Optionally, a vibration value interval may be set, and if the vibration data acquired by the vibration detector is in the vibration value interval, that is, the product is in a normal vibration state, it is indicated that the product is not moved; if the vibration data collected by the vibration detector is not in the vibration value interval, namely the product is in an abnormal vibration state, the product is moved. The vibration detector sends the collected vibration data of the product to the warehouse monitoring system, and at the moment, the warehouse monitoring system acquires the vibration data of the product sent by the vibration detector.
In the embodiment of the application, after the product is produced, the electronic seal is installed at the sealing position of the product. The label sensing device is used for monitoring and receiving the seal state of an electronic seal on a product (namely, the electronic seal state), generating seal state data, and determining the sealing condition of the product by monitoring the electronic seal state of the product, so as to judge whether the product is opened or damaged. Wherein, the electronic seal can adopt RFID label. Specifically, if the product is opened or damaged, the RFID tag is damaged, information is not fed back to the tag sensing device, if the tag sensing device does not receive the feedback information, the tag sensing device is characterized to monitor that the electronic seal state on the product is abnormal, and at this time, abnormal information including the RFID tag identifier is generated as tag state data of the product, that is, monitoring data of the product state. If the product is not opened, the RFID label is intact, information is fed back to the label sensing equipment, if the label sensing equipment receives the feedback information, the representation label sensing equipment monitors that the electronic seal state on the product is normal, and at the moment, normal information containing the RFID label identification is generated to serve as label state data of the product, namely the monitoring data of the product state. The label sensing equipment sends the label state data of the collected product to the warehouse supervisory system, and at the moment, the warehouse supervisory system acquires the label state data of the product sent by the label sensing equipment.
And S120, if the abnormal data exist in the monitoring data is determined based on the current scene, determining the electronic seal corresponding to the abnormal data.
In the embodiment of the application, the warehouse supervision system comprises two modes of a daily monitoring scene and a product in-out warehouse scene. The abnormal data may be different in different scenes, for example, the vibration data generated when the vibration detector detects that the product is moved is abnormal data in a daily monitoring scene. And under the condition that the product is in and out of the warehouse, the vibration data are normal data. Therefore, in order to ensure the accuracy of determining the abnormal data, the warehouse monitoring system needs to determine whether the current scene is a daily monitoring scene or a product warehousing-warehousing scene, and then determine whether the detection data acquired by the monitoring equipment is the abnormal data.
In the embodiment of the application, the personnel who need to enter and exit the warehouse can apply for authorization of entering and exiting the warehouse in the warehouse monitoring system, and then can legally enter and exit the warehouse. In step S110, monitoring equipment in the warehouse collects monitoring data of the warehouse environment and the product state, and reports the data to the warehouse monitoring system. And the warehouse supervision system determines whether abnormal data exist in the monitoring data or not based on the current scene.
In the embodiment of the present application, the process of determining whether abnormal data exists in the monitoring data based on the current scene includes at least one of the following: determining currently authorized warehouse in-out personnel information according to a current scene aiming at the face information and/or the card punching information of the warehouse in-out personnel in the monitoring data, wherein if the face information and/or the card punching information do not belong to the currently authorized warehouse in-out personnel information, the face information and/or the card punching information are abnormal data; determining currently authorized behavior action according to the current scene aiming at the behavior action information of the warehouse in-out personnel in the monitoring data, wherein if the behavior action information of the warehouse in-out personnel does not belong to the currently authorized behavior action, the behavior action information of the warehouse in-out personnel is abnormal data; and determining whether the warehouse temperature and humidity information meets the temperature and humidity standard required by the current scene or not according to the warehouse temperature and humidity information in the monitoring data, and if not, determining that the warehouse temperature and humidity information is abnormal data.
