acquiring third access information of an intelligent door lock of a public rental house, wherein the third access information comprises biological characteristic information and third time information of the tenant; the biological characteristic information comprises a fingerprint, a palm print and a finger vein;
presetting a first statistical time period, if the first access information, the second access information or the third access information is not acquired in the first statistical time period, judging that the public rental house is vacant, and sending warning information to a manager.

The public tenant personnel management method according to claim 1, wherein a first statistical time period is preset, and if the first access information, the second access information or the third access information is not acquired in the first statistical time period, the method further comprises
Preferentially judging whether the elderly are solitary old people or not by combining with age information,
if yes, sending warning information to the manager side;
if not, judging that the public rental housing is vacant, and simultaneously sending warning information to the manager;
the basic information further includes age information of the tenant.

7. The system for managing persons in a public rental house according to claim 6, wherein the server is further configured to determine whether the person is a solitary old person by preferentially combining age information,
if yes, sending warning information to the manager side;
if not, judging that the public rental housing is vacant, and simultaneously sending warning information to the manager;
the basic information further includes age information of the tenant.
8. The public tenant management system according to claim 6, further comprising a plurality of smart cameras installed in a common area of the cell, for acquiring third face information and/or second license plate information in the cell.
