Abstract

本发明公开了一种带有自动启闭功能的石油阀门,包括阀门主体,所述阀门主体的两端皆连接安装有连接头,且连接头的外侧皆开设有螺纹,所述阀门主体的内部开设有引流通道,且引流通道内侧的中间位置处开设有流通圆孔。本发明安装有传动齿轮、步进电机、主动齿轮、旋转杆、丝杠滑管和推拉杆的设置,步进电机通过主动齿轮带动传动齿轮与旋转杆转动,从而带动丝杠滑管上下移动,以通过推拉杆对铰接板塞进行推拉,对流量进行精确控制,不仅实现电动化调节,且不需要人工进行操作,提高了调节的精确性与便捷性,且引流过程中,压力通过铰接板塞内推,通过旋转杆与丝杠滑管的丝杠原理进行自锁,避免流量发生变化。

技术领域
本发明涉及石油阀门技术领域,具体为一种带有自动启闭功能的石油阀门。
背景技术
阀门是用来开闭管路、控制流向、调节和控制输送介质的参数(温度、压力和流量)的管路附件,根据其功能,可分为关断阀、止回阀、调节阀等,石油是指气态、液态和固态的烃类混合物,具有天然的产状,石油又分为原油、天然气、天然气液及天然焦油等形式,但习惯上仍将“石油”作为“原油”的定义用,而石油在输送或导流过程中经常需要石油阀门使用。
传统石油阀门只能通过手动进行调整流量与启闭,不仅无法自动进行调整,流量调整的精确性较差,无法进行精确控制,而电动控制阀的驱动系统出现故障时即无法正常使用,因此,本发明设计一种带有自动启闭功能的石油阀门以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带有自动启闭功能的石油阀门,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种带有自动启闭功能的石油阀门,包括阀门主体,所述阀门主体的两端皆连接安装有连接头,且连接头的外侧皆开设有螺纹,所述阀门主体的内部开设有引流通道,且引流通道内侧的中间位置处开设有流通圆孔,所述流通圆孔内侧铰接有与其相适合的铰接板塞,且铰接板塞顶部远离铰接端的一端铰接有推拉杆,所述阀门主体的内部安装有挡板,且挡板上开设有矩形槽,所述矩形槽皆与推拉杆的位置相适合,所述阀门主体的顶部安装有连接块,且连接块的内部设置有旋转杆,所述旋转杆外侧壁设置有与其相适合的丝杠滑管,所述阀门主体内顶部的一端安装有限位滑杆,且限位滑杆外侧设置有与其相适合的限位滑块,所述限位滑块固定安装在丝杠滑管的外侧,所述旋转杆的顶端安装有传动齿轮,所述连接块的外侧安装有气压缸,且气压缸的另一端安装有步进电机,所述步进电机的输出端安装有主动齿轮,且主动齿轮与传动齿轮相配合。
优选的,所述铰接板塞与流通圆孔内侧壁紧贴的贴合处皆设置有密封橡胶环。
优选的,所述连接块的外侧安装有两组筒型内外伸缩管,且筒型内外伸缩管另一端皆固定在步进电机的外侧壁上。
优选的,所述传动齿轮的顶部设置有握持把手,且握持把手的外侧均匀设置有防滑纹。
优选的,所述传动齿轮与主动齿轮的啮合处为内凹结构。
优选的,所述步进电机的外侧设置有电机仓,且电机仓的外壁均匀设置有散热槽。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1.本发明通过传动齿轮、步进电机、主动齿轮、旋转杆、丝杠滑管和推拉杆的设置,步进电机通过主动齿轮带动传动齿轮与旋转杆转动,从而带动丝杠滑管上下移动,以通过推拉杆对铰接板塞进行推拉,对流量进行精确控制,不仅实现电动化调节,且不需要人工进行操作,提高了调节的精确性与便捷性,且引流过程中,压力通过铰接板塞内推,通过旋转杆与丝杠滑管的丝杠原理进行自锁,避免流量发生变化;
2.本发明通过气压缸和筒型内外伸缩管的设置,通过气压缸收缩,同时筒型内外伸缩管进行适应性伸缩,对主动齿轮与传动齿的啮合与分开状态进行切换,从而实现自动化流量调整与手动调整的状态进行切换,提高了该石油阀门的功能性,且当驱动能力发生故障时,可通过手动进行流浪调整;
3.本发明通过限位滑杆和限位滑块的设置,提高了丝杠滑管升降过程的稳定性,避免发生倾斜,影响阀门调整的精确性,且对丝杠滑管的移动轨迹进行限定后,降低了丝杠滑管与推拉杆的铰接位置的磨损情况,从而间接提高了该阀门的使用寿命。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种带有自动启闭功能的石油阀门,包括阀门主体1,阀门主体1的两端皆连接安装有连接头2,且连接头2的外侧皆开设有螺纹3,便于通过螺纹3进行初步连接,便于对导管进行安装,阀门主体1的内部开设有引流通道4,且引流通道4内侧的中间位置处开设有流通圆孔5,流通圆孔5内侧铰接有与其相适合的铰接板塞6,且铰接板塞6顶部远离铰接端的一端铰接有推拉杆7,阀门主体1的内部安装有挡板8,且挡板8上开设有矩形槽9,矩形槽9皆与推拉杆7的位置相适合,通过挡板8进行遮挡,对油液起到导向作用,阀门主体1的顶部安装有连接块10,且连接块10的内部设置有旋转杆11,旋转杆11外侧壁设置有与其相适合的丝杠滑管12,阀门主体1内顶部的一端安装有限位滑杆13,且限位滑杆13外侧设置有与其相适合的限位滑块14,限位滑块14固定安装在丝杠滑管12的外侧,旋转杆11的顶端安装有传动齿轮15,连接块10的外侧安装有气压缸16,且气压缸16的另一端安装有步进电机17,步进电机17的输出端安装有主动齿轮19,且主动齿轮19与传动齿轮15相配合。
在本实施中:铰接板塞6与流通圆孔5内侧壁紧贴的贴合处皆设置有密封橡胶环,提高密封性,且便于进行流量调整,避免闭阀时发生漏液,连接块10的外侧安装有两组筒型内外伸缩管18,且筒型内外伸缩管18另一端皆固定在步进电机17的外侧壁上,提高步进电机17横移的稳定性,避免传动齿轮15与主动齿轮19的啮合位置发生错位,影响传动的进行,传动齿轮15的顶部设置有握持把手,且握持把手的外侧均匀设置有防滑纹,便于切换至手动调整模式时通过手动进行调整,传动齿轮15与主动齿轮19的啮合处为内凹结构,提高啮合处的稳定性,避免发生脱齿,步进电机17的外侧设置有电机仓,且电机仓的外壁均匀设置有散热槽,对电机进行保护,且提高其散热能力,避免发生热量堆积,导致电机烧毁。
工作原理:接通电源(该装置使用电部件皆由外接电源进行供电),将进出连接管分别与连接头2通过螺纹3相连接,连接管结合引流通道4进行导流,通过远程控制开关调控气压缸16收缩,同时筒型内外伸缩管18进行适应性伸缩,直至主动齿轮19与传动齿轮15完成啮合,步进电机17通过主动齿轮19带动传动齿轮15与旋转杆11转动,由于旋转杆11与丝杠滑管12丝杠连接,从而带动丝杠滑管12上下移动,以通过推拉杆7对铰接板塞6进行推拉,对流量进行控制,当通过手动进行调控时,控制气压缸16伸长,解除传动齿轮15与主动齿轮19的啮合关系,通过握持把手进行转动,对铰接板塞6的张开角度进行调整,本说明中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

