The Chinese yam in the invention refers to Chinese yam produced in Jiangsu Anhui province, etc. Huai Yao has better effects of nourishing kidney and replenishing vital essence.
In order to further improve the acne removing and skin improving effects of the acne removing cream, in a preferred embodiment of the acne removing cream, 7-9 parts by weight of dandelion, 11-13 parts by weight of coptis chinensis, 3-6 parts by weight of honeysuckle, 3-5 parts by weight of philippine violet herb, 4-6 parts by weight of cortex moutan, 3-5 parts by weight of kusnezoff monkshood root, 7-9 parts by weight of schizonepeta, 3-5 parts by weight of plantain herb, 3-4 parts by weight of poria cocos, 3-4 parts by weight of coix seed, 2-4 parts by weight of Chinese yam, 7-9 parts by weight of bupleurum chinense and 3-5 parts by weight of gentian scabra bunge are counted. More preferably, the dandelion is 8 parts, the coptis root is 12 parts, the honeysuckle is 4 parts, the Chinese violet is 4 parts, the cortex moutan is 4 parts, the kusnezoff monkshood root is 4 parts, the schizonepeta is 8 parts, the plantain herb is 4 parts, the poria cocos is 4 parts, the coix seed is 4 parts, the Chinese yam is 4 parts, the bupleurum root is 8 parts, and the gentian is 4 parts.
Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the external liquid medicine further comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of gardenia, 5-10 parts of rheum officinale and 6-10 parts of loquat leaves. More preferably, the gardenia is 8 parts, the rhubarb is 7 parts and the loquat leaf is 8 parts by weight.
The gardenia has the effects of clearing away the bitter and cold evil, clearing and descending the pathogenic wind, purging fire, relieving restlessness, clearing heat, promoting diuresis, cooling blood and removing toxicity. Shan Zhi is indicated for acne and is good at treating the disease due to blood heat.
Rhubarb, radix et rhizoma Rhei, bitter in flavor and cold in nature, can descend and purge by bitter, and can clear heat by cold, has the effects of clearing heat and purging fire, cooling blood and removing toxicity, removing blood stasis and promoting tissue regeneration. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rhubarb is raw rhubarb. Compared with cooked rhubarb, the raw rhubarb has stronger bitter and cold properties and stronger efficacies of purging fire and removing toxicity.
Loquat leaves have the effects of clearing away the lung-heat and harmonizing the stomach, and modern pharmacological studies show that loquat leaves have a good antibacterial effect, can make the skin smooth and tender, and also have the effect of eliminating miliaria, macula and other skin inflammations.
The three medicinal materials are added, so that the heat clearing effect of the external liquid medicine is enhanced, the antibacterial effect of the external liquid medicine is enhanced, and the acne removing and bacteriostatic effects of the external liquid medicine are improved.
The embodiment also provides a preparation method of the external liquid medicine with the acne removing effect, which comprises the following steps:
(1) processing Coptidis rhizoma, rhizoma Dioscoreae and Coicis semen with wine; and soaking the wild aconite root in the decoction of the liquorice and the black beans until no dry heart exists, steaming the soaked wild aconite root for 10-14 h, and drying. When the raw materials also comprise raw rhubarb, gardenia and loquat leaves, the raw rhubarb and the gardenia are processed together with the coptis root, the Chinese yam and the coix seed in the wine-roasting process.
The coptis chinensis is bitter and cold medicine, and is treated by a wine moxibustion method, so that the bitter and cold property of the coptis chinensis is relieved, and the medicine is guided to move upwards by the ascending force of wine. The Chinese yam and the coix seeds are treated by a wine-broiling method, which is beneficial to increasing the solubility of effective components in medicinal materials.
The radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii has toxicity, and can be soaked in decoction of Glycyrrhrizae radix and semen Sojae Atricolor and steamed to reduce toxicity of radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii, thereby ensuring safety of the topical liquid medicine. The stewing time is at least more than 10h, preferably 12h, so as to achieve the aim of effectively reducing the toxicity of the kusnezoff monkshood root.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the wine roasting method comprises: mixing the medicinal materials with yellow wine, soaking the medicinal materials with yellow wine until there is no dry core, and parching with slow fire.
The wine has warm nature and sweet, bitter and pungent taste, enters heart, liver, lung and stomach channels, has the functions of promoting blood circulation, resisting cold and activating medical action, and can be used for treating wind-cold arthralgia, spasm and urgency of tendons and vessels, thoracic obstruction, heart and abdomen psychroalgia, and the like. The yellow wine generally contains 16.71% of ethanol, and contains maltose, glucose, succinic acid, lactic acid, amino acids, esters, aldehydes, etc. By adopting the wine roasting method, the loss or damage of the active ingredients in the medicinal materials can be avoided to a greater extent, and the acne removing effect of the external liquid medicine is improved.