In the embodiment of the application, the warehouse monitoring system acquires monitoring data of monitoring equipment in a warehouse on the warehouse environment, identifies the monitoring data, and verifies whether personnel entering and exiting the warehouse are authorized or whether warehouse temperature and humidity information meets standard conditions. Specifically, if the warehouse monitoring system acquires monitoring data of face information of people entering and leaving the warehouse, the current scene is judged first. And under the condition that the current scene is a daily monitoring scene, if the face information of the warehouse in-out personnel in the monitoring data belongs to the currently authorized information of the warehouse in-out personnel, indicating that the warehouse in-out personnel is authorized to enter the warehouse, marking the monitoring data as normal data. And under the condition that the current scene is a product warehousing-in/out scene, if the face information of one warehouse entry-exit person in the monitoring data does not belong to the currently authorized warehouse entry-exit person information, indicating that the warehouse entry-exit person illegally enters the warehouse, marking the monitoring data as abnormal data. If the warehouse monitoring system acquires monitoring data of behavior action information of the warehouse entering and exiting personnel, the current scene is judged first. And if one of the monitoring data is an action for carrying the warehouse product for the warehouse in-out personnel, which indicates that the action information of the warehouse in-out personnel does not belong to the currently authorized action, the monitoring data is marked as abnormal data. And if one of the monitoring data is the product carrying action of the warehouse in-out personnel, which indicates that the action information of the warehouse in-out personnel belongs to the currently authorized action, the monitoring data is marked as normal data. No matter the current scene is a daily monitoring scene or a product warehousing/ex-warehousing scene, if the warehouse temperature and humidity information in the monitoring data is not within the temperature and humidity standard range, the warehouse temperature and humidity information is abnormal data.
In this embodiment of the application, the process of determining whether abnormal data exists in the monitoring data based on the current scene further includes: judging whether the current scene of the product corresponding to the vibration data is an in-out scene or not according to the vibration data in the monitoring data, and if not, judging that the vibration data is abnormal data; and/or aiming at the seal state data in the monitoring data, if the current scene requires that the seal is complete and the seal state data is incomplete, the seal state data is abnormal data.
In the embodiment of the application, the warehouse supervision system acquires monitoring data of monitoring equipment in a warehouse on the product state, identifies the monitoring data and determines whether the monitoring data are abnormal data. Specifically, if the warehouse monitoring system acquires vibration data of a product, the current scene is judged first. When the current scene is a product warehousing-ex scene, a warehouse supervision system manages which specific product can be moved or opened. If the vibration detector detects that the vibration data of a certain product changes obviously, the vibration detector reports the detection data to the warehouse supervisory system, the warehouse supervisory system judges whether the current scene of the product corresponding to the vibration data is the in-out scene or not, and if not, the monitoring data is marked as abnormal data. If the warehouse monitoring system acquires the seal state data of the product, the current scene is judged first. Whether the current scene is a daily monitoring scene or a product warehousing-in/out scene, if the seal state data cannot be detected by a certain product, the seal state data are abnormal data.
In the embodiment of the application, if abnormal data exists in the monitoring data, the electronic seal corresponding to the abnormal data is determined. Since each product in the warehouse has its own corresponding electronic seal, the electronic seal corresponding to the abnormal data can be located by determining the electronic seal corresponding to the abnormal data. Optionally, the specific process of determining the electronic seal corresponding to the abnormal data in this embodiment is as follows: if the abnormal data are monitoring data of the warehouse environment, acquiring electronic seals of all products in the warehouse as electronic seals corresponding to the abnormal data; and if the abnormal data is monitoring data of the product state, taking the electronic seal of the product where the vibration detector is located and/or the electronic seal feeding back the abnormal data as the electronic seal corresponding to the abnormal data.
In the embodiment of the application, the monitoring data of the warehouse environment comprise face information and/or behavior action information, card punching information, warehouse temperature and humidity information and the like. If abnormal data exists in the monitoring data of the warehouse environment, at least one of the following conditions is indicated to exist: unauthorized people enter and exit the warehouse, behavior and action information of the people entering and exiting the warehouse is unauthorized, and the temperature information of the warehouse does not accord with the temperature and humidity standard. At this time, the warehouse supervision system acquires the electronic seals of all products in the warehouse as the electronic seals corresponding to the abnormal data.
In an embodiment of the present application, the monitoring data of the product status includes vibration data of the product, and/or seal status data generated by the electronic seal status on the product. If abnormal data exists in the monitoring data of the product state, the abnormal data indicates that the product which is not authorized to be moved is moved and/or the product which is not authorized to be opened is opened or broken. At this time, the warehouse supervision system takes the electronic seal of the product where the vibration detector is located and/or the electronic seal feeding back abnormal data as the electronic seal corresponding to the abnormal data.
