After the experiment is finished, weighing the body weight, anesthetizing by 1 percent sodium pentobarbital, dissecting and taking fat around the kidney and fat around the testis, weighing, calculating the fat/body ratio,
the results are as follows: the experimental group has obvious reduction compared with the comparative group by using two indexes of the fat rats in the intragastric administration example group, namely the body weight (table 7 and figure 4) and the fat coefficient (table 8 and figure 5), which shows that the product provided by the invention has a certain effect on weight reduction. And the components of the formula generate cooperativity.
TABLE 7 body weight/g of rats in each group
Figure BDA0002904973640000111
TABLE 8 fat factor of rats of different groups
Figure BDA0002904973640000112
By measuring the body weight of each group of mice and calculating the fat body coefficient, it can be seen that the milk casein glycomacropeptide plays a major role in weight control (the weight loss effect of comparative examples 3, 4 and 7 is better than that of the rest of comparative examples), the effect of comparative example 7 is slightly better than that of comparative example 4, which shows that the dietary fiber plays an auxiliary role in weight loss, but the influence is slight, the weight loss effect of comparative examples 4 and 5 is equivalent, which shows that the dietary fiber used in the present invention can also play a weight loss effect in combination with other protein peptides without the casein glycomacropeptide. The examples show that only when the dietary fiber of the present invention is combined with a protein peptide, a significant weight loss effect can be produced.
(III) experiments for improving bone density reduction and muscle attenuation of old mice

c57BL/6 mice were 10 at 4 months of age (young) and 120 at 24 months of age (old). The male and female are half. After quarantine, 24-month-old mice were randomly divided into normal groups and dose groups (4 experimental groups, 7 control groups) by weight, 10 mice per group, and males and females were each half.
And (3) feeding common feed to a 4-month-old group and a 24-month-old normal group, performing intragastric gavage on samples of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-7 in each dosage group, dissolving the nutritional powder according to a material-water ratio of 1:5, and measuring the intragastric gavage amount of the nutritional powder by 13g/(kg x d). The 4-month-old group and the 24-month-old normal group were administered with equal amounts of water, respectively, and the test samples were administered for 4 weeks. After the experiment is finished, the bone density is detected by using a dual-energy X-ray bone densitometer, the muscle content is detected by using Echo M RITM scanning, and the results are as follows: the aged mice fed with the nutritional powder of the gavage example showed significantly reduced bone density (table 9 and fig. 6) and muscle (table 10 and fig. 7) attenuation compared to the control group and the normal group, indicating that the formulated nutritional powder provided by the present invention has a role in alleviating osteoporosis and muscle attenuation.
TABLE 9 bone Density in groups of mice (. about.10)-2g/cm2)
Figure BDA0002904973640000121
TABLE 10 muscle weight (g) of mice in each group
Figure BDA0002904973640000131
The bone density and the content of skeletal muscle show that the whey protein peptide is an important nutrient for maintaining the muscle and the skeleton, the comparison example 4 is better than the comparison example 3, so that the fish collagen peptide and the elastin peptide also play a certain role in maintaining the skeleton and the muscle, the comparison example 7 is slightly better than the comparison example 4, so that the dietary fiber and the whey protein peptide play a certain synergistic effect, but the effect is general because the dietary fiber selected in the comparison example 7 is not the dietary fiber related to the invention. The examples illustrate that only the dietary fiber and protein peptide combinations selected for use in the present invention exert significant bone density and muscle enhancing effects.
