本发明公开了一种软弹材料切割装置,涉及机械加工技术领域。它包括底座,底座上方设置有基材管;底座上方右侧设置有用于传输基材管的传输模组;底座上方左侧设置有用于切割基材管的成型机构;所述的成型机构包括沿左右方向设置的转筒、均匀套接固定在转筒内的环切刀;环切刀上开有偏心圆切口;转筒外部套接安装有轴承;转筒内设置有支撑杆;支撑杆的轴心线与环切刀的轴心线平行;偏心圆切口均套在支撑杆外;支撑杆左侧设置有基座;基座通过挡板与底座连接;基座右端固定有挡块。本发明的有益效果是:其能够避免原料的大量浪费,能够避免切割面不平整的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工技术领域。
背景技术
在生产胶垫时,传统做法是将大块的板状原料进行模切冲压,然而这种方式会产生大量边角料,并且多数胶垫为热固性材质,不易回收,因此导致原料的严重浪费,废弃的边角料也对环境造成不良影响。若将原料制成与胶垫内外径一致的基材管,再加以切割来生产胶垫,那么则能够避免原料大量浪费的问题,然而传统切割方式是从一个方向直接切断,这种方式切割时,受到基材管的弹性变形影响,基材管会被压扁,然而压扁状态下呈现平整的切割面,在弹性恢复后则不平整,导致影响切割出的胶垫质量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,是针对上述存在的技术不足,提供一种软弹材料切割装置,其能够避免原料的大量浪费,能够避免切割面不平整的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案是:提供一种软弹材料切割装置,包括底座,底座上方设置有基材管;底座上方右侧设置有用于传输基材管的传输模组;底座上方左侧设置有用于切割基材管的成型机构;
所述的成型机构包括沿左右方向设置的转筒、均匀套接固定在转筒内的环切刀;环切刀上开有偏心圆切口;转筒外部套接安装有轴承;转筒内设置有支撑杆;支撑杆的轴心线与环切刀的轴心线平行;偏心圆切口均套在支撑杆外;支撑杆左侧设置有基座;基座通过挡板与底座连接;基座右端固定有挡块;挡块外滑动套接有安装框;所述轴承通过连杆与安装框连接;所述支撑杆左端与挡块固定;基材管与支撑杆滑动套接;偏心圆切口直径大于基材管外径;挡块到最左端环切刀之间的距离与相邻两个环切刀之间的距离相等;基座上安装有用于驱动安装框滑动的推拉模块;安装框上安装有用于驱动转筒转动的动力模组。
进一步优化本技术方案,软弹材料切割装置的基座下端与挡板转轴连接;底座上端左侧沿左右方向开有滑槽;挡板下端与滑槽滑动连接;底座上安装有用于驱动挡板滑动的丝杠模组;底座上固定有限位杆;当挡板处于滑槽右端时,基座右端前侧被限定杆阻挡。
进一步优化本技术方案,软弹材料切割装置的支撑杆上均匀开有环形的凹槽;凹槽与偏心圆切口一一对应。
进一步优化本技术方案,软弹材料切割装置的底座上端右侧开有出料斜槽。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、偏心圆切口均套在支撑杆外,偏心圆切口直径大于基材管外径,通过传输模组能够将基材管传输到成型机构内,使基材管能够顺利套到支撑杆上。
挡块外滑动套接有安装框,轴承通过连杆与安装框连接,轴承套接安装在转筒外部,推拉模块驱动安装框滑动时,能够带动转筒移动,能够使转筒内部的环切刀移动,通过环切刀移动,能够使偏心圆切口从基材管一侧切入;
通过动力模组驱动转筒转动,能够使环切刀转动,使偏心圆切口转动,偏心圆切口的偏心状态,能够使环切刀转动时,偏心圆切口围绕支撑杆转动切割,将基材管切断,通过多个环切刀的设置,从而实现对胶垫的生产;挡块到最左端环切刀之间的距离与相邻两个环切刀之间的距离相等,使得基材管最左端被切下的胶垫也满足要求,减少原材料的浪费;
