After the dry rot part is partially cut off, the L-shaped plate 104 drives the poking plate 106 to push cimicifuga foetida to a second chuck 406 at the position of the placement seat 4011, then the fourth electric push rod 404 stretches and draws back to drive the first chuck 405 to match with the second chuck 406 to clamp cimicifuga foetida, then the fifth electric push rod 408 and the sixth electric push rod 409 on the limiting seat 407 stretch and draw back to drive the spray head 4010 to be adjusted to a proper position to flush, the inside of a cimicifuga foetida meridian can be efficiently cleaned during flushing, the seventh driving wheel 402 drives the oval plate 403 to rotate during turning, the round rod 4013 of the placement seat 4011 slides on a second supporting plate 4014 during rotation of the oval plate 403, and two groups of springs 4012 are matched and buffered to clean the other side after rotation; when the cleaning device is reset, the fourth electric push rod 404 contracts to drive the first chuck 405 to be matched with the second chuck 406 to not clamp the cimicifuga foetida any more, and then the cimicifuga foetida is pushed to a semicircular notch of the placement seat 4011 through the spray nozzle 4010 to drop to the diversion table 4015 for collection; the system realizes double-sided cleaning of cimicifugae rhizoma; and may be adapted for collection.
A straight slot is formed in the middle in one side of the tamping rod 3017, which is close to the limiting plate 3019, and an arc surface is arranged on one side of the limiting plate 3019, which is close to the tamping rod 3017.
The tamping rod 3017 can pass through the strip-shaped through hole of the cutting die 3022 when sliding back and forth, and then cooperate to separate the cimicifuga foetida removing part under the limit of the curved surface of the limiting plate 3019.
The cutting die 3022 has an inverted sleeve shape, and the annular surface is provided with symmetrical elongated through holes.
The strip-shaped through hole can be matched with the reciprocating movement of the tamping rod 3017 to pass.
The cross section of the placement seat 4011 is in a zigzag shape with a right-angle side, and a semicircular notch is arranged near the side surface of the second supporting plate 4014.
The Z-shaped structure can realize the matching processing of the height difference, and the sixth electric push rod 409 is not influenced when the elliptical disk 403 rotates; and meanwhile, the semicircular notch can be matched with the cleaned blanking.
The L-shaped plate 104, the reed 105 and the dial 106 may be provided in plural sets on the conveyor 103.
The feeding can be matched according to the processing efficiency in a plurality of groups.
