在本发明的第一方面,提供了一种消费品,其包含分散在分散介质中的多个微胶囊。微胶囊包含芯和围绕芯的壳。所述芯包含至少一种功能性材料。微胶囊壳被脱乙酰壳多糖涂覆。所述分散介质包含额外的游离的脱乙酰壳多糖。
脱乙酰壳多糖为来源于甲壳质的生物聚合物,形成介虫的外骨骼并且保留不同真菌的形状,例如子囊菌纲(Ascomycetes)、接合菌亚纲(Zygomycetes)、担子菌纲(Basidiomycetes)和半知菌纲(Deuteromycetes),例如犁头霉属(Absidia)、毛霉菌属(Mucor)、黑曲霉菌(Aspergillus niger)、灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)、米根霉(Rhizopusoryzae)等。脱乙酰壳多糖生产牵涉甲壳质的碱或酶促脱乙酰化,且特征在于脱乙酰化等级。存在低脱乙酰化等级、典型地低于80%的脱乙酰化,和高脱乙酰化等级、典型地高于或等于80%脱乙酰化。脱乙酰化的脱乙酰壳多糖为由N-乙酰基-D-葡糖胺和D-葡糖胺部分组成的共聚物。脱乙酰化等级可以通过1H和/或13C核磁共振光谱法测定。可以利用具有典型地在3’000至5’000’000g/mol范围的分子量的脱乙酰壳多糖。分子量可以根据本领域公知的方法,通过粘度测定和/或凝胶渗透色谱法测定。
在本发明的上下文中,术语“游离的脱乙酰壳多糖”用于描述脱乙酰壳多糖,当微胶囊分散在分散介质中时,所述脱乙酰壳多糖在空间上通过分散介质与微胶囊分离。
如本文所用,“消费品”是指预期以所销售的形式使用或消费、而不预期用于随后商品制造或改进的制品。
微胶囊的壳被脱乙酰壳多糖“涂覆”是指脱乙酰壳多糖可以沉积在壳上。另一方面,脱乙酰壳多糖也可以被接枝或俘获在微胶囊的壳中。可以通过向新生微胶囊的浆液中添加脱乙酰壳多糖来进行接枝和俘获,这意味着工艺步骤中进行封装。或者,可通过使用本领域已知的偶联剂将脱乙酰壳多糖接枝到形成的微胶囊的壳上。
在本发明的上下文中,至少一种功能性材料特别地选自香料材料和化妆品材料。
在本发明有利的实施方案中,包含在分散介质中的游离的脱乙酰壳多糖具有大于60%、更特别地大于70%、仍然更特别地大于80%的脱乙酰化等级。具有这类高脱乙酰化等级的脱乙酰壳多糖比具有较低脱乙酰化等级的脱乙酰壳多糖更易溶,且由此更适合于本发明的利益。
在其他有利的实施方案中,包含在分散介质中的游离的脱乙酰壳多糖具有在500’000至5’000’000g/mol之间,更特别地在1’000’000至4’000’000g/mol之间,仍然更特别地在1’500’000至3’000’000g/mol之间的分子量。不受任何理论束缚。可以合理地推定高分子量脱乙酰壳多糖在角质表面、特别是在毛发和微胶囊上的粘附性更好。
在本发明其他有利的实施方案中,涂覆微胶囊壳的脱乙酰壳多糖具有在60%至100%之间,更特别地在70%至90%之间,仍然更特别地在75%至85%之间的脱乙酰化等级。具有这类高脱乙酰化等级的水溶液为更浓缩性的且由此适合于涂覆。
在其他有利的实施方案中,涂覆微胶囊壳的脱乙酰壳多糖和包含在分散介质中的游离的脱乙酰壳多糖具有不同的平均分子量。
涂覆微胶囊壳的脱乙酰壳多糖可以具有在3’000至1’000’000g/mol之间、更特别地在10’000至500’000g/mol之间、仍然更特别地在30’000至300’000g/mol之间的分子量。如果脱乙酰壳多糖的分子量过低,则涂覆可能不完全,而如果该分子量过大,则脱乙酰壳多糖螺纹可能吸附在两个或多个微胶囊上并且导致微胶囊聚集。
