The invention realizes the management of community population and community houses, and the management of suspected newly-increased population, suspected leaving population and suspected empty houses, thereby providing important data references for community security and the like.
In an embodiment, the associated feature information includes facial feature information, body feature information, and feature information with identification. The facial feature information comprises facial features such as eyes, nose, mouth and the like. Face feature information is captured by face capture machines (for example, a property management district may include face capture machines disposed at a district gate, each unit gate, and each floor position) disposed at a gateway of a community management area. The human body characteristic information includes fingerprint characteristic information, voiceprint characteristic information, iris characteristic information, palmprint characteristic information, vein characteristic information, and the like. The characteristic information with the identity identification mark, namely the characteristic information which is pre-stored and can determine the identity information of the target object through the identity identification mark information, wherein the information can be a string of character strings, such as an identity card number or other numbers, the numbers have uniqueness, and the corresponding identity information can be obtained through the numbers; the character string may be pre-stored in an identification card, such as an identification card or RFID card. The identity information is the identity information of the target object, and may include name, age, gender, certificate number, certificate photograph, etc.
In an embodiment, the behavior characteristic information of the target object in the community management area is determined according to the frequency and time rule of detecting the target object.
Specifically, if the number of times that the detection device detects the target object is greater than the set number of times in the first set period of time but the target object cannot be detected in the management library, the behavior characteristic information of the target object in the community management area is suspected to be newly increased; if a certain target object can be detected in the management library but the target object is not detected by the detection device in the second set time period, the behavior characteristic information of the target object in the community management area is suspected to be away. When determining whether the behavior characteristic information of a certain target object is suspected to leave, acquiring the associated characteristic information of the target object, and acquiring the corresponding associated characteristic information from a management library by traversing the management library.
More specifically, if the target object can be detected by the detection device in a fixed place in the morning and afternoon every day within five days, but the target object is not in the management library, the behavior characteristic information of the target object can be considered as suspected new increase; if a certain target object can be detected in the management library, but the target object is not detected by the detection device within one month, the behavior characteristic information of the target object can be considered as suspected departure. The detection equipment can be a camera, a face snapshot, a card reader, a fingerprint identification device, an iris identification device and the like.
In one embodiment, the types of houses include a real house, an empty house, a suspected empty house; if no person is registered in the house or all registered persons migrate out, the house is an empty house; if the house has personnel registration, but all registered personnel are suspected to leave, the house is suspected to be empty; the real houses are equal to all the houses in the community management area, namely, the number of empty houses and the suspected empty houses.
In an embodiment, when determining the house associated with the suspected new object, determining the house associated with the suspected new object through the motion trail of the suspected new object.
Specifically, a target object is determined first, then the target object is snapped through a community management area gate, entrances and exits of each building/unit, face snapping machines or face gating machines or cameras in each building/unit elevator and in each floor corridor, a movement track of the target object is generated according to time and place of the snapped target object, and then house information related to the target object can be found according to the movement track. Of course, if there is not enough snapshot device, the movement track can be determined through an access card and the like, and the house type associated with the target object can be determined manually.
The last exit position of the target object is determined through the motion trail of the target object, and further the house into which the target object enters can be determined. If the house into which the target object enters is a real house, the target object can be considered to have a corresponding relationship with at least the homeowner of the real house, which is likely to be a visitor and likely to be a relative. Then at this point a first management policy is generated to manage the target object. If the house into which the target object enters is suspected to be empty, the suspected empty house is registered by the house personnel, but all registered personnel are suspected to leave, so that the suspected empty house can be understood to be rented out, and a second management policy is generated to manage the target object. Of course, judging whether the house associated with the target object is rented out or not, and acquiring life index data associated with the house information; and judging the using state of the house according to the life index.
If the house where the target object enters is an empty house, since the empty house is defined as no person is registered or all registered persons migrate out, the behavior of the target object entering the house can be considered to be a suspected dangerous behavior, and at this time, a third management policy can be generated to manage the target object.
It is understood that the severity of the first management policy, the second management policy, and the third management policy are sequentially increased. For example, the first management policy may be to let the property manager confirm through the contact industry master; the second management policy may be to let the property manager go to the gate for confirmation; the third management policy may be to generate report information and output the report information to the community security manager, and check the authenticity of the target object through the community security manager.
In an embodiment, the motion trail of the suspected newly added target object is generated according to the time and place of the suspected newly added target object. Wherein the trajectory of the target object may be reflected by a device identification of the device that detected the target object, the device identification comprising a device number, a location of the device.
Specifically, the time and the corresponding place of the detected target object are sequenced according to the time sequence, and the motion trail of the target object is obtained based on the time and the corresponding place of the sequenced target object.
Suppose, 1, snapshot time: position of the snap-shot device at 9 am 15 minutes at 12 months 2019, 30 days: a1; 2. snapshot time: position of the snap-shot device 25 minutes at 9 am on 12 months 2019: b2; 3. snapshot time: position of the snapshot device at 9 am 30 minutes at 12 months 2019: c1; 4. snapshot time: position of the snap-shot device at 9 am 40 minutes at 12 months 2019, 30 days: D3. the travel path of the target object may be determined from A1 to B2, to C1, and finally to D3 as shown in fig. 2.
In steps S15 and S16, if the behavior feature information of the target object is suspected to leave, determining a house associated with the suspected leaving target object; and determining the state of the house associated with the suspected leaving target object according to the life index data of the house associated with the suspected leaving target object.
It can be understood that the suspected leaving target object belongs to a registered population in the community management area, and the associated characteristic information, house information and historical life index data of the target object are stored in the management library; the house information comprises specific positions of houses and the number of residents in the houses. It will be appreciated that the life index data of the house is related to the number of residents of the house, and the larger the number of residents, the smaller the number of residents, and the smaller the life index data. Therefore, the state of the house associated with the target object can be judged by the life index data.
If it is detected that the number of living persons in the house decreases, that is, if it is detected that the house has a target object suspected of leaving, the life index data of the house should theoretically decrease. If the life index data of the house is not reduced or the reduction amplitude is within a normal range in practice, it can be considered that a certain room in the house is rented out; if it is detected that the number of living persons in the house decreases, that is, if it is detected that the house has a target object suspected of leaving, but in reality, the life index data of the house also decreases accordingly, it is considered that the house is not rented.
It should be understood that the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not mean the order of execution, and the execution order of the processes should be determined by the functions and the internal logic, and should not be construed as limiting the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, a community management apparatus includes:

the state determining module 26 is configured to determine a state of the house associated with the suspected leaving target object according to life index data of the house associated with the suspected leaving target object.
In an embodiment, the behavior feature information acquisition module determines behavior feature information of the target object in the community management area according to the frequency and time rule of detecting the target object.
In an embodiment, the first house type determining module determines the house associated with the suspected new target object through a motion track of the suspected new target object when determining the house associated with the suspected new target object.
If the house into which the target object enters is a real house, the target object can be considered to have a corresponding relationship with at least a homeowner of the real house, possibly a visitor, possibly a relative, or a tenant of the real house.
In an embodiment, the first house type determining module generates the motion trail of the suspected newly added target object according to the time and place of the suspected newly added target object.