通过支撑杆能够对基材管支撑,避免环切刀切割基材管时基材管变形,从而保证了切割完成后切割面的平整;支撑杆的轴心线与环切刀的轴心线平行,使环切刀能够沿基材管的径向环切,防止切割出的胶垫歪斜,保证胶垫的精度。
本技术方案中,通过多个环切刀的设置,能够同时完成多个胶垫的生产,保证了胶垫的生产效率。
2、基座下端与挡板转轴连接,当挡板处于滑槽右端时,基座右端前侧被限定杆阻挡,这时基座被限定,成型机构能够顺利工作;通过丝杠模组驱动挡板在滑槽内滑动,能够使基座左移,基座与限定杆脱离,这时成型机构即可与未切割的基材管脱离一定距离,同时通过重力作用,基座在挡板前端转动,成型机构前端即可向下倾斜,切割完的胶垫即可掉落出来。
3、支撑杆上均匀开有环形的凹槽,凹槽与偏心圆切口一一对应,能够在保证环切刀能够将基材管彻底切断的同时,避免环切刀切到支撑杆;底座上端右侧开有出料斜槽,便于对掉落胶垫的收集。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1-3所示,软弹材料切割装置,包括底座1,底座1上方设置有基材管2;底座1上方右侧设置有用于传输基材管2的传输模组;底座1上方左侧设置有用于切割基材管2的成型机构。
所述的传输模组包括分别与底座1上端前后两侧固定的定位板3;两个定位板3之间由上到下依次设置有两个滚轴4;滚轴4沿前后方向设置;滚轴4前后两端分别与前后两侧的定位板3对应转动连接;基材管2对应处于两个滚轴4之间;滚轴4后端均套接固定有传动齿轮5;两个传动齿轮5啮合连接;后侧的定位板3上固定有封装壳6;传动齿轮5处于封装壳6内;前侧的定位板3上固定有传动电机7;传动电机7的输出端与上侧滚轴4的前端对应固定连接;
所述的成型机构包括沿左右方向设置的转筒8、均匀套接固定在转筒8内的环切刀9;环切刀9上开有偏心圆切口10;转筒8外部套接安装有轴承11;转筒8内设置有支撑杆12;支撑杆12的轴心线与环切刀9的轴心线平行;偏心圆切口10均套在支撑杆12外;支撑杆12左侧设置有基座13;基座13通过挡板14与底座1连接;基座13右端固定有挡块15;挡块15外滑动套接有安装框16;所述轴承11通过连杆17与安装框16连接;所述支撑杆12左端与挡块15固定;基材管2与支撑杆12滑动套接;偏心圆切口10直径大于基材管2外径;挡块15到最左端环切刀9之间的距离与相邻两个环切刀9之间的距离相等;基座13上安装有用于驱动安装框16滑动的推拉模块;推拉模块包括电动推杆18;电动推杆18的输出端与安装框16外壁固定;安装框16上安装有用于驱动转筒8转动的动力模组。
所述的动力模组包括驱动电机19;驱动电机19通过支架20与安装框16连接;驱动电机19的输出端套接固定有主动齿轮21;转筒8上套接固定有从动齿轮22;主动齿轮21与从动齿轮22啮合连接;
基座13下端与挡板14转轴连接;底座1上端左侧沿左右方向开有滑槽23;挡板14下端与滑槽23滑动连接;底座1上安装有用于驱动挡板14滑动的丝杠模组;丝杠模组包括与滑槽23左右两端转动连接的传动丝杠24;传动丝杠24沿左右方向设置;底座1左端固定有丝杠电机25;丝杠电机25的输出端与传动丝杠24左端对应固定;底座1上固定有限位杆26;当挡板14处于滑槽23右端时,基座13右端前侧被限定杆阻挡;支撑杆12上均匀开有环形的凹槽27;凹槽27与偏心圆切口10一一对应;底座1上端右侧开有出料斜槽28。
