Abstract
本发明公开了一种应用自热型密封圈的蝶阀结构,包括阀体、阀板和密封圈,所述的密封圈为纯铜材质,密封圈的内部设有两个圆环状的加热腔,加热腔内均设有电加热丝,密封圈的下轴孔处设有两个一号过线孔,短阀杆的侧壁设有两个二号过线孔,二号过线孔与一号过线孔位于同一轴线上,所述的电加热丝均设有供电线,供电线均依次穿过一号过线孔和二号过线孔与供电总线相连接,堵头内设有上下贯通的三号过线孔,供电总线通过三号过线孔穿出阀体。本发明中,采用纯铜材质的自热型密封圈结构,通过置入电加热丝为密封圈持续性供热,电加热丝的电线依次通过一号、二号、三号过线孔穿出,实现布线、加热的一体化设计,对蝶阀内部进行加热。
Description
技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种应用自热型密封圈的蝶阀结构。
背景技术
消防车由于工作场景需求,需要快速启动快速响应。而消防车中阀类元器件较多,寒冷地区的冬季,由于水管中存在的余水容易发生阀类元件冻结无法开启的状况,现有技术中一般采用泵室吹暖风加热的效果,难以实现长效防冻、快速响应的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提出了一种应用自热型密封圈的蝶阀结构,包括阀体、阀板和密封圈,所述的密封圈为纯铜材质,密封圈设于阀板与阀体之间,所述的阀体和密封圈上端均设有上轴孔,阀体和密封圈的下端均设有下轴孔,所述的上轴孔内穿设有阀轴,所述的下轴孔内穿设有短阀杆,所述的阀板上端与阀轴连接,阀板的下端与短阀杆相连接;
密封圈的内部设有两个圆环状的加热腔,加热腔内均设有电加热丝,密封圈的下轴孔处设有两个一号过线孔,短阀杆为下端设有下开口的中空结构,短阀杆的侧壁设有两个二号过线孔,所述的二号过线孔与一号过线孔位于同一轴线上,所述的电加热丝均设有供电线,所述的供电线均依次穿过一号过线孔和二号过线孔与供电总线相连接,阀体的底部设有堵头,所述的堵头顶端抵接于短阀杆的底端,堵头内设有上下贯通的三号过线孔,所述的供电总线通过三号过线孔穿出阀体,并与加热控制器相连接。
进一步地,所述的下轴孔底部设有下轴孔内螺纹。
更进一步地,所述的堵头中部设有与下轴孔内螺纹相配合的中部外螺纹。
更进一步地,所述的个加热腔对称分布于短阀杆的两侧。
更进一步地,所述的堵头为纯铜材质。
更进一步地,所述的短阀杆为630不锈钢或431不锈钢材质。
有益效果:本发明中,采用纯铜材质的自热型密封圈结构,通过置入电加热丝为密封圈持续性供热,电加热丝的电线依次通过一号、二号、三号过线孔穿出,实现布线、加热的一体化设计;本发明直接对蝶阀内部进行加热,加热效率高、速度快,结构简单,布局合理,成本低廉,易于生产、改造和维护,适用于大量布局、长期处于室外恶劣环境下的消防车装备。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1-4所示,一种应用自热型密封圈的蝶阀结构,包括阀体1、阀板2和密封圈3,所述的密封圈3为纯铜材质,密封圈3设于阀板2与阀体1之间,所述的阀体1和密封圈3上端均设有上轴孔,阀体1和密封圈3的下端均设有下轴孔,所述的上轴孔内穿设有阀轴4,所述的下轴孔内穿设有短阀杆5,所述的阀板2上端与阀轴4连接,阀板2的下端与短阀杆5相连接;
密封圈3的内部设有两个圆环状的加热腔,加热腔内均设有电加热丝6,密封圈3的下轴孔处设有两个一号过线孔7,短阀杆5为下端设有下开口的中空结构,短阀杆5的侧壁设有两个二号过线孔8,所述的二号过线孔8与一号过线孔7位于同一轴线上,所述的电加热丝6均设有供电线9,所述的供电线9均依次穿过一号过线孔7和二号过线孔8与供电总线10相连接,阀体的底部设有堵头11,所述的堵头11顶端抵接于短阀杆5的底端,堵头11内设有上下贯通的三号过线孔12,所述的供电总线10通过三号过线孔12穿出阀体1,并与加热控制器(图中未示出)相连接。
于本实施例中,所述的下轴孔底部设有下轴孔内螺纹13;所述的堵头11中部设有与下轴孔内螺纹13相配合的中部外螺纹14。
于本实施例中,所述的个加热腔对称分布于短阀杆的两侧。
于本实施例中,所述的堵头为纯铜材质;所述的短阀杆为630不锈钢或431不锈钢材质。

1.一种应用自热型密封圈的蝶阀结构,其特征在于,包括阀体、阀板和密封圈,所述的密封圈为纯铜材质,密封圈设于阀板与阀体之间,所述的阀体和密封圈上端均设有上轴孔,阀体和密封圈的下端均设有下轴孔,所述的上轴孔内穿设有阀轴,所述的下轴孔内穿设有短阀杆,所述的阀板上端与阀轴连接,阀板的下端与短阀杆相连接;
密封圈的内部设有两个圆环状的加热腔,加热腔内均设有电加热丝,密封圈的下轴孔处设有两个一号过线孔,短阀杆为下端设有下开口的中空结构,短阀杆的侧壁设有两个二号过线孔,所述的二号过线孔与一号过线孔位于同一轴线上,所述的电加热丝均设有供电线,所述的供电线均依次穿过一号过线孔和二号过线孔与供电总线相连接,阀体的底部设有堵头,所述的堵头顶端抵接于短阀杆的底端,堵头内设有上下贯通的三号过线孔,所述的供电总线通过三号过线孔穿出阀体,并与加热控制器相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用自热型密封圈的蝶阀结构,其特征在于,所述的下轴孔底部设有下轴孔内螺纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用自热型密封圈的蝶阀结构,其特征在于,所述的堵头中部设有与下轴孔内螺纹相配合的中部外螺纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用自热型密封圈的蝶阀结构,其特征在于,所述的个加热腔对称分布于短阀杆的两侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用自热型密封圈的蝶阀结构,其特征在于,所述的堵头为纯铜材质。
