Detailed Description
For the purpose of illustrating the technical content, the constructional features, the achieved objects and the effects of the invention in detail, reference will be made to the following detailed description of the embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1-2, a surface cleaning head 100 according to a first disclosed embodiment of the invention is shown and described. The surface cleaning head 100 generally comprises a cleaner head 10 adapted to be moved over a surface to be cleaned and capable of drawing in a dirty liquid air mixture, a coupling body 20, a dirty liquid tank 30 and an air outlet conduit 40. The lower portion of the coupling body 20 is rotatably coupled to the suction head 10 of the suction head 10. The soil solution tank 30 is detachably mounted on the coupling body 20, and a lock mechanism 34 is mounted on the top of the soil solution tank 30, so that the user can release the entire soil solution tank 30 from the coupling body 20 by operating the lock mechanism 34. The outlet tube 40 is installed on the top of the coupling body 20. The outlet duct 40 is adapted to be in airflow communication with a vacuum cleaning apparatus, the outlet duct 40 being arranged to transmit vacuum suction from the vacuum cleaning apparatus to the cleaner head 10.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the suction head 10 comprises a housing 11 formed by an upper cover 111 and a bottom plate 112, a flexible suction nozzle 12 is provided at a central position of the bottom plate 112, and a pair of moving wheels 113 and 114 are mounted on the front and rear portions of the bottom plate 112. As the cleaner head 10 is moved across the surface to be cleaned, the two pairs of wheels 113 and 114 on the base 112 move the cleaner head 10 as a whole, whilst the suction nozzle 12 is now arranged to suck up the dirty liquid air mixture from the surface to be cleaned and feed it into a suction channel (not shown) in the housing 11.
As shown in fig. 2, the lower part of the coupling body 20 is provided with a lower port 21 of the housing 11 for air flow communication, and an upper port 22 located right above the lower port 21. The upper connector 22 is communicated with the air outlet pipe 40. The adapter 20 is adapted to receive the canister 30 in the area between the upper and lower junction ports.
The dirty liquid tank 30 shown in fig. 4 to 5 includes a tank body 31, a tank cover 32 detachably disposed above the tank body 31, and a float 33. The can lid 32 includes a first lid portion 321, a second lid portion 322, and a venting member 323 mounted between the first lid portion 321 and the second lid portion 322. The second cover portion 322 partially protrudes upward relative to the first cover 321. The user can pour the dirty liquid in the tank 31 by removing the tank cover 32, and can clean the float 33 at the same time.

The tank 31 is integrally provided with an inlet pipe 314 located in the upstream chamber 312, a lower end portion 3141 of the inlet pipe 314 is connected to the lower port 21 of the adapter 20, and the inlet pipe 314 can feed the dirty air mixture sucked from the suction nozzle 12 into the upstream chamber 312. The upper port 3142 of the inlet pipe 314 is located above the upper edge of the transverse wall 311. The first cover portion 321 covers over the upstream chamber 311 and the second cover portion 322 covers over the downstream chamber 313. The float 33 is mounted on the second cover portion 322 and projects into the downstream chamber 313 to move with changes in the liquid level in the downstream chamber 313. The interior of the second cover portion 322 is also provided with a venting spool 324. The air exhausting device 323 has a passage 3231 therein, one end of the air exhausting device 323 is connected to the short exhaust pipe 324, and the other end 3232 is connected to the upper port 22 of the coupling body 20. The exhaust stub 324 can exhaust the air in the downstream chamber 313 to the outside of the chamber, i.e., into the exhaust 323, and then into the outlet duct 40 by the exhaust 323.
As shown in fig. 7, when dirty liquid-air mixture is sucked into the dirty liquid tank 30 from the liquid inlet pipe 314, the dirty liquid-air mixture firstly enters the upstream chamber 312, dirty liquid and a small amount of air enter the downstream chamber 313 from the lower opening 3112, most of the air will escape from the notch 3111 to the downstream chamber 313, then enter the exhaust 323 from the exhaust short pipe 324, and finally escape from the air outlet pipe 40; at the same time, as the dirty liquid flows into the downstream chamber 313 from the opening 311, the dirty liquid level in the downstream chamber 313 rises gradually until the float (not shown) floats to a predetermined position and blocks the short exhaust pipe 324.
As shown and described in fig. 8, the structure of the dirty liquid tank 50 according to the second embodiment of the disclosure is shown and described, and the structure of the lateral wall 511 of the dirty liquid tank 50 is changed compared to the above-mentioned dirty liquid tank 30, specifically: an opening 5111 is formed at the upper part of the transverse wall 511, and the upper end opening 5141 of the liquid inlet pipe 514 is positioned above the opening 5111. The opening 5111 provides for simultaneous flow of air and dirty liquid from the upstream chamber 512 into the downstream chamber 513.