本技术方案中,通过支撑杆12对基材管2支撑,能够防止切割时基材管2变形的问题,而且与传统直接切断的方式相比,环切刀9转动环切的方式既避免了支撑杆12的阻碍,又能够保证切割面的精准,确保了胶垫的质量。
推拉模块能够带动安装框16移动并定位,其目的是改变偏心圆切口10的位置,使得在初始状态下,偏心圆切口10不会对基材管2造成阻挡,如图4所示,保证基材管2能够顺利套在支撑杆12上;而在切割工作时,通过推拉模块的作用,将偏心圆切口10从基材管2一侧切入,如图5所示,这时偏心圆切口10从一侧切过基材管2,且环切刀9此时与支撑杆12同轴;之后再通过动力模组的作用环切刀9旋转,如图6所示,偏心圆切口10即可围绕支撑杆12旋转切割,从而将基材管2切断。
多个环切刀9的设置使得能够一次性切割多个胶垫,保证了工作效率,而为了胶垫的收集和后续的切割,在停机后,推拉模块需要将偏心圆切口10移回到不阻挡基材管2的位置。因此本方案中,需要能够控制驱动电机19带动环切刀9切割时转动的圈数(驱动电机19可使用步进电机或伺服电机),使每次切割时环切刀9转动的圈数为整数圈,以保证停机后偏心圆切口10回到初始切割时的方位,这样再通过推拉模块的作用,即可将偏心圆切口10移回到不阻挡基材管2的位置。
每次切割完成后,需要将切割出的胶垫收集,此时可通过丝杠模组的作用,拉动挡板14左移,基座13左移与限定杆脱离,成型机构即可与未切割的基材管2脱离一定距离,同时通过重力作用,基座13在挡板14前端转动,成型机构前端即可向下倾斜,如图3所示,切割完的胶垫即可掉落出来,并通过出料斜槽28被顺利收集。

1.一种软弹材料切割装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于:底座(1)上方设置有基材管(2);底座(1)上方右侧设置有用于传输基材管(2)的传输模组;底座(1)上方左侧设置有用于切割基材管(2)的成型机构;
所述的成型机构包括沿左右方向设置的转筒(8)、均匀套接固定在转筒(8)内的环切刀(9);环切刀(9)上开有偏心圆切口(10);转筒(8)外部套接安装有轴承(11);转筒(8)内设置有支撑杆(12);
支撑杆(12)的轴心线与环切刀(9)的轴心线平行;偏心圆切口(10)均套在支撑杆(12)外;支撑杆(12)左侧设置有基座(13);基座(13)通过挡板(14)与底座(1)连接;基座(13)右端固定有挡块(15);
挡块(15)外滑动套接有安装框(16);所述轴承(11)通过连杆(17)与安装框(16)连接;所述支撑杆(12)左端与挡块(15)固定;基材管(2)与支撑杆(12)滑动套接;偏心圆切口(10)直径大于基材管(2)外径;挡块(15)到最左端环切刀(9)之间的距离与相邻两个环切刀(9)之间的距离相等;基座(13)上安装有用于驱动安装框(16)滑动的推拉模块;安装框(16)上安装有用于驱动转筒(8)转动的动力模组。
2.根据权利要求1所述的软弹材料切割装置,其特征在于:基座(13)下端与挡板(14)转轴连接;底座(1)上端左侧沿左右方向开有滑槽(23);挡板(14)下端与滑槽(23)滑动连接;底座(1)上安装有用于驱动挡板(14)滑动的丝杠模组;底座(1)上固定有限位杆(26);当挡板(14)处于滑槽(23)右端时,基座(13)右端前侧被限定杆阻挡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的软弹材料切割装置,其特征在于:支撑杆(12)上均匀开有环形的凹槽(27);凹槽(27)与偏心圆切口(10)一一对应。
4.根据权利要求1所述的软弹材料切割装置,其特征在于:底座(1)上端右侧开有出料斜槽(28)。