(2) Soaking cortex moutan, Poria, bupleuri radix and processed Coptidis rhizoma, Coicis semen, rhizoma Dioscoreae and radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii in Chinese liquor for 50-70 days, filtering, and removing ethanol to obtain component A. When the raw materials also comprise radix et rhizoma Rhei, fructus Gardeniae and folium Eriobotryae, soaking in Chinese liquor, soaking folium Eriobotryae, cortex moutan, Poria and bupleuri radix together with processed Coptidis rhizoma, Coicis semen, rhizoma Dioscoreae and radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii.
The white spirit is brewed with grains and yeast and is white transparent liquid with fragrant smell. The spirit generally contains 50-60% of ethanol, higher alcohols, fatty acids, aldehydes, a small amount of volatile acid, non-volatile acid and the like. The medicinal materials are soaked in the white spirit, so that the effective components in the medicinal materials can be promoted to be dissolved into the white spirit, the aims of extracting the effective components from the medicinal materials and increasing the drug effect are fulfilled, and meanwhile, the method can avoid the loss of the effective components.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the volume fraction of ethanol in the white spirit is 30-40%. The liquor with low alcohol content, namely the liquor with low ethanol content is adopted, and according to the similar compatibility principle, most of effective components with moderate polarity are dissolved out, so that the content of impurities is reduced.
(3) Respectively extracting herba Taraxaci, herba Violae, herba plantaginis, flos Lonicerae, herba Schizonepetae and radix Gentianae with solvent extraction method, recovering solvent, mixing to obtain component B, and mixing component A and component B.
The dandelion, the Chinese violet, the plantain herb, the honeysuckle, the fineleaf schizonepeta herb and the gentian are extracted by a solvent method, so that the dissolution rate of effective components in the medicinal materials is improved, and the acne removing effect of the external liquid medicine is improved. The extraction solvent is methanol or mixture of ethanol and water, and the solvent method can be heating reflux extraction method, microwave extraction method, decocting method or soaking method.
The using method comprises the following steps: after cleansing the skin in the morning and evening, a small amount of the sample was applied to the face, with emphasis on the area with the acne. In addition, the product is more effective when applied to the affected part after the thoroughly-cooked acne is broken, and the broken acne cannot be squeezed firmly so as to avoid the mark.
The external liquid medicine prepared by the method has obvious effects of removing heat and resolving masses, is beneficial to removing acnes and improving facial environment, and can reduce the ethanol content in the external liquid medicine, so that the allergic reaction and the tingling feeling of skin are effectively avoided, and the external liquid medicine can be suitable for various skin types.

6 parts of dandelion, 15 parts of coptis chinensis, 7 parts of honeysuckle, 6 parts of Chinese violet, 3 parts of cortex moutan, 8 parts of kusnezoff monkshood root, 6 parts of schizonepeta, 2 parts of plantain herb, 5 parts of poria cocos, 5 parts of coix seed, 6 parts of Chinese yam, 10 parts of radix bupleuri and 2 parts of gentian.
The preparation method of the external liquid medicine comprises the following steps:
(1) processing Coptidis rhizoma, rhizoma Dioscoreae and Coicis semen with wine; soaking radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii in the decoction of Glycyrrhrizae radix and semen Sojae Atricolor until there is no dry heart, steaming radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii for 10 hr, and drying.
(2) Soaking cortex moutan, Poria, bupleuri radix and processed Coptidis rhizoma, Coicis semen, rhizoma Dioscoreae and radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii in Chinese liquor with ethanol content of 40% by volume for 70 days; the filtrate was filtered and the ethanol was removed to give component A.
(3) Respectively extracting herba Taraxaci, herba Violae, herba plantaginis, flos Lonicerae, herba Schizonepetae and radix Gentianae with microwave extraction method, recovering solvent, mixing to obtain component B, and mixing component A and component B.
Example 2
The embodiment provides an external liquid medicine with an acne removing effect, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
9 parts of dandelion, 11 parts of coptis chinensis, 3 parts of honeysuckle, 3 parts of Chinese violet, 6 parts of cortex moutan, 5 parts of prepared kusnezoff monkshood root, 7 parts of schizonepeta, 5 parts of plantain herb, 3 parts of poria cocos, 3 parts of coix seed, 2 parts of Chinese yam, 7 parts of radix bupleuri and 5 parts of gentian.
The preparation method of the external liquid medicine comprises the following steps:
(1) processing Coptidis rhizoma, rhizoma Dioscoreae and Coicis semen with wine; soaking radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii in the decoction of Glycyrrhrizae radix and semen Sojae Atricolor until there is no dry heart, steaming radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii for 12 hr, and drying.