可以通过测定这些微胶囊的ζ电位来测定存在于微胶囊上的电荷。所谓“ζ电位”(ζ)是指溶液中任何带电荷的物体产生的表观静电势,正如通过特定测定技术测定的。ζ电位的理论基础和相关实用性可以在例如“Zeta Potential in Colloid Sciences”(Robert.J.Hunter,Academic Press,London 1981,1988)中找到。物体的ζ电位是在距物体表面一定距离处测量的,且通常不等于且低于表面本身的静电势。然而,其值提供了物体与溶液中存在的其他物体例如表面活性剂、聚电解质和表面建立静电相互作用的能力的一种适合的量度。ζ电位是一种相对量度值,且其值取决于测量方式。在当前情况下,使用ZetaPALS仪器(ex Brookhaven Instruments Corporation),通过所谓的相分析光散射法来测量微胶囊的ζ电位。给定物体的ζ电位也可能取决于溶液中存在的离子数量。在期望的pH下,在缓冲水溶液中测量在本申请中指定的ζ电位的值。离子浓度为0.001mol/L。
在本发明有利的实施方案中,涂覆的微胶囊具有如下ζ电位:
-在0mV至+50mV之间,更特别地在+5mV至+40mV之间,仍然更特别地在+10mV至+30mV之间,在pH为4和离子浓度为0.001mol/L下;
-在-20mV至+20mV之间,更特别地在-10mV至+10mV之间,仍然更特别地在-5mV至+5mV之间,在pH为5.4和离子浓度为0.001mol/L下;
-低于-20mV,更特别地低于-40mV,仍然更特别地低于-50mV,优选在-50mV至-60mV之间,在pH为7和离子浓度为0.001mol/L下。
不受理论的束缚,推定通过ζ电位的这种pH依赖性,获得了对于pH低于5的涂层和在pH 5或更高的pH下由脱乙酰壳多糖介导的在角质表面上的游离的脱乙酰壳多糖介导的粘附的最佳条件。
在本发明有利的实施方案中,微胶囊具有为0.5至25微米,更特别地1至20微米,仍然更特别地5至15微米,例如10±2微米的体积平均大小。具有这种大小的微胶囊在关于封装的功能性材料的外漏的储存稳定性、毛发上的沉积和机械脆弱性之间提供了最佳的平衡。
可以以本领域已知的方式确定微胶囊的大小。测量粒度的一种特殊方法是光散射。可以使用Malvern Mastersizer 2000S仪器和米氏散射理论进行光散射测量。米氏理论的原理以及如何使用光散射来测量液滴大小可以在H.C.van de Hulst,Light scatteringby small particles.Dover,New York,1981中找到。静态光散射提供的主要信息是光散射强度的角度相关性,而光散射强度的角度相关性又与液滴的大小和形状有关。然而,在标准操作方法中,具有与衍射物体的大小相等的大小的球体的大小,无论该物体的形状如何,都通过仪器配备的Malvern专利软件来计算。对于多分散样品,总散射强度的角度依赖性包含有关样品中大小分布的信息。输出是直方图,其表示作为胶囊大小的函数的属于给定大小级别的液滴的总体积,而可以选择50个大小级别中的任意数量。因此,将获得的大小称为体积平均粒径。
在实验方面,将几滴浆液添加到流经散射池的脱气水循环流中。散射强度的角分布由Malvern专利软件进行测量和分析,以提供样品中存在的液滴的平均大小和大小分布。在单峰(单分散)液滴分布的情况下,百分位数Dv(10)、Dv(50)和Dv(90)用作液滴大小分布的特征,而Dv(50)相当于分布的中位数并且取作微胶囊的体积平均大小的量度。

本发明的阴离子型表面活性剂的作用不仅是充当清洁剂,而且还辅助将游离的脱乙酰壳多糖沉积在角质底物上。不受理论束缚,推定阴离子型表面活性剂与脱乙酰壳多糖形成复合物,其在底物上显示出更好的粘附性。