S130, determining an abnormal product according to the association relation table between the product and the electronic seal corresponding to the abnormal data, and performing alarm processing on the abnormal product.
In the embodiment of the present application, when a product enters a warehouse, a one-to-one association relationship needs to be established between the product and an electronic seal at a product seal. The association may be recorded and stored in a database of the warehouse management system in tabular form (e.g., via an association table) that the warehouse administration system may also call. The interaction process between the warehouse management system and the warehouse supervision system will be described in detail in the following embodiments. Optionally, the electronic seal may include product information, production information, warehouse storage location information, and the like of the product, in addition to the electronic seal status data. When the state of a product changes (e.g., ex-warehouse, location movement), the association table corresponding to the product needs to be updated in real time. When a newly added product enters the warehouse, an association relationship needs to be established between the newly added product and the electronic seal at the product seal, and the association relationship is stored in an association relationship table. That is, the detailed information of a certain product, such as production information, warehouse storage location information, warehouse entry and exit information, etc., can be clearly known through the association relation table.
In the embodiment of the present application, after the step S120, when abnormal data exists in the monitoring data, the electronic seal corresponding to the abnormal data is determined. And then, according to the association relation table between the product and the electronic seal corresponding to the abnormal data, determining the abnormal product and performing alarm processing on the abnormal product. The specific process of executing alarm processing on abnormal products comprises the following steps: and determining an alarm prompt message according to the abnormal product and the abnormal data, and sending the alarm prompt message to the terminal equipment of the supervisory personnel. Illustratively, if the vibration data of the product in the monitoring data acquired by the warehouse supervision system is abnormal data, the abnormal product is determined through the association relation table, and an alarm prompt message is sent to the terminal equipment of the supervision personnel, for example, "the product with the number XXX has an abnormal condition". Optionally, the alarm prompt message may be sent to a warehouse manager, a financing platform, or a bank related person. In addition, the warehouse supervision system can also signal an alarm device in the warehouse to control the alarm device in the warehouse to carry out early warning.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, monitoring data of the warehouse environment and the product state are acquired through monitoring equipment in the warehouse; if abnormal data exist in the monitoring data based on the current scene, determining an electronic seal corresponding to the abnormal data; and determining an abnormal product according to the association relation table between the product and the electronic seal corresponding to the abnormal data, and performing alarm processing on the abnormal product. The monitoring device in the warehouse is interacted with the monitoring device in the warehouse through the warehouse monitoring system, the monitoring data are obtained, whether abnormal data exist in the monitoring data or not is judged, early warning processing is carried out on abnormal products corresponding to the detected abnormal data, and therefore management of the products in the warehouse is achieved. The technical scheme of this application can carry out safe and efficient supervision to the product.

S240, determining abnormal products according to the association relation table between the products and the electronic seals corresponding to the abnormal data, and performing alarm processing on the abnormal products.
And S250, if a product monitoring request sent by a supervisor is received, inquiring product information of the product to be monitored from the product information of the product stored in the warehouse, and feeding back the product information to the supervisor.
In the embodiment of the application, if a supervisor wants to acquire product information of a product to be monitored, a product monitoring request is sent to a warehouse monitoring system. And the warehouse supervision system detects the product to be monitored after receiving the product monitoring request. The specific process is as follows: the monitoring device is used for acquiring monitoring data of the warehouse environment and the product state of the product to be monitored, and judging whether the state of the product to be monitored is normal or abnormal according to the monitoring data. If the state of the product to be monitored is normal, the warehouse monitoring system calls a warehouse bill management system, inquires product information of the product to be monitored from the product information of the product stored in the warehouse and feeds the product information back to a monitoring person; and if the state of the product to be monitored is abnormal, the warehouse monitoring system determines an alarm prompt message and feeds the alarm prompt message back to the monitoring personnel. Optionally, the supervisory personnel can also perform sampling inspection on the products in the warehouse and monitor a certain product.
It should be noted that S210 corresponds to a process of updating the association table and the product information of the warehouse-stored product when the product is delivered to the warehouse, S220-S240 corresponds to a process of detecting whether the product in the warehouse has an abnormal condition by the warehouse monitoring system, and S250 corresponds to a process of requesting the product monitoring by the monitoring staff, which are independent from each other.
