Meanwhile, during the above test of the moisture content of the stratum corneum, no subject had local erythema, pimples, wheal, edema or systemic adverse skin reactions.
The softness test mode refers to the soft quality determination and evaluation of the Q320691KDA56-2020 textile, and specifically adopts a Fabry instrument (PHABROMETER MODEL 3) detection test.
The niacinamide content in this application was tested by LC-MS.
After 10 times of water washing, the moisture content of the skin cuticle of the nicotinamide skin care textile in the examples 1-3 can still be increased by at least 0.25%, while after 5 times of water washing in the comparative examples 1 and 4, the moisture content of the skin cuticle is only increased by at most 0.1%, and after 10 times of water washing in the comparative example 4, the content of nicotinamide is less than 10 ppm.