在本发明有利的实施方案中,阴离子型表面活性剂选自脂肪酸硫酸酯(fattyacid sulphates),月桂醇聚醚硫酸盐,肌氨酸和肌氨酸盐。这些特定的阴离子型表面活性剂的优点在于它们的清洁能力。

在本发明其他有利的实施方案中,消费品包含相对于消费品的总重量为0.00001至0.005wt.-%、更特别地0.00005至0.001wt.-%、仍然更特别地0.00008至0.0005wt.-%的游离的脱乙酰壳多糖。
产品中游离的脱乙酰壳多糖的存在可以通过在常规光学显微镜下可见,在透射光和明场条件下和使用100至200的放大倍数下细丝状结构的出现来识别。这种细丝的横截面典型地在约10微米至约50微米之间,并且它们的长度可以大至1mm或更长。不受任何理论束缚,申请人认为,这些细丝状结构的形成是脱乙酰壳多糖与产品中存在的阴离子型表面活性剂复合的结果。
本发明涉及的典型消费品包括个人护理清洁和清洁组合物,例如洗发剂、沐浴和淋浴凝胶以及液体肥皂。

封装在封装的组合物中的香料材料和化妆品材料优选是疏水性的。优选地,化妆品材料具有的计算的辛醇/水分配系数(ClogP)为1.5或更高,更优选为3或更高。优选地,化妆品材料的ClogP为2-7。

特别有用的化妆品材料包括、但不限于疏水聚合物,例如烷基二甲基硅氧烷,聚甲基倍半硅氧烷,聚乙烯,聚异丁烯,苯乙烯-乙烯-苯乙烯和苯乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物等,矿物油,例如氢化异链烷烃,硅油等,植物油,例如摩洛哥坚果油(argan oil),霍霍巴油(jojoba oil),真芦荟油(aloe vera oil)等,脂肪酸和脂肪醇及其酯,糖脂,磷脂,鞘脂,例如神经酰胺,固醇和类固醇,萜烯,倍半萜烯,三萜及其衍生物,精油,例如山金车油,蒿油(artemisia oil),树皮油,桦树叶油,金盏花油,肉桂油,紫锥菊油,桉叶油,人参油,枣油,向日葵油,茉莉油,薰衣草油,莲子油,紫苏油,迷迭香油,檀香木油,茶树油,百里香油,缬草油,苦艾油,依兰油(ylang ylang oil),丝兰油等。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,化妆品材料可以选自檀香木油,例如猫须草(Fusanus spicatus)核油,三乙酸泛醇酯(CAS-No.:94089-18-6),乙酸生育酚,生育酚,柚皮苷(CAS-No.:480-41-1),亚油酸乙酯,乙酸金合欢酯,金合欢醇,香茅基甲基巴豆酸酯(CAS-No.:20770-40-5),神经酰胺2(1-硬脂酰-C18-鞘氨醇,CAS-No:100403-19-8)及其混合物。
可以任选地将功能性材料与各种疏水性赋形剂,例如非极性溶剂、油、蜡和非极性聚合物混合。
与包含本领域已知的聚合物涂覆的微胶囊的消费品相比,本发明的消费品在角质底物上显示出改善的微胶囊沉积和耐冲洗性。
一旦沉积在角质表面上,则微胶囊能够通过扩散穿过微胶囊壳或在微囊壳机械破裂之后释放其功能性材料。机械破裂可以遵循机械作用,例如摩擦,挤压,梳理,洗涤等或用吹风机加热。
如果功能性材料是香料组合物,则特别需要扩散介导的释放,因为在这种情况下,在将微胶囊施用到底物上后的很长一段时间,例如几个小时内,可能会感觉到良好的气味。另一方面,机械破裂可能会引起令人惊讶的令人愉快的气味增强。
在本发明的第二方面,提供了一种用于制造消费品、特别是如上所述的消费品的方法。该方法包括以下步骤:

在本发明特别有利的实施方案中,可以根据一种方法形成消费品,该方法包括下列步骤,优选由下列步骤组成:
a)将微胶囊浆液的pH调节至2.5至4.5、优选3.5±0.2的值,所述微胶囊浆液具有在8至50wt%之间、更特别地在20至47wt%之间、仍然更特别地在35至45wt%之间的未涂覆的微胶囊的固体含量;
b)在搅拌下将粉末形式的第一脱乙酰壳多糖C1缓慢添加至微胶囊浆液中,添加速率为0.001kg脱乙酰壳多糖C1/kg未涂覆的微胶囊/小时至0.1kg脱乙酰壳多糖C1/kg未涂覆的微胶囊/小时,直至达到所述未涂覆的微胶囊完全涂覆为止,其中将用于完全涂覆的脱乙酰壳多糖C1的水平确定为涂覆的微胶囊的浆液使茚三酮水溶液着色的水平。如果稀释浆液,或取决于容器和搅拌器的几何形状,则最佳添加速率可能会改变。在此阶段,工艺参数优化的一个关键方面在于避免微胶囊的聚集;
c)将pH调节至4.5至5.5、优选5±0.2的值;
d)将c)中获得的混合物保持在低于60℃的温度例如室温下搅拌几个小时,例如6小时,8小时,12小时或更长时间,以得到脱乙酰壳多糖涂覆的微胶囊的浆液;
e)在使用螺旋桨式搅拌器剧烈搅拌下,通过将第二脱乙酰壳多糖C2溶解在具有pH为3至4、例如3.5的乙酸或柠檬酸的水溶液中来制备第二2wt%脱乙酰壳多糖溶液;
f)将第二脱乙酰壳多糖C2溶液添加到消费品中,以得到相对于消费品的总重量为0.00001至0.005wt%,更特别地0.00005至0.001wt%,仍然更特别地0.00008至0.0005wt%的游离的脱乙酰壳多糖的水平;
g)将脱乙酰壳多糖涂覆的微胶囊的浆液添加到消费品中,并在搅拌下将这些微胶囊分散在其中,使得消费品中的涂覆的微胶囊的水平为0.01至5wt%,更特别地0.1至2.5wt%,且仍然更特别地0.2至1wt%的产品中涂覆的微胶囊。该步骤可以任选地在稀释步骤后进行,其中将浆液用去离子水稀释2至25倍,更特别地5至20倍,例如10倍。

适合的防腐剂包括、但不限于季铵化合物,双胍化合物(CAS No.:32289-58-0、27083-27-8、28757-47-3、133029-32-0),聚氨基丙基双胍,双辛氢啶,对-氯-间甲酚,乌洛托品,3-双(羟基甲基)-5,5-二甲基咪唑烷-2,4-二酮,季铵-15,苯甲酸,水杨酸,十一碳-10-烯酸,甲酸,联苯-2-醇及其盐,4-羟基苯甲酸及其酯和盐,山梨酸及其盐,异噻唑烷酮,2-溴-2-硝基-1,3-丙二醇,5-溴-5-硝基-1,3-二噁烷,2-(噻唑-4-基)苯并咪唑,氨基甲酸苯并咪唑酯,3-(4-氯苯基)-1-(3,4-二氯苯基)脲,3-碘-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯,乙基(2-巯基苯甲酸-(2-)-O,S)汞化(1-)钠,5-氯-2-(2,4-二氯苯氧基)苯酚,二氯苄醇,氯二甲酚,咪唑烷基脲,苯氧乙醇,苄醇及其混合物。
在本发明别有利的实施方案中,将脱乙酰壳多糖用作生物防腐剂且所述浆液基本上不含任何另外的生物防腐剂。
浆液还可以包含常用的助剂。术语“助剂”是指除享乐性能以外还可能影响组合物性能的成分,例如,助剂可以为有助于加工香料组合物或包含所述组合物的消费品的成分,或它可以改善香料组合物或消费品的处理或储存。它也可以是提供额外有益性的成分,例如赋予颜色或质地。它还可以为给包含在香料组合物或消费品中的一种或多种成分赋予耐光性或化学稳定性的成分。香料组合物或消费品中常用的助剂的性质和类型的详细描述虽然不能详尽,但这类成分对本领域技术人员来说是众所周知的。助剂的实例包括溶剂,蜡,油,色素,染料和着色物质,增充剂,填充剂和增强剂,抵抗热和光的有害作用的稳定剂,填充剂,酸化剂,缓冲剂和抗氧化剂。
