技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于车辆内部空间的装饰元件,该装饰元件具有:载体元件,以及减声元件,该减声元件被布置在载体元件的宽侧(较宽的一面)上,其中载体元件具有至少一个进入区域,该进入区域被布置在朝向减声元件的宽侧上,其中,减声元件具有进入开口,经过该进入开口能够触及进入区域。
背景技术
机动车辆通常在机动车辆内部空间中具有多个装饰元件,其中这些装饰元件例如被布置在仪表盘上、在车门处或者在车顶上,并且遮盖机动车辆的白车身。装饰元件尤其用于对机动车辆内部空间进行隔声和/或消声,其中通过这些装饰元件降低了尤其在速度较高的情况下的外部噪声或马达噪声,使得在机动车辆内部空间中确保了对于驾驶员和乘客而言舒适的噪声水平。
装饰元件包括载体元件,该载体元件在朝向机动车辆内部空间的宽侧上具有对于驾驶员和乘客而言可见的表面,其中该宽侧例如可以被涂装或贴面以获得更好的外观和触感。在与机动车辆内部空间背离的宽侧上布置有减声元件,该减声元件通过焊接、粘接或钉合或以其他已知的形状配合或材料配合的方式被紧固在该载体元件上。减声元件通常是柔软的材料垫,例如泡沫材料垫、无纺布垫、毡垫或纺织垫。例如在DE 10 2008 025 840 A1中公开了这种隔声的装饰元件。
此外,载体元件通常在朝向减声元件的宽侧上具有至少一个进入区域,在该进入区域中布置有紧固器件或对于工人而言可触及的其他元件。减声元件在进入区域的区域内具有进入开口,通过该进入开口,该载体元件的进入区域对于工人而言是可触及的。

发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种装饰元件,该装饰元件可以简单、成本有效且对于工人而言无危险地制造。
该目的通过具有独立权利要求1的特征的装饰元件来实现。
由于减声元件具有能够在移除了减声元件的状态下封闭进入开口的、自支撑的/无支撑的/悬臂式的(freitragend)舌片,其中,该自支撑的舌片在装配了减声元件的状态下被翻折成使得所述进入开口是开启的,所以提供了可以简单且成本有效地制造的装饰元件。
在此,以如下方式来生产进入开口,即:与切出具有环绕的切割边缘的进入开口相比,通过线状的、非闭合的切口将自支撑的舌片制造在减声元件上并且随后使自支撑的舌片弯折。通过使自支撑的舌片弯折,该进入开口被开启,由此可触及该进入区域。因此没有产生废料,从而使得工人也不必用手去除废料。此外,可以以简单且成本有效方式使制造过程自动化。
优选地,经翻折的自支撑的舌片以舌片的自由端部被固定在减声元件上,由此进入区域是永久可触及且可见的。
在一个优选的设计方案中,所述减声元件具有紧固开口,经翻折的、自支撑的舌片能够被插入到该紧固开口中。在一个优选的设计方案中,所述紧固开口是线状的切口。由此可以以简单且可靠的方式固定自支撑的舌片。
优选地,舌片被实施为柔性的并且该舌片的自支撑的端部在宽度方向上被实施为比紧固开口更宽。该舌片在自支撑的端部变形后的状态下被插入到该紧固开口中。随后,自支撑的端部再次膨胀。由此可以使自支撑的舌片可靠地固定在翻折后的状态下。在一个优选的设计方案中,该自支撑的舌片和该进入开口具有箭头形的、蘑菇形的或者T形的形状。
载体元件优选具有用于紧固装饰元件的紧固器件,该紧固器件被布置在进入区域中。在一个优选的设计方案中,所述紧固器件是紧固突出部,该紧固突出部延伸穿过进入开口。通过该紧固器件,该装饰元件可以简单且在无需单独的紧固元件的情况下被紧固在机动车辆车身上。

在一个优选的设计方案中,减声元件由柔软的泡沫材料垫、无纺布垫、毡垫或纺织垫制成。由此可以实现非常好的、听觉上的消声和/或隔声。
此外,本发明还通过一种具有权利要求11所述特征的、用于制造根据权利要求1至10之一所述的装饰元件的方法来实现。
在此,首先提供载体元件和减声元件。随后切入该减声元件以制造自支撑的舌片。随后翻折该自支撑的舌片,并且将该减声元件紧固在载体元件上,其中,该减声元件被定向成使得进入开口和进入区域重叠。对于该方法的优点参考上述方案。