(2) Soaking cortex moutan, Poria, bupleuri radix and processed Coptidis rhizoma, Coicis semen, rhizoma Dioscoreae and radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii in Chinese liquor with ethanol volume fraction of 30% for 60 days; the filtrate was filtered and the ethanol was removed to give component A.
(3) Respectively extracting herba Taraxaci, herba Violae, herba plantaginis, flos Lonicerae, herba Schizonepetae and radix Gentianae by soaking method, recovering solvent, mixing to obtain component B, and mixing component A and component B.
Example 3
The embodiment provides an external liquid medicine with an acne removing effect, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
8 parts of dandelion, 12 parts of coptis chinensis, 4 parts of honeysuckle, 4 parts of Chinese violet, 4 parts of cortex moutan, 4 parts of prepared kusnezoff monkshood root, 8 parts of schizonepeta, 4 parts of plantain herb, 4 parts of poria cocos, 4 parts of coix seed, 4 parts of common yam rhizome, 8 parts of radix bupleuri and 4 parts of gentian.
The preparation method of the external liquid medicine comprises the following steps:
(1) processing Coptidis rhizoma, rhizoma Dioscoreae and Coicis semen by wine roasting method, mixing the medicinal materials with yellow wine, soaking the medicinal materials with yellow wine until there is no dry center, and parching with slow fire. Soaking radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii in the decoction of Glycyrrhrizae radix and semen Sojae Atricolor until there is no dry heart, steaming radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii for 14 hr, and drying.
(2) Soaking cortex moutan, Poria, bupleuri radix, processed Coptidis rhizoma, Coicis semen, rhizoma Dioscoreae and radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii in Chinese liquor with ethanol content of 35% for 50 days; the filtrate was filtered and the ethanol was removed to give component A.
(3) Respectively extracting herba Taraxaci, herba Violae, herba plantaginis, flos Lonicerae, herba Schizonepetae and radix Gentianae by heating reflux extraction method, recovering solvent, mixing to obtain component B, and mixing component A and component B.
Example 4
The embodiment provides an external liquid medicine with an acne removing effect, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
7 parts of dandelion, 13 parts of coptis chinensis, 6 parts of honeysuckle, 5 parts of Chinese violet, 4 parts of cortex moutan, 3 parts of prepared kusnezoff monkshood root, 9 parts of schizonepeta, 3 parts of plantain herb, 4 parts of poria cocos, 4 parts of coix seed, 4 parts of common yam rhizome, 9 parts of radix bupleuri and 3 parts of gentian.

(1) processing Coptidis rhizoma, rhizoma Dioscoreae, Coicis semen, radix et rhizoma Rhei and fructus Gardeniae with wine, mixing the medicinal materials with yellow wine, soaking the medicinal materials with yellow wine to remove dry center, and parching with slow fire. Soaking radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii in the decoction of Glycyrrhrizae radix and semen Sojae Atricolor until there is no dry heart, steaming radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii for 14 hr, and drying.
(2) Soaking cortex moutan, Poria, bupleuri radix, folium Eriobotryae and processed Coptidis rhizoma, Coicis semen, rhizoma Dioscoreae, radix et rhizoma Rhei, fructus Gardeniae and radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii in Chinese liquor with volume fraction of ethanol of 35% for 50 days; the filtrate was filtered and the ethanol was removed to give component A.
(3) Respectively extracting herba Taraxaci, herba Violae, herba plantaginis, flos Lonicerae, herba Schizonepetae and radix Gentianae by heating reflux extraction method, recovering solvent, mixing to obtain component B, and mixing component A and component B.
Example 7
The embodiment provides an external liquid medicine with an acne removing effect, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

The preparation method of the external liquid medicine was the same as in example 6.
Test examples
Clinical trial comparison was performed on the external liquid medicine with acne removing efficacy prepared in examples 1 to 8, and 180 patients were subjected to clinical trial, and randomly divided into 9 groups of 20 patients each including 8 trial groups and 1 blank control group. In addition to the 9 groups of test subjects who had daily skin care, 8 test subjects used the external preparations prepared in examples 1 to 8, respectively.
The test results are shown in the table:

As can be seen from Table 1, compared with the blank control group, the external liquid medicine provided by the invention has the advantages that the average number of pox removing days is below 16d, the pox removing rate is as high as more than 92%, and no pox mark exists, while the blank control group needs 50d to remove the pox, the pox removing rate is only 24%, and most of the pox marks remain. Therefore, the external liquid medicine has strong acne removing and repairing functions, good drug effect and quick response.
Compared with the recurrence rate (60%) in a blank control group, the recurrence rate of the external liquid medicine is very low (below 6%), which shows that the external liquid medicine can systematically treat acnes externally, can effectively permeate into the deep part of hair follicles, deeply cleans the hair follicles, effectively promotes the discharge of endotoxin in the hair follicles, compacts the hair follicles, protects the skin from external re-stimulation and prevents recurrence.