可以将芯-壳微胶囊浆液形式的组合物掺入所有形式的消费品中。然而,对于某些应用,可能期望以干粉形式添加芯-壳微胶囊。因此,根据本发明,在用于使浆液脱水以形成粉末形式的芯-壳微胶囊的组合物的任选步骤中,可以将浆液脱水以得到干粉形式的本发明的组合物。
如果期望,可以以干粉的形式分离微胶囊。例如,可以通过过滤分离固体胶囊并干燥。分离的胶囊的干燥可以通过例如在烘箱中加热或通过接触热蒸汽来进行。优选地,分散体的干燥通过喷雾干燥或流化床干燥进行。喷雾干燥技术和设备是本领域众所周知的。喷雾干燥过程将悬浮的胶囊通过喷嘴推入干燥室。胶囊可以夹带在干燥室内移动的流体(例如空气)中。流体(例如,可以在150和120℃,更优选在170℃至200℃之间,还更优选在175℃至185℃之间的温度下加热)会使液体蒸发,从而使在干燥胶囊离开,然后可以从加工设备中收集并进一步加工。
在喷雾干燥步骤之前或之后,期望向浆液中添加助流剂,例如二氧化硅等以确保实现具有低表面香料油的细的、自由流动的粉末状微胶囊。助流剂包括二氧化硅或硅酸盐,例如沉淀的、热解的或胶态的二氧化硅,淀粉,碳酸钙,硫酸钠,改性纤维素,沸石或本领域已知的其他无机颗粒。
可以将微胶囊的浆液在常规喷雾干燥塔中使用双流体喷嘴喷雾干燥,或在常规旋转干燥器中旋转干燥。如果期望,则可以将至少一种水胶体本身或以水溶液的形式加入微胶囊浆液中。典型的水胶体包括淀粉,改性淀粉,例如用辛烯基琥珀酸酐改性的糊精和阿拉伯胶。任选地,还可以添加麦芽糖糊精和糖醇,例如山梨醇、甘露糖醇或麦芽糖醇。所述水胶体本身可以包含功能性材料。该功能性材料可以与胶囊的芯中存在的功能性材料相同或不同。这通过进行以下步骤来实现:(1)在水胶体水溶液中乳化第二功能性材料,该水溶液任选地包含麦芽糖糊精和糖或糖醇以形成第二浆液;(2)将第二浆液与包含第一功能性材料的微胶囊浆液混合;和(3)干燥该混合物。在WO2007/137441A1实施例5中描述了这样的方法。
通过本发明,能够得到芯-壳微胶囊的浆液形式的组合物,其具有高芯含量,典型地在30至50wt%的范围,且更特别地为35至45wt%。
在本发明的第三方面,用于增强分散在分散介质中、特别是包含在消费品中的多个微胶囊在表面上、特别是在角质表面上的沉积和耐冲洗性的方法。所述微胶囊包含芯和围绕芯的壳。所述芯包含至少一种功能性材料。
该方法包括下列步骤:
-用脱乙酰壳多糖涂覆多个芯-壳微胶囊,得到多个涂覆的芯-壳微胶囊;
-向分散介质中添加额外的游离的脱乙酰壳多糖。
在本发明的第四方面,提供了脱乙酰壳多糖在增强多个微胶囊在表面上、特别是在角质表面上的沉积和耐冲洗性中的用途。所述微胶囊包含芯和围绕芯核的壳。所述芯包含至少一种功能性材料。微胶囊分散在分散介质中,特别是包含在消费品中。该用途牵涉用脱乙酰壳多糖涂覆多个微胶囊以获得多个涂覆的微胶囊,并向分散介质中添加额外的游离的脱乙酰壳多糖。该用途可以是上述方法的组成部分。
通过以下几个实施例的讨论,本发明的其他优点和特殊特征将变得显而易见。
实施例
实施例1:使用脱乙酰壳多糖C1的微胶囊涂层
根据EP2111214B1中方法P5.1公开的方法,制备封装包含香料材料作为功能性材料的芯的氨基塑料微胶囊。通过光散射测定的微胶囊的体积平均直径为10±0.5微米。浆液的固体含量为42wt%,其相当于35.5wt%封装的香料。
用脱乙酰壳多糖C1涂覆这些微胶囊,通过实施下列步骤进行:
a)将微胶囊浆液的pH调节至3.5±0.2的值;
