Abstract
本发明公开了一种多层复合结构水泥毯,包括形成水泥毯外包层的织物层和设于织物层内的内置层,所述内置层包括位于底层的物料填充层和位于顶层的纺织纤维骨架层,所述纺织纤维骨架层为填充有快凝特种水泥的纤维布;所述纤维布包括树脂基层和粘附在树脂基层两侧的纤维层,所述纤维层由横向碳纤维、纵向碳纤维和斜向聚丙烯纤维编织而成。本发明具有凝固速度快、强度高,同时可对工程废料进行利用的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及水泥毯领域,特别是涉及一种多层复合结构水泥毯。
背景技术
水泥毯因其使用方便,施工周期短,节约材料而逐渐得到重用。传统的水泥毯一般适用于普通施工,无法满足快凝高强度的特种施工使用。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种多层复合结构水泥毯,具有凝固速度快、强度高,同时可对工程废料进行利用的优点。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种多层复合结构水泥毯,包括形成水泥毯外包层的织物层和设于织物层内的内置层,所述内置层包括位于底层的物料填充层和位于顶层的纺织纤维骨架层,所述纺织纤维骨架层为填充有快凝特种水泥的纤维布;所述纤维布包括树脂基层和粘附在树脂基层两侧的纤维层,所述树脂基层为PE、PP或PET材料,所述纤维层由横向碳纤维、纵向碳纤维和斜向聚丙烯纤维编织而成。
上述技术方案的工作原理如下:
本发明的水泥毯采用内外包覆的多层复合结构,外侧的织物层保证整体的稳定性,内部的物料填充层和纺织纤维骨架层用于提高水泥毯的整体强度,并且,本发明采用快凝特种水泥,在浇水4小时后,即可快速产生40MPa以上的强度,能够满足特种备战使用,解决了传统的水泥毯无法满足快凝高强度的特种施工使用的技术问题。
在进一步的技术方案中,所述快凝特种水泥包括以下重量份数的原料:特快硬调凝铝酸盐水泥25份-40份、硅酸盐水泥10份-15份、砂50份-60份、琥珀酸5份-8份、减水剂1份-2份和微硅粉5份-10份。
在进一步的技术方案中,所述织物层的内壁与内置层的外壁之间设有加强网层,可进一步的提高水泥毯的整体强度。
在进一步的技术方案中,所述加强网层为钢丝框架结构。
在进一步的技术方案中,所述物料填充层为包括碎水泥或碎砂料的工程废料,对工程废料进行回收利用,既节约了工程成本,又提高了环保性。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的水泥毯采用内外包覆的多层复合结构,外侧的织物层保证整体的稳定性,内部的物料填充层和纺织纤维骨架层用于提高水泥毯的整体强度,并且,本发明采用快凝特种水泥,在浇水4小时后,即可快速产生40MPa以上的强度,能够满足特种备战使用;
2、本发明的水泥毯对碎水泥、碎砂料等工程废料进行废物利用,既节约了工程成本,又提高了环保性。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施例作进一步说明。
实施例:
如图1所示,一种多层复合结构水泥毯,包括形成水泥毯外包层的织物层10和设于织物层10内的内置层,内置层包括位于底层的物料填充层30和位于顶层的纺织纤维骨架层40,纺织纤维骨架层40为填充有快凝特种水泥的纤维布。
上述技术方案的工作原理如下:

在本实施例中,纤维布包括树脂基层和粘附在树脂基层两侧的纤维层,树脂基层为PE、PP或PET材料,纤维层由横向碳纤维、纵向碳纤维和斜向聚丙烯纤维编织而成。
在本实施例中,快凝特种水泥包括以下重量份数的原料:特快硬调凝铝酸盐水泥30份、硅酸盐水泥12份、砂55份、琥珀酸6份、减水剂1份和微硅粉7份。
在另外一个实施例中,快凝特种水泥的配方还可调整为:特快硬调凝铝酸盐水泥25份、硅酸盐水泥10份、砂50份、琥珀酸5份、减水剂1份和微硅粉5份。
在另外一个实施例中,快凝特种水泥的配方还可调整为:特快硬调凝铝酸盐水泥40份、硅酸盐水泥15份、砂60份、琥珀酸8份、减水剂2份和微硅粉10份。
在另外一个实施例中,在上述实施例的基础上,快凝特种水泥的配方中还包括膨胀剂2份,使得快凝特种水泥形成封闭多孔结构,封闭孔的直径为300μm,其体积膨胀范围为1-50倍。
在另外一个实施例中,在上述实施例的基础上,快凝特种水泥的配方中还包括发泡剂1.5份。
在另外一个实施例中,在上述实施例的基础上,快凝特种水泥的配方中还包括引气剂1.5份。
在另外一个实施例中,如图1所示,织物层10的内壁与内置层的外壁之间设有加强网层20,可进一步的提高水泥毯的整体强度。
在另外一个实施例中,加强网层20为钢丝框架结构。
在另外一个实施例中,物料填充层30为包括碎水泥或碎砂料的工程废料,对工程废料进行回收利用,既节约了工程成本,又提高了环保性。

1.一种多层复合结构水泥毯,其特征在于,包括形成水泥毯外包层的织物层和设于织物层内的内置层,所述内置层包括位于底层的物料填充层和位于顶层的纺织纤维骨架层,所述纺织纤维骨架层为填充有快凝特种水泥的纤维布;所述纤维布包括树脂基层和粘附在树脂基层两侧的纤维层,所述纤维层由横向碳纤维、纵向碳纤维和斜向聚丙烯纤维编织而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层复合结构水泥毯,其特征在于,所述快凝特种水泥包括以下重量份数的原料:特快硬调凝铝酸盐水泥25份-40份、硅酸盐水泥10份-15份、砂50份-60份、琥珀酸5份-8份、减水剂1份-2份和微硅粉5份-10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层复合结构水泥毯,其特征在于,所述织物层的内壁与内置层的外壁之间设有加强网层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种多层复合结构水泥毯,其特征在于,所述加强网层为钢丝框架结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层复合结构水泥毯,其特征在于,所述物料填充层为包括碎水泥或碎砂料的工程废料。