While particular embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described, it would be obvious that various other changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. It is therefore intended to cover in the appended claims all such changes and modifications that are within the scope of this invention.
Claims (8)
1. The external liquid medicine with the acne removing effect is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
6-10 parts of dandelion, 9-15 parts of coptis chinensis, 2-7 parts of honeysuckle, 2-6 parts of Chinese violet, 3-6 parts of cortex moutan, 3-8 parts of radix aconiti agrestis, 6-10 parts of schizonepeta, 2-6 parts of plantain herb, 2-5 parts of poria cocos, 2-5 parts of semen coicis, 2-6 parts of Chinese yam, 6-10 parts of radix bupleuri and 2-7 parts of gentian;
or 6-10 parts of dandelion, 9-15 parts of coptis, 2-7 parts of honeysuckle, 2-6 parts of Chinese violet, 3-6 parts of cortex moutan, 3-8 parts of radix aconiti agrestis, 6-10 parts of schizonepeta, 2-6 parts of plantain, 2-5 parts of poria cocos, 2-5 parts of semen coicis, 2-6 parts of Chinese yam, 6-10 parts of radix bupleuri, 2-7 parts of felwort, 5-10 parts of gardenia, 5-10 parts of rheum officinale and 6-10 parts of loquat leaves.

The external liquid medicine with the acne removing effect according to claim 1, wherein the dandelion is 7 to 9 parts, the coptis chinensis is 11 to 13 parts, the honeysuckle is 3 to 6 parts, the Chinese violet is 3 to 5 parts, the cortex moutan is 4 to 6 parts, the radix aconiti agrestis is 3 to 5 parts, the schizonepeta is 7 to 9 parts, the plantain herb is 3 to 5 parts, the poria cocos is 3 to 4 parts, the semen coicis is 3 to 4 parts, the Chinese yam is 2 to 4 parts, the bupleurum chinense is 7 to 9 parts, the gentian is 3 to 5 parts, the gardenia is 7 to 9 parts, the rheum officinale is 6 to 8 parts, and the loquat leaves are 7 to 9 parts by weight.
3. The external liquid medicine with the acne removing effect according to claim 1, wherein the yam is dioscorea opposita.
4. The external liquid medicine with the acne removing effect according to claim 1, wherein the kusnezoff monkshood root is prepared kusnezoff monkshood root.
5. The external liquid medicine with the acne removing effect according to claim 1, wherein the rhubarb is raw rhubarb.
6. A method for preparing the liquid medicine for external use with the acne removing effect according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
when the raw materials of the external liquid medicine do not contain gardenia, rhubarb and loquat leaves, the method comprises the following steps:
processing the coptis chinensis, the Chinese yam and the coix seeds by a wine roasting method; soaking the radix aconiti kusnezoffii in decoction of liquorice and black beans until no dry heart exists, steaming the soaked radix aconiti kusnezoffii for 10-14 hours, and drying;
soaking the cortex moutan, the poria cocos, the radix bupleuri, the processed coptis chinensis, the semen coicis, the Chinese yam and the radix aconiti kusnezoffii in white spirit for 50-70 days, filtering and removing ethanol in filtrate to obtain a component A;
respectively extracting the dandelion, the Chinese violet, the plantain, the honeysuckle, the fineleaf schizonepeta herb and the gentian by adopting a solvent extraction method, recovering solvents, combining to obtain a component B, and mixing the component A and the component B;
when the raw materials of the external liquid medicine contain gardenia, rhubarb and loquat leaves, the method comprises the following steps:
processing the coptis chinensis, the Chinese yam, the coix seed, the rhubarb and the gardenia by a wine roasting method; soaking the radix aconiti kusnezoffii in decoction of liquorice and black beans until no dry heart exists, steaming the soaked radix aconiti kusnezoffii for 10-14 hours, and drying;
soaking the cortex moutan, the poria cocos, the radix bupleuri, the processed coptis chinensis, the semen coicis, the Chinese yam, the rheum officinale, the gardenia and the radix aconiti agrestis in white spirit for 50-70 days, filtering and removing ethanol in filtrate to obtain a component A;
respectively extracting the dandelion, the Chinese violet, the plantain, the honeysuckle, the fineleaf schizonepeta herb and the gentian by adopting a solvent extraction method, recovering solvents, combining to obtain a component B, and then mixing the component A and the component B.
7. The method for preparing the liquid medicine for external use with the acne removing effect according to claim 6, wherein the wine roasting method comprises: mixing the medicinal materials with yellow wine, soaking the medicinal materials with yellow wine until there is no dry core, and parching with slow fire.
8. The preparation method of the external liquid medicine with the acne removing effect according to claim 6, wherein the volume fraction of ethanol in the white spirit is 30-40%.