b)如表1中所报道的,在搅拌下并且在15分钟时间期限内将已知量的粉末形式的脱乙酰壳多糖C1缓慢地添加至1000g微胶囊浆液中,并且将pH调节至5±0.2的值;
c)在室温下将得到的混合物维持6小时,以便得到脱乙酰壳多糖涂覆的微胶囊的浆液。
用不同量的脱乙酰壳多糖C1重复该方法,使浆液中脱乙酰壳多糖C1含量与功能性材料含量之比(下文称作脱乙酰壳多糖与功能性材料之比)从0.007变化至0.13[样品1.1至1.10]。考虑到功能性材料几乎被定量地封装并且因此随着所形成的微胶囊的重量呈线性变化,在此出于简化的目的使用该比率。

实施例2:最佳脱乙酰壳多糖涂层的测定
将样品1.1至1.10超速离心,并通过添加NaOH将其上清液的pH值提高至6.5。然后,将5ml在去离子水中2wt%的茚三酮与5ml上清液混合。混合物中天鹅绒颜色的出现是未质子化胺官能团存在的征兆,且由此是上清液中存在游离的脱乙酰壳多糖的迹象。另一方面,上清液中存在游离的脱乙酰壳多糖是微胶囊的表面被吸附的脱乙酰壳多糖饱和并被完全涂覆的迹象。茚三酮-胺配合物的出现可以认为是超出定量涂覆的最佳脱乙酰壳多糖与功能性材料之比的点。最佳脱乙酰壳多糖与功能性材料之比几乎与来源、分子量和脱乙酰壳多糖的脱乙酰化等级C1无关(表1)。相反,pH 4时的ζ电位取决于这些参数(参见表2)。还观察到,一旦达到定量涂覆,则ζ电势的值达到平稳值(plateau),这证实了胶囊表面被脱乙酰壳多糖C1有效地饱和。表2给出了不同类型的脱乙酰壳多糖在平稳值的ζ电位值。

实施例3:洗发剂组合物的制备和沉积数据
在第一组实验中,使用桨式混合器在适度搅拌下将脱乙酰壳多糖C1涂覆的微胶囊浆液添加到洗发剂组合物中(表3中的实施例3.3和3.4)。
在第二组实验中,在用螺旋桨缓慢搅拌下,将0.005g pH值为3.5的2%脱乙酰壳多糖C2在去离子水中的溶液掺入到99.995g洗发剂基质中,并在搅拌下分散其中。然后在搅拌下加入脱乙酰壳多糖C1涂覆的微胶囊浆液,使得洗发剂基质中的浆液水平为洗发剂基质的总重量的0.5wt%。脱乙酰壳多糖C2和脱乙酰壳多糖C1涂覆的微胶囊的特性均可变。在进行沉积测量之前,将该混合物浸渍过夜。
在第四组实验中,用未涂覆的微胶囊和阳离子瓜尔胶替代脱乙酰壳多糖C2制备对比样品。
将洗发剂涂布在预先用自来水在37℃的温度下润湿过的样品上。洗发剂的量为样品重量的10%。通过在20秒期间适度按摩样品,等待1分钟,然后在37℃的温度下用自来水冲洗样品,并通过上下左右两个手指在每个样品之间滑动去除多余的水来进行洗发剂涂抹。使用Stream Motion软件和Hostasol Yellow 3G作为荧光剂,以0.02wt%的香料,450nm的激发波长和500nm的发射波长,根据荧光显微镜在40倍的放大倍数下获得的图像分析显微照片,确定沉积程度。将沉积值和洗发剂组成的详细信息报道在表3中。
在表3中,使用具有不同分子量和来源的脱乙酰壳多糖,通过脱乙酰壳多糖涂覆的微胶囊和游离的脱乙酰壳多糖组合得到的沉积分数与使用未涂覆的微胶囊、使用阳离子的微胶囊、使用不同分子量的阳离子聚合物(阳离子瓜尔胶)并且在不存在游离的脱乙酰壳多糖下得到的分数进行比较。

正如可以从表3明显看出的,最大的沉积是通过使用200’000g/mol脱乙酰壳多糖C1涂覆的胶囊和1’700’000g/mol未涂覆的脱乙酰壳多糖C2的组合得到。在将蘑菇脱乙酰壳多糖C1用作涂层的情况下也证实了这一点。最终,与脱乙酰壳多糖C2相比,高分子量阳离子瓜尔胶不能有效促进胶囊在毛发上的沉积。
Claims (15)
1.消费品,包含分散在分散介质中的多个微胶囊,所述微胶囊包含芯和围绕芯的壳,所述芯包含至少一种功能性材料,其中所述微胶囊的壳被脱乙酰壳多糖涂覆,并且其中分散介质包含额外的游离的脱乙酰壳多糖。