1.一种带有自动启闭功能的石油阀门,包括阀门主体(1),其特征在于:所述阀门主体(1)的两端皆连接安装有连接头(2),且连接头(2)的外侧皆开设有螺纹(3),所述阀门主体(1)的内部开设有引流通道(4),且引流通道(4)内侧的中间位置处开设有流通圆孔(5),所述流通圆孔(5)内侧铰接有与其相适合的铰接板塞(6),且铰接板塞(6)顶部远离铰接端的一端铰接有推拉杆(7),所述阀门主体(1)的内部安装有挡板(8),且挡板(8)上开设有矩形槽(9),所述矩形槽(9)皆与推拉杆(7)的位置相适合,所述阀门主体(1)的顶部安装有连接块(10),且连接块(10)的内部设置有旋转杆(11),所述旋转杆(11)外侧壁设置有与其相适合的丝杠滑管(12),所述阀门主体(1)内顶部的一端安装有限位滑杆(13),且限位滑杆(13)外侧设置有与其相适合的限位滑块(14),所述限位滑块(14)固定安装在丝杠滑管(12)的外侧,所述旋转杆(11)的顶端安装有传动齿轮(15),所述连接块(10)的外侧安装有气压缸(16),且气压缸(16)的另一端安装有步进电机(17),所述步进电机(17)的输出端安装有主动齿轮(19),且主动齿轮(19)与传动齿轮(15)相配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自动启闭功能的石油阀门,其特征在于:所述铰接板塞(6)与流通圆孔(5)内侧壁紧贴的贴合处皆设置有密封橡胶环。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自动启闭功能的石油阀门,其特征在于:所述连接块(10)的外侧安装有两组筒型内外伸缩管(18),且筒型内外伸缩管(18)另一端皆固定在步进电机(17)的外侧壁上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自动启闭功能的石油阀门,其特征在于:所述传动齿轮(15)的顶部设置有握持把手,且握持把手的外侧均匀设置有防滑纹。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自动启闭功能的石油阀门,其特征在于:所述传动齿轮(15)与主动齿轮(19)的啮合处为内凹结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自动启闭功能的石油阀门,其特征在于:所述步进电机(17)的外侧设置有电机仓,且电机仓的外壁均匀设置有散热槽。