2.权利要求1的消费品,其中包含在分散介质中的游离的脱乙酰壳多糖具有大于60%、更特别地大于70%、仍然更特别地大于80%的脱乙酰化等级。
3.权利要求1或2之一的消费品,其中包含在分散介质中的游离的脱乙酰壳多糖具有在500’000至5’000’000g/mol之间,更特别地在1’000’000至4’000’000g/mol之间,仍然更特别地在1’500’000至3’000’000g/mol之间的分子量。
4.权利要求1-3之一的消费品,其中涂覆微胶囊壳的脱乙酰壳多糖具有在60%至100%之间,更特别地在70%至90%之间,仍然更特别地在75%至85%之间的脱乙酰化等级。
5.权利要求1-4之一的消费品,其中涂覆微胶囊壳的脱乙酰壳多糖和包含在分散介质中的游离的脱乙酰壳多糖具有不同的平均分子量。
6.权利要求1-5之一的消费品,其中涂覆微胶囊壳的脱乙酰壳多糖具有在3’000至1’000’000g/mol之间,更特别地在10’000至500’000g/mol之间,仍然更特别地在30’000至300’000g/mol之间的分子量。
7.权利要求1-6之一的消费品,其中涂覆的微胶囊具有如下的ζ电位:
-在0mV至+50mV之间,更特别地在+5mV至+40mV之间,仍然更特别地在+10mV至+30mV之间,在pH为4和离子浓度为0.001mol/L下;
-在-20mV至+20mV之间,更特别地在-10mV至+10mV之间,仍然更特别地在-5mV至+5mV之间,在pH为5.4和和离子浓度为0.001mol/L下;
-低于-20mV,更特别地低于-40mV,仍然更特别地低于-50mV,甚至仍然更特别地在-50mV至-60mV之间,在pH为7和和离子浓度为0.001mol/L下。
8.权利要求1-7之一的消费品,其中涂覆的微胶囊具有0.5至25微米,更特别地1至20微米,仍然更特别地5至15微米的体积平均大小。

11.权利要求1-10之一的消费品,包含相对于消费品的总重量为0.01至5wt.-%,更特别地0.1至2.5wt.-%,仍然更特别地0.2至1wt.-%的微胶囊。
12.权利要求1-11之一的消费品,包含相对于消费品的总重量为0.00001至0.005wt.-%,更特别地0.00005至0.001wt.-%,仍然更特别地0.00008至0.0005wt.-%的游离的脱乙酰壳多糖。
13.用于制造消费品、特别是权利要求1-12之一的消费品的方法,包括下列步骤:
-提供多个微胶囊,所述微胶囊包含芯和围绕芯的壳,所述芯包含至少一种功能性材料;
-提供分散介质;
-使所述微胶囊分散在分散介质中;
-用脱乙酰壳多糖涂覆多个芯-壳微胶囊,得到多个涂覆的芯-壳微胶囊;
-向分散介质中添加额外的游离的脱乙酰壳多糖。
14.用于增强分散在分散介质中、特别是包含在消费品中的多个微胶囊在表面上、特别是在角质表面上的沉积和耐冲洗性的方法,所述微胶囊包含芯和围绕所述芯的壳,所述芯包含至少一种功能性材料,该方法包括下列步骤:
-用脱乙酰壳多糖涂覆多个芯-壳微胶囊,得到多个涂覆的芯-壳微胶囊;
-向分散介质中添加额外的游离的脱乙酰壳多糖。
15.脱乙酰壳多糖在增强多个微胶囊在表面上、特别是在角质表面上的沉积和耐冲洗性中的用途,所述微胶囊包含芯和围绕芯的壳,所述芯包含至少一种功能性材料,所述微胶囊分散在分散介质中,特别包含在消费品中,特别是脱乙酰壳多糖在权利要求13-14之一的方法中的用途,该用途通过用脱乙酰壳多糖涂覆多个微胶囊而得到多个涂覆的微胶囊并向分散介质中添加额外的游离的脱乙酰壳多糖来进行。
